Delhi Jal Board — regarding wrong bill status

I have paid delhi jal board water bill on 16/11/2017 vide bill id[protected] K. No. [protected] having bill amount rs. 2953 by online through paytm. After that water bill id[protected] K. No. [protected] shown rs. 1396.88 as arrear that was wrong. There should not be arreared shown as previous bill i had already paid. I had complaint about that. Now recently bill id[protected] K.no. [protected] shown bill amount rs.6513 with arrear. When I have already paid my previous bill then there is no question arise for arrears. This is very negligent & harassing act of DJB.
