Still I have not get my salary from August 2016 and Many times M/S SARAL ENTERPRISES (Mr Ankur Agrawaal ) delayed day to day . Now I am facing my family crisis so please help me for release my salary
M/S SARAL ENTERPRISES( Ankur Agrawaal) . terminated me without giving any kind of notice from 7 October 2016 and told me to cleared my balance salary will after 15 November 2016 and Ban my entry at site by bouncer and it's guards I am in very critical situation and many time on telephone he(Ankur Agrawaal) indirectly force me for sue side
If this behavior of Mr Ankur Agrawaal (M/S SARAL ENTERPRISES ) is continued then I will only single choice of Sue side due to my family crisis then for this attempt SARAL Enterprises (MrAnkur Agraeaal) will responsible
So please help me and my family
My salary details is given as
August 2016 45, 000/-
September 2016. 45, 000/-
October 2016. 45, 000/-(no notice given)
Expenses 20, 000/-(room rent 3 month's and allowance)
Total Balance. 155, 000/-
For this details please check all details records and wages records my attendance my bank statement for any query I will present
still I got only 25000/& 32000/- only
So please try to release myb

    Last month (6th March) due to underground metro construction, we were asked to evacuate our building within 4 hours without providing complete details, to which we objected. They just said there is some problem due to on going metro construction. We denied to evacuate the building. And asked them to stop the underground construction, but we were told that the construction cannot be stopped. After objection by all colony members they agreed to stop the construction.
    Same night we noticed lot of cracks in all our room and our main gate was visibly sunken down. All the flooring tiles started cracking up as well.
    Then we were told that due to construction the water started flooding underground and the building started sinking.
    So we had to immediately evacuate. We were shifted to a guest house named Divine hotel in maharani bagh by DMRC. We were told that it will take just 2 days. After that we were told that it will take 15 days. The guest house was not good at all so we were shifted to Suryaa hotel in New Friends Colony.
    In the mean time DMRC immediately started the work of lifting the building by filling cement under our building so that the building does not collapse.
    DMRC assured us that they will repair all the loss.
    Now after 27 days we have been told that the building has been stabilised and we can go back to our house.
    They are saying that they will start repair work of our building after another 20-25 days once they complete the underground construction.
    Our houses still have cracks all over. It's still risky to stay in the house.
    We are facing mental harassment. Out side our house their is lot of dust all over. My dad has lung problem. His treatment is going on in Escorts. Doctors have said that dust is poison for him.
    Please help us with the current situation.

      I Entered A Mall Road Side Gate and Purchased a token from your customer care counter because only one counter is open there i want to go chandni chowk
      i purchased a token to chandni chowk your operator charged me for this token 52
      Rupeese but this token real cost is only 12 rupeese and he didn't give me a any kind of reciept.. Plz take a reasonable action
      Bcoz he didn't know how to behave with passengers..

        Misbehaviour by metro executives shruti gupta and anurag with customer at govindpuri metro station, metro card was submitted on 8 march '2017 9:10 am as card was not working a pink colour carbon copy reciept was given to customer stating a balance of 140 in card plus 50 rupees to be refunded (Which is taken by metro corporation as security deposit). Since 4 days every morning & evening customer is asking for refund at counter spending around 15-20 minutes at last told to visit again.
        Till on 21 st march' 2017 again i went to the counter seeking refund where the metro executive anurag took the reciept and denied to give complete refund and went abusive "jo karna hai kar lo" i asked him to return my pink reciept / card then he was more abusive, till then another metro executive shruti gupta intervened and went more abusive and niether they returned my money nor card / reciept which i was given on 8 th march by metro executive.
        I was there from 9:05 pm till 9:35 pm at night and anurag said listen to me only then i will return money, i told him it is night i am getting late but he was aggressive and did not returned my money back till i finally left.

        Please check the camera recording and give me a resolution and get my money back.

