Delhi Jal Board — ***Repeated Compaint for water but no Resolution of incorrect Bill**** | |||
Hello, This complaint is for Incorrect bill is being received for long time. I have gone to A10 Rajender Nagar Delhi few times regarding this and had submitted compliant twice. first complaint was made with Ref no 7448/7/2/14 on 7th Feb 2014 with actual meter reading of "160" and second was made with Ref no 194/11/4/14 on 11th Apr 2015 with actual meter reading of "171" but no resolution, Meter reading as of today (17th June 2015) is 291. as per above readings caluation says in 495 days (roughly 1 year 4 months = 16 months ) wayer consumption is 0.26 UnitsDay or 7.93 = 8 Units/Month. I'm consistantly being charged with higher bill and due to which I had stooped paying my bills. Now as per recent bill I have charged for 134 units for just 183 days in bill period 1 Dec 2014 to 2nd Jun 2015, which means 22 Units/Month. I don't really understand which calcualtion is being done on my water bill which is making my water bills 3 times higher than it should be. I regeret to say my recent water bill is for Rs 4732 and after due date its Rs 4969 and reason for this is incorrect calculation of my water. Can someone look in to this and send me an accurate bill atfer removing extra and invalid charges to the bill.
