Amount debited from paytm but not credited in dmrc card
Amount is not getting credited in my metro card. I recharged my card by paytm on 30/05/2018 at 06:26pm but amount not getting credited in my card.
Moreover, i complained both dmrc and paytm about it. Paytm is saying it’s dmrc fault whereas dmrc is not replying to my complaining emails.

    I have been done the payment 500/- thru bharat qr code from payzapp wallet on 26.05.2018 at approx 04:15 pm to dmrc, payment has been deducted form my payzapp wallet, but according to dmrc payment not received.

    But, as per payzapp team, amount has been received to dmrc. Today has been completed 15th days but payment not confirmed from dmrc side till date. I'm regularly contact with dmrc, but there is no any response.

    According to payzapp, if your payment not confirm from dmrc, your payment refunded in your wallet within 10 working day, but now payzpp team not response. Now here you need intervention please help me.

      Last evening i got a new smart card from patel chowk customer service centre (50+450).450 was d amount to be dre in the smart card and 50rs. For issuing the card. I swiped at the entry point and to my surprise the card balance shown was 406rs. I contacted the staff who issued me the metro card and enquired about the less balance in card viz it should have been 450 rs. Although he issued me a new card with 450rs. As card balance and said the earlier card was just lying over here and i gave t to u by mistake.
      Request the authorities to look into the matter and find out whether it was a genuine mistake or an intentional one. So that such things can be taken care of in d future.

        I went to rohini east metro station today at arnd 11:45am and asked for a token till ina which costs rs.40 as per map chart displayed on the glass and there was a note displayed that "new fare will be implemented from 29th may". But the staff member asked me to pay rs.50 which is the new price and when i told him that this will happen from 29th may as per the note he was not aware of that and told me that i don't know and you can go to customer care if you wish to discuss this. First of all this is highly incompetency of the metro staff members who don't know about the fare change and moroever as so many people travel through metro daily and buy token and they are being over charged prior to the fare increement which is fraud and you are making fool of people who don't bother to check the exact price. I would like to get this strictly taken into consideration as i have the pic of the note stating the fare change date displayed there and want an action to be taken asap.

          card recharge issue

          I recharged my dmrc card number 32407712 on tuesday i. R 22nd may 2018. The money got deducted from my account and the recharge has not been done. I talked to my bank and they are saying it has been successfull given to the dmrc and dmrc are not responding to my continuous mails and phones. Please look into it as soon as possible. The recharge ammount was rs 500 and was done through icici net banking...

          Sir/ma'am,
          This is to bring into your kind notice that i am one of those passengers of delhi metro who is suffering from the delay of violet line metro. We have to wait for 10 minutes for metro which i think is not good on part of delhi metro.in the peak hours like morning we get late due to irregular service of metro. Now since violet line connects majenta line i think you should work on providing proper service of violet line metros or this will be huge lack for delhi metro.

            I am akansh agarwal and i was travel daily in delhi metro.. Every day in night metro reached late to dilshad garden from kashmiri gate. Me and other passangers were also fed up with this today mtero was come on kashmiri gate metro station on 9:20 pm and they reached dilshad garden on 10:10 pm. A driver drives the metro very slowly if they not then they stops the metro on every station near about 10-15 minus without any reason..

            Sir its a humle request to you plz solve this issue me and other passengers face many problems with this...

              Today i was travelling from anand vihar to janakpuri east metro with my family. I was in queue for metro token and that ticketing staff was taking so much time so i requested to him to work fastely but he ignored as well as leave that work for almost 5 minutes and one i reached to ticket counter he told me to give the chaange of 50 rs and i told that sorry i don't have change.
              After that he told me like that "jyada charbi chad gyee hai tujhe" how anyone cane use such a word and when i reply back only that how can he use such a cheap work but as soon as i responded he called security staff and all security staff as well as metro police and one more policewala "sardarji" don't know the name of that person called himself policeman and all are were taking side of that ticketing staff and even they all are misbehaved with me so badly even my family was there.
              I was not able to do anything as because i was getting late and have to catch my train.

