Delhi Jal Board — Wrong amount bill

My K Number is[protected]. My name is Suman Bali. my meter reading is 00033063 but i have received a bill an amount of Rs. 4535 bill dated 28 March 2017.

As you know that as per government rule 20 thousand litre free per month.

i have get the connection on June 2016 & my reading was Zero and now the reading is 00033063. how can you send the amount of Rs. 4535 to me.

please rectify this as soon as possible. please correct my bill as Zero.
