Dear sir / madam The residents of panchsheel vihar, near malviya nagar are forced to live in the hell for last 3 months... Due to water clogging and seavage outflow again and again due to blockage of old seaver line and non operstional of new line... During last three months it was due to repeated digging of roads for a good purpose but for last 3 weaks due to just negligence and non handeling of rain water and seavage lines...
