Construction of metro in r k puram sector 3 has become a nightmare for the residents. Unsure of the permissible timeline. As per the rules set by the government there should not be noise bothering the public beyond 10.30 pm. But somehow the construction sound apppears to be high just after that. It’s been ages since we have had good nights sleep ever since the work has begun. Raised complaint a number of times but went unheard. This is ridiculous that no one cares about the basic rights of the citizen.

    Today i have taken metor token from new delhi to hauzkhas from new delhi metro station, instead of 30/- rs counter person have charged me 40/- rs, i told him that fair charges are 30/- but he said no it is 40/-, he had not given me slip, then i entered at station then token value is showing 30/- same time i had complaint to station master he also check the token value which is 30/- rs instead of 40/- rs,

      On 11th oct’17, i was traveling from anand vihar metro station to vaishali. When i was about to deboard at vaishali, checking squad named salli walliyan asked me to give penalty of rs.50 allegedly saying that i’m taking return journey. Since i had to get down at vaishali only i refused to give any penalty. He took me to the station controller with one of his fellow colleague.
      There he snatched my smart card i was holding and forcefully deducted the amount of rs.50 from my smart card.
      Mr. Rajiv who was station controller there on duty who was giving favour to their staff misbehaved with me along with their staff.
      Salli walliyan denied to tell his name when i told him i’ll submit the complaint against him.
      Dmrc should take strict action against salli walliyan and rajiv who threaten commuters taking advantage of their post.

        Dear dmrc,

        This is really ridiculous that you have increased the fare by so much. The reason you gave after first hike is that to meet maintenance and staff salary the fare has been increased. But to my surprise i donot find any change in maintenance so i too wonder whether staffs has been benefited or not. I am a regular passenger and paying 80rs per day (Dilshad-garden-netaji subhash place) just for metro other than other mode of transport i use to reach home. I donot think india has become so much rich. Everyday standing in queue wasting 15-20 mins, then delay in service and then going through security check which makes me laugh at myself that i am a part of india which in name of security you just waste the common man time. The goverment employees are getting 400& hike in salary so i think they can afford the fare hike but what about private employees who in name of salary just getting peanuts. Just think what are doing to common man??? How do we manage our daily life?? Also think metro door donot open at the doorstep of home, we have to pay other charges like rickshaw, bike, car, petrol, parking charges etc to reach home.

        Being a woman i agree that metro is the most safe way to travel in city like delhi but you just cannot play with our emotions and take us for granted.

          At guru dronacharya metro station, there is only one scsnning machine.in the evening, a very big crowd collected in a very long queue as most of the rush of gurugram board from this metro station. N today, only one card machine was working to enter. So you can imagine how much crowd was there.
          Please check your cameras and one day you go via metro in the evening after office hours then only you will realise.
          Please resolve this issue as soon as possible otherwise it will become a big mission by the public.

            Rohini delhi sector 18 metro station is not maintained properly... There is no one to give token and there is just only 1 machine for token distribution which leads to half an hour delay if there are many people.

            Its been 1 year since it has been happening...
            May people gets late fot this issue... Lines are made up, fights daily happen..
            And we have said to the metro station but nothing has happend

            Kindly look into the matter otherwise the compalint may go higher

            I have lost my mobile on yamuna bank metro station at vaishli side platform, 19/10/2017 on the timing in between 5:50 pm to 6:10 pm near elevator stair front of pillar. when coming metro than I was go to enter metro, On the movement of this time, I have lost my phone (OPPO A57).

              Dear sir

              This is to inform you that the situation of metro services are getting worsened. I m a regular passenger who travels from dwarka. Everyday in the morning the services remain worst. From the afc gates to outside station a long queue is seen every time during the peak hours. During the peak hours the afc gates does not function properly. At the platform warning boards are there that return journey is not allowed but during the morning time most of the passenger breaks this rule. If the authorities are increasing fares so they must also provide good services to the passengers as it is known to be delhi's lifeline. So i request you to kindly resolve thie problems and improve the services of delhi metro.

