I was going to my office, while travelling i had to get down at laxmi nagar to give a phone box to my uncle, who came on the left side of the turnstile, i gave him the box and within 30 secs a security spoc came and said leave this place is not to talk or else i will tell u what i can do, then i told him that i was just giving my stuff to the person who was standing other side of the turnstile and i will not take more than 2 mins, he asked to tell my uncle to come to the different side to collect the stuff else he will call the controls person, i tried to explain him much and said i’m just leaving, he called the other controls person, i told him that it’s not been a even a min that m standing here, he said you are breaching the rules and not taliing properly to the spoc then i made him understand that the spoc didn’t even know how to talk, and he said the rule is you cannot exchange stuff, and the security person said you can exchange the stuff but u cannot talk, i said make your rules and breach clear to your security first and then tell the individual what to do, the security spoc and controls person asked the female security person to pull me to the controls room and asked me to pay 500 without any bloody reason, and then they said wrong things to my uncle as well when he tried to intervene, being an indian citizen i do not expect this kind of behaviour and service, on metro station only people are snatching the phones from metro station’s stairs and then their security goes for a hit and couples are sitting on stairs kissing each other but that time their security spocs will be busy in having tea or gossiping, here when they found a person arguing for the right and wrong so they started talking about their breach and rules which they all are not clear of even, kindly make the controls and security aware of the equal and correct rules and then tell the public about the breaches, pathetic service and departments, specially for women security.