          New smart card not work at exit and fine of Rs 200 charged at exit station

          I took new smart card no. [protected] on dated 16/03/17 from Vaishali metro station in Rs. 150/ and entered through access gate. When i touch it at access gate for exit at Huda city metro station, it dose not work. Customer care executive at huda city center checked it and told me that card is invalid. He argue with me and not allaowed to exit. I told him that i am getting late for office so please alow me to exit. He chanrged me Rs. 200/-...

          Dear sir
          I am writing this complaint due to the incident occurred today dated 12 march 2017 in a Delhi metro badarpur towards the Kashmiri gate actually my mother was travelled in a metro in ladies compartment in a huge rush with a hand bag of blue color containing cash of ₹4000 but suddenly a group of 3 or 4 ladies created a circle around and very clevernessly they opened a chain of handbag and withdraw the cash and metro card. So I am here requesting you to please check your cctv footage of metro if there is any and take a strict action against them and please do the needful.
          Incident dated - 12 march 2017
          Time - 4 to 6 pm

          I did not received my 500 rupees recharge, which i had done from Paytm on 23 Feb 2017. And now one is resolving my issue. Not Paytm, nor DMRC. and it is making me feel like i have done any mistake by showing the trust on Paytm & DMRC Both. If you guys can then please intervene in this issue and try to solve my problem ASAP. Thanx.

            I was recharge my smart card for Rs100/ at ghitorni metro station around 6:30pm. It shows done. then I went to mg road metro station, I saw that my card not recharged I told to customer care mg road station he told me to complain at only ghitorni metro station further I went to ghitorni metro station and I told everything but he not down my card number and mob number.
            That's why I told you.
            Please refund my amount or credit my smart card num[protected]

                my Wallet color is brown and having money around INR[protected]. Some more things was available in my wallet described below :

                My wife passport size photo.
                MST from Ghaziabad to Okhala.

                This is my humble request to trace the same. I am in trouble due to this.

                  It is very difficult for anyone who lives in Laxmi Nagar to board a metro in the morning hours between 8-10 am. Because there is an overcrowded situation in this specific station and recently the people who come fro Vaishali they have to push away the people at Laxmi Nagar just to come out from the coach as the people boarding from the Laxmi Nagar station are dying to get inside the coach.
                  recently one girl has fallen badly due to the chaos and no one tried to help.

                  the situation is getting worse day by day as the metro come overfilled from Vaishali metro itself.

                  No one is looking into this matter. morning is the special time to start the day but the day starting at such note is horrifying.
                  Who to blame now?
                  India's population or the administration.
                  it is my request to look into this situation.

                    I lost my iPhone 6s plus today morning in metro while getting out of the metro at Rajiv Chowk metro station.
                    I was just helping an old lady and in the mean while someone stole my phone out of my pocket.
                    When I went to the official at the metro station to report the same, his register had ‘n’ number of complaints. It seemed to be just a satisfaction for me to enter the complaint in the register as no action would be taken.
                    Even the CC TV camera was not operational in that section and all the thefts usually take place in that section only.

                    Please take proper action for the thefts taking place as even Police is not ready to write an FIR.

                      Date of the incident - first week of january onwards.
                      Client no.- [protected]
                      Description - coaching center students queue in front of welcome metro station entry gate. Queues are for coaching classes not for the metro tickets or entry. Still the students block the entry gate. Students don't listen if asked by the passengers to stand aside. The passage to the metro entry is not feasible for the old passengers and disabled people. If a lady passenger try to enter the main gate the students dont give sides and she has to cross them by touching them.
                      Kindly take some measures to keep these queues away from metro main gate.

                        This is to bring to your notice that the noida to dwarka line i.e. blue line is getting pathetic each coming day. since past one month even more than that the trains come at their own sweet will even at the office time. It is so unreliable that it comes after 15 minutes and the display says it would be coming after one minute. this is so pathetic. what do the operators ppl think? are the passengers fool.