                I did a recharge of rs 1000 for card no 54604638. I have received a mail for successful recharge. At station the amount is not getting credit in card. Avm not showing any thing. Mr shivnath at jhandewalan station not helping and very rude. Please help

                  Sir there is a link given on dmrc wedsite for exam held for various posts on 09.04.2018 to 20.04.2018. Via advt no. No. Dmrc/om/hr/ii/2018.

                  Objection to questions and answers of computer based test held from 09.04.2018 to 20.04.2018, for various posts in dmrc

                  But there is no information given about candidate response.

                  So how can a candidate know that which answer of his is wrong, which question he is not attempted,...???

                  So how can he raise the objections for wrong answer.

                  Sir plz release the candidate response.

                    My name is sachin. Today[protected] staff of parking zone of metro at dwarka metro station charged me about 100 rs. For cycle (Pass) monthly parking charges. While there have a notice board on which described the monthly charges of parking of cycle is 70 rs. First he told me that the monthly charges of cycle parking is going to be 150 rs. After i said that only 70 rs written on the notice board. So then he said to me it is being wrong printed by dmrc.

                    Also when i get enquiry in dmrc, his executive said to me that the previous charges of monthly cycle parking was 45 rs. But earlier too the staff of parking zone charged me 90 rs. I have proof of that. I want that please take an action as soon as possible.

                    My parking time is always in morning 9-10 am to evening 9-10 pm.

                    My dmrc card number is 69852233 and I recharged my dmrc metro card on 9th feb 2018 through paytm of Rs.500 but i didn't get money in my card when I top-up my card it shows me that " you do not have any transcation".

                    Kindly clear this matter as earliest as possible.

                      Hi DMRC helpdesk,

                      Today, I traveled from Ramesh Nagar Metro, since I am not a frequent user, so don’t know where to go to recharge my card. So before submitting my stuff, I walked towards recharge counter.

                      The security man spoke to me very rudely. He said- tujhe kuch dikhna nhi? I said- main frequently metro se commute nhi karti Hun... to bata do aap. then he started shouting ek baar samajh nhi aata.

                      Then I entered for security check, the security woman also started shouting at me...tum kya bol rhi ho unko...Maine bola- Kitni batmeezi se baat karte ho... tum Sab... then she said/ unki age Dekho... if someone is older it doesn’t mean he or she has all rights to misbehave...the lady was pregnant so I tried to avoid her, but she started saying- Tum batmeez ho...all of them were trying to prove themselves right... they all are there to guide travelers, all happened around 7:15 on pm 30 April.

                      I request DMRC to do a full investigation and take strong action.

                        मैं दिल्ली मेट्रो के नियमों का पालन करने के लिए कतार में था, जब अचानक यह घटना मेरे साथ हुई, "मैंने अपने कंपनी के लैपटॉप बैग को स्कैनिंग सिस्टम में रखा, जब एक लंबी कतार का पालन करने के बाद दरवाजे से बाहर निकलने पर मुझे अपना लैपटॉप बैग नहीं मिला", तो मैंने दिल्ली मेट्रो अधिकारियों से इस मुद्दे के बारे में बात की तो उन्होंने मुझे कार्यालय में शिकायत दर्ज करने के लिए कहा, और मुझे सुझाव दिया कि यह मेरी जिम्मेदारी है (कैसे मैं नहीं जानता) लेकिन मुझे लगता है कि यह दिल्ली मेट्रो की जिम्मेदारी कम से कम स्कैनिंग दरवाजा तक, क्योंकि मैंने मेट्रो के विश्वास पर अपना लैपटॉप रखा था।

                        उन्होंने मेरे साथ तर्क किया कि डीएमआरसी इस मुद्दे के लिए ज़िम्मेदार नहीं है, फिर अचानक मुझे एक थैला मिला जो मेरे बैग के समान दिखता था, मैंने उसे उठाया जिसमें मुझे कुछ दस्तावेज और फ़ोन नंबर मिला, जब मैंने उस व्यक्ति को फोन किया तो उसने मुझे कहा कि गलती से उसने मेरा लैपटॉप उठा लिया था और उसने करीब ३० मिनट के बाद मेरा लैपटॉप लौटा दिया, अब मुझे अपना लैपटॉप मिल गया है और मैं ख़ुश हूँ, लेकिन साथ ही मैं इस मुद्दे के लिए दिल्ली मेट्रो के अधिकारियो के व्यवहार से सदमे में भी हूँ, क्युकी यह किसी के भी साथ हो सकता हैं, उन्हें इसकी ज़िम्मेदारी लेनी चाहिए क्युकी हम लोग उनके सिस्टम के साथ हैं, और तो और एक अधिकारी ने मेरे से कहा की यहॉ कोई शिकायत दर्ज़ नहीं होता अगर आप आम आदमी है तो और कोई नेता होता तो कब की कार्यवाही.हो जाती।

