Delhi Jal Board — no water supply, dirty water and billing issue

I am extremely disapponted by the disgusting water supply at my residence - rz 48&49 flat no.124, part-3, jain colony, uttam nagar nw delhi-110059 and kno. [protected].

1. We are terribly suffering due to smelly & dirty water supply and mostly no water supply from past few months which is mixed with sewage water. This water is not even suitable for washing and cleaning purpose & is horrible for human consumption. Please help us in this matter since it becoming a serious issue and house members have already started feeling sick.
Could you look into the urgent matter immidiately as we are suffering a lot. Need an action to be taken for highly dirty.

2. I got changed my meter since mar 19 but i was show my water bill and reading / meter status is showing (Stop) and why not change my water meter in your documents. How to you forwarded me wrong bill. Please, i requested to you earliest action my complaint and its my humble request.

No water supply from last one week in our block water service is horrible and employs of Delhi JAL board in our area did not attend our complaint please solve our problems . Only in our block no supply of water and nobody attend it please get a deep enquiry about our complaint

No water we are not getting water Fir drinking we use to bring water bottle if some water is there, that was in night time not confirm 12am to 4am no presher water meater are ruining without water.

Sir in our locality water not supplies continuously, If it comes once or twice in a week .
The water is supply which is too polluted and smelly . That is not can't be taken in any use.
