I want to inform that Meter reader has not come to our premises & now we have received a bill dated 29-July 2025 amounting to Rs.9321/- for the period of 31-MAR-2024 to 16-JUN-2025 due for payment on 18 Aug 2025.

The consumption has been averaged and Reading/Meter status has been shown as MLOC (Meter locked). The status of Reading is shocking to me as out of 5 persons 3 persons always present in premises.

Nobody has come for meter reading and the status has been shown as MLOC which seems to be a bogus activity. Same has been done in earlier bill as well.

Meter reader is directly asking for money for bill correction / water correction whenever he meets while wondering in my area. - A BIG CORRUPTION.
