I just want dmrc to take in attention that badarpur underpass is not in a good condition with no lights and drunkers and robbers were their at night so it's scarry to go through underpass at night...

Before any mis happening occur with anyone, please get this underpass full of lights and security.

I want dmrc to take action quickly on this.

    recharge not reflected

    I had done the 5 recharges on 30 november, 2019 through phone pe app. Phone pe app is saying that the recharge is successful but it is not reflected in my card.
    But only 3 rechrges are reflected in the card.

    Sir on 2 november 2019 i recharged my card using phonepe. Transaction id s1911021855225018742323
    As i was unaware that i have to present card within 10 days at metro
    And i did not present card
    So kindly refund my money rs 300 only.
    I have complained to phonepe also many times but did not get proper response
    Ticket id phonpe 75849714.

    Kindly look into this matter

      I park my 2 wheeler at hindon river metro station in the morning around 7.30 to evening 8.00. Person appointed at metro station use to settle the vehicle so as to make space for other vehicle. However, while settling it, he broke my tail light slightly to which i warned him and complained to the staff. But, on 14th nov, again i noticed my tail light was completely broken while taking back the vehicle at 9.00pm. I complained to the staff even earlier but they just said they will take care. People are parking their vehicles at a risk and hence, staff at metro parking should be careful. Kindly take some action regarding it.

      The wallet includes following things- AADHAR CARD, PAN CARD, APPLE
      Earphone, 10-15 personal passport size photographs, Lip Balm, ICICI Debit card and cash.
      Please help me to get the things at the earliest.

        My Complaint about the misconduct people doing now days in Metro. Example is matching Voilent and or Sexual or Adult TV Series in Metro. Doing tight Hug or Kiss either on platform or in Metro. They are not even bothered about Families or Senior Citizens or any one else.

        People need safe and Pleasant journey in Metro not Faire free journey in Metro.

          Dear sir .I recharged my smart card from paytym and phone pe app amount Rs. 100. My card is not working . So i cannt TOP-UP .my amount not added in my merto card so please refund my deducted amount with my original payment .I have discussed with dmrc
          Frequency for train going towards dwarka sec 21 is going very less day by day in t morning. Today I waited for about 14 min around 7:30 in morning. As dwarka is a hub of schools, so people (especially teachers) get in great trouble if too much waiting is there. Kindly look into the matter.

            complaint to register a mobile phone stolen at botanical garden metro.

            My name is tanmay verma, i have lost my redmi-x at botanical garden metro station on 4th nov 2019 (Today) at around 8:25a. M. Please help me trace the mobile phone.
            According to me it has been stolen at the bus stand i. E. On botanical metro station. Before being stolen, the last time i checked my phone at keventer's on the ground floor of metro station.

            With due respect, i want to state you that last night, around 11:15 pm, in ndls metro station, i wanted to recharge my metro card.

            Metro card number[protected]/2018)

            At the token counter, i, asked to recharge the card with rs 100. The person over there first told me that the card cannot be recharged, later he went on saying that card has negative balance.

            I said recharge my card with rs 100. He did it but did not give me the slip.

            While exiting my station, i checked the card and found that no recharge was done, also, my card had around 140 rs, and no 100 rs were added to my card.

            I want to take this issue in your concern and want you to act in this matter, how can such things happen in dmrc, the platform that has a repo of being one of the best metros in the world.

            Kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

              I was going to my office, while travelling i had to get down at laxmi nagar to give a phone box to my uncle, who came on the left side of the turnstile, i gave him the box and within 30 secs a security spoc came and said leave this place is not to talk or else i will tell u what i can do, then i told him that i was just giving my stuff to the person who was standing other side of the turnstile and i will not take more than 2 mins, he asked to tell my uncle to come to the different side to collect the stuff else he will call the controls person, i tried to explain him much and said i’m just leaving, he called the other controls person, i told him that it’s not been a even a min that m standing here, he said you are breaching the rules and not taliing properly to the spoc then i made him understand that the spoc didn’t even know how to talk, and he said the rule is you cannot exchange stuff, and the security person said you can exchange the stuff but u cannot talk, i said make your rules and breach clear to your security first and then tell the individual what to do, the security spoc and controls person asked the female security person to pull me to the controls room and asked me to pay 500 without any bloody reason, and then they said wrong things to my uncle as well when he tried to intervene, being an indian citizen i do not expect this kind of behaviour and service, on metro station only people are snatching the phones from metro station’s stairs and then their security goes for a hit and couples are sitting on stairs kissing each other but that time their security spocs will be busy in having tea or gossiping, here when they found a person arguing for the right and wrong so they started talking about their breach and rules which they all are not clear of even, kindly make the controls and security aware of the equal and correct rules and then tell the public about the breaches, pathetic service and departments, specially for women security.

                I asked the operator for 45 trips plan from dwarka-21 sec. To aerocity but the operator has loaded the trip from aerocity to new delhi which was not in use for me. When i asked station in-charge, operator and customer helpline they are not able to give a solution. The station in-charge said we can't do anything.
                The operator said you sell the card to another person.
                I am spoiling 1200/- by mistake of delhi metro operator.

                Kindly give the solution for it.