                This is my worst experience in delhi metro, i have seen since 2 weeks that in rithala metro station there is no cooperative staff in token areas...in a big queue if any one is standing, till they reach in front to buy token staff shuts their counter nd says go to other side to purchase token.
                This is not the way they do like this.
                Cos of this my time wasted 7 times in this week.
                I hope uh can understand that anyone can have their personal problem or emergency, whivh delhi metro cant solve!!
                This shows delhi metro!

                  I boarded at vaishali at 9 am for jasola via mandi house. At around 9:28 am there was a fight at laxmi nagar metro station a sardar boy and a blue shirt wearing man fought and there was too much crowd there. I lost or my wallet got theft in meantime. It has pan card named ambrish kumar singh hdfc debit card sbi credit card and aitel sim with no [protected] and cash and metro smaart card.in case it got found plz contact me at [protected]

                    Dear sir/maám,

                    Although india is progressing towards digital india but i'm sorry to say that your sultanpur metro station staff is pushing us to past. They have card swiping machines just as decorative pieces... They deny any card payment and ask the customer to go back.

                    To add to that... When asked for complaint book/register they will never ever provide that. Train your staff well or just write in bold that you do not support digital india!!!

                      Dear sir i checked in from nsp metro and went to chandani chock metro i summit my card to machine window gate open i went out side after few hours i again come to chandani chock metro sation and going for check in my card not accetable i show it to your staff member he ask fine 50 rs i said y u asking money he reply me your money not deduct when you go out side said him i sumitted my card after that i go out side but he said to me you have to pay i said its ok but i need complaint book or i want to meet your senior member he said i am only after that shout on him he said go in that room i went their i said my problem and ask complaint book he reply me are you political leader, i said what is the means by you they again fine me for miss behavior 200 rs and waist my time but not give me complaint book they are 6 peoples approx i just want to know if i want to complaint for your deplay and check in machine not working please resolve it soon we are suffering from this problem this is not my reposibilty after that i try to give compalint this people like un educated they not give me complain book this is my complain please do need full its not a small problem, we take forein technology in india we can suffer some problem but able to resolve it lot off people traveling with metro and its good for us again i request to you please take action on this matter thank you shashi kant

                        I have reachaged my metro card no 77664037 worth rs 100/- on 17 i/09/2017 through paytm (Order id [protected]) an amount of rs 100 /-has been diducted from my paytm wallet
                        Anand vihar metro station delhi and sarai metro station faridabad then after 4 hrs again check but while i have checked at avm machine it is not showing any amount
                        It is request that either credit worth
                        Rs 100/- in my metro card of refund the amount in my paytm wallet transaction

                          Please note we have dialed delhi metro helpline number on[protected] @ 11:30 pm to inform that male persons are sitting in ladies compartment, now call center executive is talking like hell, no etiquette not proper response on a top of it he is abusing on recording call,

                          Being a responsible passenger my duty is to inform not to had a fight with passengers are sitting in female compartment but the way call center executive talk to passengers are pathetic...

                          Kindly look into this and respond.

                            top up not initiated by avm machine on 9.8.17 on card no76059858

                            This is to inform you that i have online recharged my metro card on 9th august 2017 at 8.48 pm. By rs.500/- transactions done thru paytm via sbi credit card. The amount got deducted from my credit card and metro (Thru paytm) did showed that recharge is successful.

                            But after around two weeks, when i tried to topup the amount in my card thru the avm machine from vaishali metro station the amount was not reflecting and i was unable...

