Address: Chandni chowk metro station, New Delhi, Delhi

I gave 200rs for recharge in my metro card at chandni chowk consumer care center around 10:15 to 10:25 pm on 18/8/2019. But when i was about to exit from malviya nagar gate 1, i asked comsumer care center to check metro card history through which i got to know that there was no recharge done that day and i had previous balance.

Please take action on this matter.

    I have done a recharge on 16/07/2019 via paytm of 250 rs. When i punched the card at avm machine, it shows the card is unreadable. The metro person informed me that they have given me a new card and after 15-20 day they will transfer my balance of rs.250 in my new card.

    Customer care never works!!!

    It has been 25 days, i have not received any refund.

    I have checked online token rs from new ashok nagar to noida electronic city and it shows 30 rs charge and They will be charged 40 rs if he earn 10 rs per person then how much earn in full day OMG he is earning more than his double monthly salary it's great I want complain against this type of chor bazari in delhi metro's employeee

      Me my wife and daughter arrived delhi airport at 8.30. From there we had to go to kashmere gate. We took a taxi from meru to kashmere gate. We lost it from that taxi.       I was traveling from gtb. But I lost my card at okhla bird sanctuary, I went to metro staff she changed more money then requires. She charged RS 130 for new token to exit.

        card recharge not reflected

        Delhi metro travel smart card recharge done on 02/07/2019 at 1454 hrs for 200 rupees.
        Card number[protected]
        Money deducted from account but not reflected in card. The employee at the smart card counter has also not received the message for recharge.

        This is the second time this is happening and the last time i did not get my refund.

        Kindly look into the matter....

        In faridabad near metro pillar 688 mathura road a shopkeeper named zahid khan owner of ground floor of a shop (Address: 16/5 zahid car ac service mathura road faridabad near metro pillar 688) is using water supply of delhi metro illegaly through an illegal connection in delhi metro water pipeline. Hope concerned authorities of delhi metro will look into the matter so that some stringent action can be taken against zahid khan.

          M daily travel on metro but day by day it's really slow and also all crpf checking candidate is also not doing good behavior...
          We using handsfree and when they checked us literally shout and remove your handsfree whenever it's connected or not ...But if she is not satisfied ...
          I don't understand what the issue in handsfree ?????????????

            Very poor security check arrangement at sector 16 noida metro station. Please increase security check points, to avoid long ques in peak hours. There are very larg ques for security check and the crpf guard only take passengers from one side entry of metro station.

              Is there any check in the metro trains in general? As i notice everyday while travelling in pink line from shakurpur metro station to bhikaiji cama place that some passengers stand in the vestibule portion of the train from where the two compartments are joined. I have also noticed a sign there showing that standing there is not allowed. My suggestion is that if an additional can be made in the train that passengers are now allowed to stand there.

                I was travelling from janakpuri west to rajouri garden to go to work at taj palace new delhi (Deboarding station - durgabai south campus). I lost my wallet in the metro while de-boarding at rajouri garden metro station. I either forgot it on the seat because i was wearing court pant and the pocket was loose or someone pick pocketed it. Kindly look into it.

                  When i (Boy) was travelling from preet vihar to laxmi nagar via metro, on guard duty (Male) stopped me from boarding the metro saying i had improper dress code. I was wearing a short pant reaching till knee and a summer half sleeve shirt. This is not the first time i am travelling like this, i have traveled every summer like this for 3-4 years and this is the first time someone has stopped me. His explanation on stopping me was not clear and behaved improperly with me.

                    I booked kerala trip by sit holidays. When i booked trip company show 3 stars hotel and says u deposited 25% amount then we dispatch hotels confirmation. I booked trip by sit holidays and deposited 11000/-then i ask hotels confirmations company nsays that this hotels are booked u change other hotels. Company show local hotels then i cancelled my trip and asked my deposited amount but company not my deposit amount.
                    Company totally cheat us. And fraud.