                        सोचिये अगर मुझे या किसी कोई भी सामान न मिले तो बहुत ज़रूरी हो तो इसके लिए कौन ज़िम्मेदार होगा, हम लोग तो सिस्टम के साथ हे चल रहे है।

                          At tagore garden metro station, there is a board right at the afc gates that says way to dwarka sector 21. If you go that way, however, you get on to the noida/vaishali route instead. This has been so for about a year or so (As far as i know). Authorities are not seeming to care about this big blunder. Although, there is another board at the staircase that says noida/vaishali route. This is pretty likely to cause confusion for tourists and people who rarely use the metro line

                            This is to inform you that i have online recharged my metro card on 5th april 2018 at 5:57 pm. By rs.500/- transactions done thru paytm via pnb debit card. The amount got deducted from my debit card and metro (Thru paytm) did showed that recharge is successful.

                            But after around two days, when i tried to topup the amount in my card through the avm machine from patel nagar metro station the amount was not reflecting and i was unable to topup the paid amount.
                            My followup details :-

                            1) when contacted paytm. The associate adviced to enquire/mail to metro helpline.
                            2) when i asked the metro associate at patel nagar metro card window. He directed me to enquire from metro helpline.
                            3) when i enquired at metro helpline. The associate guided that such queries are not dealt by them but with mail correspondence only.
                            4) i have already mailed them at [protected]@dmrc.org and [protected]@dmrc.org. Nut i have got no replies from them in a week.

                            Hence, i request to look into the matter and allow me to topup my card with rs.500/- or duly refund the amount. My metro card no is [protected]. Thanks and regards.

                            I called the head of department who handles this sort of issues on the personal cell and then the complaint which no one would resolve was resolved in literally 5 minutes.
                            Delhi Metro Rail Corporation [DMRC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                            There have been increasing no of mosquitoes in Metro these days. Very difficult to bear.

                            I boarded metro from rajiv chowk to kirti nagar metro. I was given token of rupees 30 though online fare shows rs.30. When I told the women at countering she refused to give ticket of rupees 30. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful. Your staff should be told not to overcharge money from passengers.

                              This is with reference to my card no. 57606019 is unreadable on 27.02.2018 and I have deposit the said card on 27.02.2018 against receipt no. 23709 dt. 27.02.18 at Delhi Gate Metro Station. I have not received till now this card after various visit at that Metro Station. You are requested to look into the matter and get the problem resolve on priority. I have enclosed Ureadable Card receipt.

                                I commute daily from botanical garden to kalka hi on magenta line and it has increasingly become a practice that the metro rail moves at a very slow speed and the apology message for delay is relayed. This could be acceptable once in a while but it happens almost everyday ( right now I’m in metro and it’s crawlin like a snail)

                                  I am parking my vehicle at mansaovar park metro station for past many years. On my compliant, lights on way to parking from metro station was provided. Now for the past couple of days, the incidents of consuming liquor by unknown persons and also gamble. They used to eve tease the girls, stalking and also passing indecent comments. These persons use the near by area as urinal and do the same in very indecent manner. The proper light arrangement is also not there.

                                    I tried to recharge my account through paytm and there were two nos mentioned on it, I tried to check over at the metro counter the guy informed you can recharge with any no it will be recharged, I did the same. Post that they have taken the hell out me and tested lots of patience.
                                    I recharged Rs 100/- in my card and after multiple attempts to tap it at different AVM machines at different stations, it shows failed attempts. I tried to contact DMRC's CC they were of no help I emailed them and almost after 15 days I received A text mentioning Card is working fine now, I checked again and yet not.
                                    Its been over a month and this is totally screwing how you engulf consumer's money and never bother to return back.
                                    just refund back my money to my paytm account