                            Station master told me that due to cameras not available inside the cast counter he can't check his movement {which is not good}
                            Not satisfied after spoke with metro station controller that person was not able to handle the complaint {hope he can call culprit person same time and asked him about the same}

                            We have noticed and cheated by Ticket counter as they charge extra amount. Yesterday on[protected] Sunday we travel from Huda City centre to INA. On Sunday my card deducts Rs 27/- while Ticket counter sold the same ticket to my friend at Rs 40/-. I request you to please put a sign board on the counter so that we can come to know actual rate.
                            I Reacharge my DMRC card by Paytm there were i have entered wrong card no. That no.is 53414683 & right card no.is 53414688
                            That's receipt no.is [protected]
                            So plz I want my money back.

                              Dear concern,

                              One month ago, my mobile has been stolen at rajiv chawk metro station, then i went to the police chawki, at same station, a ladies constable directly told me that, we cant do any action, there are more rush, where we found the thief etc. There was 10 victims also, who was complaining the same type of incident. Than i realize on next, agan, 10, 12 people was on police chawki for the same problem, it means the thief snatching chains, mobiles from pocket in every 2 hours, but no body taking care of that, even not permit to see cctv footage. Anyone can check the complain register of these constables, daily 50 cases of mobile stolen coming into their records, but no action till now.

                              So, i want to suggest that a special team should be work on that, at every line change station

                                Please increase the number of rounds the metro takes. There is a gap of 6-7 minutes between the metros. Due to which it gets really crowded. I have to travel for 2hrs straight one way and it's really tiring for me to stand fir the entire time.
                                Please look into this also there is no conditioning at the platforms so it gets all the more difficult to wait.

                                Today the parking staff has paste a poster of DMRC Parking rate, As per the poster DMRC has increased parking rate Rs 5 per hour.Please tell me this is true or not...
                                My concern is that, If DMRC has increased this rate, why they have not announced in News.

                                  We are come to know from our parking stand incharge w. E. F.[protected] dmrc parking revised. It is drastically changes in amount due to this most of commuter avoid parking as well as metro ridership, as per above metro bike parking force to take monthly pass for 2 wheeler / bike parking, it is completely profit of contractor / dmrc by virtue of daily users.
                                  As you know today news in most of news paper (As attached screen shot) metro ridership reduced day by day around 1.5 lacs footfall reduced in blue line after drastically change in metro fare since[protected] and when above effect come in force this figures surely reduced i. E. More rider avoid metro riding.

                                    The entry gates (Where cards or tokens are touched) were not working at abc metro station at around 9am on 24.08.2017, hence all the passengers were made to enter inside the station through the gate that is used my dmrc employees. I have been using metro smart card since years. Upon exit i was asked to pay the token fare instead of card fare (Card provides 10% discount on fare). I told the officials that system had hung up at abc station and hence the card is unpunched, so kindly take the fare as per 10% discount. But they didn't agree and pressed me to pay 10% extra fare. I even called up the dmrc helpline no. But my call was pit on hold. The person at the counter kept on saying me to wait, wait and wait for any senior to come. But nobody came. I myself went thrice to the manager and told about the incident, but the manager also pressed me to pay 10% extra fare. One of the metro employee also and came and said "kitni facilities to metro ne apko de rahki hain, to kya hua extra paise pay kar do" stories like this are rampant at delhi metro wherein customers are asked to pay extra money even when the fault is not theirs. Its not only about me, its for all those 60-70 people who were made to enter into the station along with me without punching the cards or tokens. Moreover, though the card was not punched at entry gate, the people sitting at counter assume that the passenger has boarded the train from the station where he/she had last exited from. This is totally ridiculous. Is it not possible that passengers can change their route some day because of some xyz reason. A total one hour of mine was wasted today. Dmrc should be asked to compensate for this.

                                      I bought a metro card approx. 4-5 months ago. Suddenly, it stops working so i decided to submit it to a metro station for exchange or getting my stucked money back as it has approx. 200rs.in it. But unfortunately the officers on the station are not helping out. I have submitted the form which they said to fill up. They have given me a slip but there is no response as they are saying come here before 8 a. M or go there go here, etc. Now please solve the issue out. The station is "shadipur".