                    I m doing park my scooty in sector 28 faridabad metro station . They are charged 25 rs. After 6 hrs. All knows the duty timings in india so why metro parking allot time boundation upto 6 hrs its not legally correct.it is fully harrasment by metro authorities. I request please think about middle man problems and take necessary action
                    I'm regularly seing water wastage at delhi kashmiri gate metro station on platform nos 5 on which metro run from kashmiri gate to raja nahar singh from last one year I'm wasting about it but no action is taken against it it's now to much now please take action against it please it to much now

Morning around 7.15 am both are arriving simply all the people.. Like metro train his father's. I am also trying to take ticket. Simply playing game like no change go there.. Go here. This is very bad experience in my. That time i am very hungry.. I make vedeo also.. Pl take immediate action. Otherwise wise i release video to public media.

                        This is to bring your notice that on saturday evening, 4:30-4:45pm, myself, wife and baby 2 year old was going to enter from uttam nagar east metro station, however i stopped for recharging my metro card and my baby was standing aside me. My baby kept her hand on ticket vending machine, ticket vending machine gate was opened for repair by dmrc employee and they didn't notice that baby is standing aside and her hand is in the back side of door, they closed the door and all my baby fingers came in that door.

                        Blood flow had started and there was no emergency services available at metro station, they just tied one bandage without seeing what had happened, i had to rushed to hospital and doctor had advised plastic surgery for baby finger, as her whole tip mass is lost during door closed.

                        It is to bring to your notice, my baby is going through lot of trouble now just because of ignorance.. And surgery cost etc are yet another liability came to my family.

                        Surgery will be done in 2 stages, in first stage whole part will not be repaired so after 3 weeks again she had to undergo surgery.

                        No one can accept this to happen even to elders and she is just 2 year old...

                        Whole cost of 2 stage surgery is arond 70, 000 which is lot for middle class family.

                        And hence, the agony, pain, cost of whole procedure brings me to drop this email, in anticipation that all this have happend because of dmrc employee ignoracne so dmrc have to support me with claim of rs. 1 lakh atleast..

                        If this matter is not taken seriously i have to take legal action as well. Dmrc may check the recording of that day and incident happened. Just to comfirm if that was mistake from your side or not.

                          On 21st february 2019 around 7:40 am, i recharged my metro smart card at sikanderpur metro station (Dmrc) with rupees. 200 at customer care counter where card recharge process takes place. But they haven't credited the balance i. E 200. I approached the customer care of sikanderpur metro station but they are so confused about what should be done. Almost 3 - 4. D days, i visited nd everytime they are giving same excuses. I am very disappointed. I am a daily metro user.
                          My card no. Is 46005460. I know they aren't going to provide any remedy but surely this will be my worst experience of dmrc (Sikandarpur).

                          This is to inform you that I have made online recharged my metro card today i.e. 12/03/2019 for Rs.500/- transactions done thru net banking via ICICI Bank. The amount got deducted from my debit card and metro did showed that recharge is successful.

                            On 16/2/2019, I traveled from mundka industrial Estate to Bahadurgarh City.
                            I punched the card at exit, door opened, may be money not deducted.
                            But I punched my card on peeragahi entrance, I have to pay penality of Rs. 60.

                              I travel by metro everyday. Recently, there has been a surge in the number of men boarding the women's compartment in the magenta line. Even with the constant announcements with regard to traveling in the women's compartment, the number continues to grow. If only, a few officials were supervising the implementation of such laws, the public would be bound to follow said rules.

                                I am a frequent traveller of metro and everyday, in the morning, the train from botanical garden towards dwarka sec 21 (Blue line) is late. Sometimes, it comes after 10-12 mins. The station gets overcrowded due to the several people waiting for a metro for 15 mins. Metro should be there in every 5 mins. Right now, the screen shows 14 mins to the train. Please do something about this. It is always late.

                                  I did payment of 10001.00 rupees at okhala bird century metro station during metro travel card recharge. This was a mistake as above 2000 is not accept able for recharge. I use my imobile app scan bharatqr and paid. As i was in extremely hurry, my card was also not worked at counter before. Now as i paid so no option to get refund at same time. Now the counter person shared the customer care no to complaint. So i recharge my card using paytm. And went for office. After several mail, i registered my complaint at station. Now till now 8 feb 2019 i have no refund. I paid on 30th nov 2018. So you understand that dmrc is driven by aap and they are just making money.

                                    In the violet line extended to raja nahar singh the male passengers in much numbers are travelling in ladies compartment and strict action has been taken by the authorities as well. It is a major problem for all the ladiy passengers. Also some thefts have been countered in the violet line metro since it has been extended to raja nahar singh station.
