Delhi Jal Board — Irregularity and abnormal water meter reading

I am resident of sector-18, Rohini in DDA flats No.402, E Block and Consumer No( K. N0- [protected]) being a new Water meter provided by Delhi Jal Board. I want to lodge a complaint about absorbitantly high meter reading being noticed by me for almost one year from when it has been fixed. The average meter reading of one month is coming around 1.2KL/ day which exceptionally high for a family of only two member. Though I have paid all the bills up to date as per this meter, but now i am really getting surprised that even without using any water, the meter reading is progressing more than 1KL every day. My K No is - [protected] Please register my complaint and replace this meter with a good one. I disagree with this meter reading and refuse to pay further with this present mrtr reading. Thanks!