                  This is in reference to the issue i had with my travel on 26 september from dwarka sector 21 to subhash nagar. Today (30 september 2019), while i was leaving from greater kailash to guru dronacharya metro station, my card stopped working. On visiting the customer care i was informed that the card didn’t get swiped correctly on 26 september 2019 at tagore garden metro station exit because of which i have been charged a penalty of rs.60/-, i. E. Fare from dwarka sec21 to greater kailash which i’ve paid via cash - receipt number 155370 (Entry exit mismatch)-[protected]. My very basic question to dmrc - how can one exit the gates without displaying the metro card on the machines placed on the exit gates. If you see my transaction history i have never faced this kind of issue. Because of the erroneous nature of the machines placed at the exit gate of subash nagar, the customer is being penalised. This isn’t my fault at all. Kindly get the information verified at your end and get my 60rs deposited to my metro card[protected].

                  Swift response would be highly appreciated.

                    Sir,

                    I am speaking in reference to the incident that took place on 2nd October at Johri Enclave Metro Station which may defame the reputation of DMRC as one male ( Outsourced ) staff member asked me for Rs. 10 as my time limit exceeded but he denied to give me the payment slip, first of all it is not his duty to collect fine or recharge smart cards it is the duty of Customer Care Executive. That guy also had argument with the customer care executive because he was keeping all the money without letting him give printed slip and he tried to share some money with CC executive as well but customer care executive denied to share the money and the corrupt staff member was the man who watches if somebody is not passing through AFC gates inappropriately ( without touching card or token) He misbehaved me when I asked him to show me his ID card and I found him taking undue advantage of innocent and novice illiterate people by asking them for more money than the token amount and keeping the balance amount excusing that he doesn't have changes etc. Such staff members are a shame in the name of DMRC. I have his Photo as well though I don't know his name. Kindly take a strict action against him and save the reputation of DMRC and your daily commuters from his corrupt malpractices.

                      Hello,
                      This is to inform that today while travelling in yellow line metro, metro just got stopped and it was just announced in the speakers that ‘dmrc apologises’ but metro didn’t moved for 40-45 minutes. This happened from around 10:10 am til 10:50 am.

                      I had a seminar for which i waited for more than 6 months. But because of this incident i wasn’t able to attend.
                      I sincerely request you to compensate for my loss.

                      I take 2 ticket from malviya nagar metro station to New Delhi at 21:27:38. I give to him to rs 200 but he returns to me only 20rs. Ticket counter man always do this. It is not happen first time to me they always do this. Pls refund my money complaint against this counter man.

                        In all the the metro station when the guards or police check us through metal detectors and by hand.. They press the things in pocket so tightly.. That our things in pocket also pressed due to which my one thing is damaged.. Seriously u have to check this much?? So why you have metal detectors and all such things??.. The way they pressed things is not good.. Please sort this on urgent basis..

                          I am a daily commuter of delhi metro and get down at ito station in the morning. From the years together, there is are long queues at the afc exit gates in the morning and at many a times in the evening. I made complaints earlier as well, which was disposed off with a mindless and concern-less reply that it depends on demand and supply. I am failed to understand how your demand is calculated. Every inch of station is under electronic surveillance, even then the authorities are not able to see the same. The existing exit gates are not working properly. Please see to it. More exit gates are urgently required for which ample is available for additional exit gates. Pl. Do the needful urgently.

                            I travel everyday from huda metro station to lajpat nagar station in metro. Every now and then with me and some other people i have encountered that during baggage check in sometimes while we are in the security check in some other who is able to check in earlier takes our baggage. Few days ago a lady in front of me lost her hand bag with mobile and cash from baagage security check in and the reply the person sitting there gave i dont knw who took your bag. Same happened to me today my bag someone had kept next to him and intially i couldnt find it but i saw it lying next to security check in guy who kept it here he replied i dont know. This is heights our baggage is our responsibility agreed but how can we take care of it when we are in seurity check in inside and baggage are with ofher checkin. I an sure this is happening everyday in metro but nobody from metro authorities is concerned over this issue

                              Dear concern,
                              I want to inform you your dmrc controllers are so much currupted especially
                              I visited at anand vihar metro station on that time a controller named rohit he didn't take any action on passengers complaint for overcharging by your tom operators. A housekeeping staff told me the whole metro system is currupted. Do enquiry on such staffs.

                                On 25th Aug 19 near about 8 to 8:30 pM I reached mundka matro station the checking staff stops as they said you are drunk I request them we are please allow us as we are not that much drunk after that they took me in different room and they stop us near about 1 hrs there without any reason and they continuously said admitted your offence I don't know which of offence we did finally they charged Rs 500 from me for sec68.

                                In this between 1 hr so many happen with me.

                                Ater that they realise us. After realizing I took matro from different station.

                                I am asking a question if one station people stop us so how can other station people allow us to board the train.

                                  I gave 200rs for recharge in my metro card at chandni chowk consumer care center around 10:15 to 10:25 pm on 18/8/2019. But when i was about to exit from malviya nagar gate 1, i asked comsumer care center to check metro card history through which i got to know that there was no recharge done that day and i had previous balance.

                                  Please take action on this matter.