                        there is no point starting new metro services if you cannot maintain the present ones. it appears that the metro will burst with ppl as its has no time, the frequency is so less even at the peak time. why will ppl be travelling if the system is going to be so bad. and then the govt says that dont use your own vehicles !! are we animals. we definitely deserve to be treated better. we are ready to pay more and have genuine services.

                          This is regarding the corruption (overcharging in the parking fare) and misbehave by the parking staff at the Paschim Vihar East Metro station.
                          Staff member (Pradeep) overcharged the parking rate of two wheeler from Rs 10/- to Rs 30/ without any parking slip being provided to the vehicle parker. On arguing with the rates, abusive language was used by him.
                          I request you to please take a strict action against him as this is creating a monopoly of these staff.

                            There is always a very long line at chawri bazaar metro station(haus qazi gate) daily after 6 pm.there is only 1 baggage scanning machine and only 2 counters for men's security check.line extends till top of the stairs.and it is a daily routine.there is uge volumes of people daily so there is urgent need for additional baggage scanning machine.
                            Also there are only 5 entry gates(card/token) gates out of which only 3 work.and on some days only 1 or 2 is working.many of the times the staff allow people to pass the gate without even using card or token.

                            Since saturday there is no supply of water in SOUTH PATEL NAGAR, delhi-110008.
                            in block 7, 8 and 9 there is no water supply.also parts of ranjit nagar are affected with the problem.
                            please get is solved at the earliest.

                              My Metro card number is 55842198 on which I recharged from paytm for Rs 500 and Which I validated the recharge from AVM vending machine it didn't get updated so I consulted cutomer care and they said the card is DEAD and I cannot get the paytm recharge back so kindly cancel my recharge of Rs 500 with paytm order number [protected] so that it gets added to the paytm wallet.

                                Yesterday i boarded metro on violet line from cs, it was too crowded to get in, a lady kept pushing me inside with her, and stole my 2 wallets from my sling bag. All this while i was with my cousins, just during this time i was pushed away from them, so i have a doubt on that female, plus she was sitting right behind me till jln stadium station, i deboarded at jln. As soon i got down, i found my wallets missing. Later i got a call from mool chand customer care that someone gave my wallet to them, when i went to collect it, i got only one wallet back which was had all my cards, my cash wallet wasn't recovered.
                                The female was wearing a saree, looked like a pahadi, with shawl and of 5 feet 2-3 inches, applied vermilion. I have a strong intuition that it was her. Please look into the matter. I don't want to search for my wallet but look for these females who are pick pocketing people and committing such crime. I am still in a state of shock as this has been my first experience with a pick pocketer. And being a female, i never expected a woman doing these things. Please do something for the security.

                                  I would like bring to your notice as 2.5% transaction value is being changed through pos as i used ny credit card on noida golf course to to get new metro card (Rs50) and loading of amount rs300 at 7.45.11 am dated 12-dec-2016 with metro card no :78345045.

                                  Total amount charged : 356.04

                                  Pos is conveyance to pay through cashless mode asthis should not be enforced to customer. I am going to report this to bank of over charging through pos terminal.

                                    My name is Suvarma Raj.I am a wheel chair user and I wish to lodge a complaint against the Kashmiri Gate metro station staff. The lift was not working and despite several requests no help came for me from any quarter. Infact a few people from the staff even laughed at my plight. On seeing me break down in tears a fellow passenger carried me down the 40 to 45 steps from the platform to the platform of the yellow route and I then came to office. This is the height of insensitivity and disregard for the needs of a wheelchair user and I request stern action to be taken against the erring officers.
                                    The lift at Shahdra too is always out of order and I am left with no choice but to wheel myself to Mansarover to board the metro.

                                      Hello, this is to inform you that i use pulbangash metro parking to park my car since 2006 and earlier the incharge of that parking use to charge 450 but now he is charging a very high amout which is 1800. And when i checked in the dmcr website it was 1000 rs for a car. The parking incharge is charging very high amount so, i would like to pay attention toward may complain and take strick action on that person
