Hi Sir

Incident-
I travelled from Noida Sector 16 to Noida City Centre via Metro on 2nd August 2010 at around 9.50 am. The lady at the ticketing counter charged me 12/- Rs.
As I intended to exit at City Centre, I was not able to exit as the token had 10 Rs/- only.
As I checked with the staff, they asked me to pay 50Rs/- + 2 Rs/- for not getting correct token.
I called the helpline (with Mr Jiten) but he told me the same thing
Eventually, I had to pay Rs 52/- and also it wasted a lot of my time.


Complaint-
Sir, I realise that the token has 10Rs/- and while boarding from Noida Sector 16, I should have been more careful at the entry gate (where it displayed Rs 10/-), but I would like to share that

1) If I am a commuter and I realise that Rs 12/- is the correct fare (and the systems are robust enough to not allow me to exit if i buy anything less), why will i like to underspend and that too 2 Rs/-

2) If its a miss from your personnel's end, please help do the dilligence. I am paying for miss/cheating from your staff

I filed a complaint (14974) but helpline check told me that the lady had not overcharged


Suggestion- Sir, I request you to take precedence and use a lie detector (for both the lady and the myself) if you dont believe in my case.
While Delhi Metro is a great example of modern day futuristic India, human interventions/behaviours are trying to stop the show

DMRC Delhi Metro Rail Corporation — spreading mosquito bites in the city

On the metro stations and tracks there is lot of rain water stored and it is a happy home for mosquito to breed and spread disease in the city.
i think govt should impose penalty and fine for such ignorance.

I would like to file a complaint against DMRC providing city rail service in Delhi, has not made arrangement for FREE DRINKING WATER in the premise of the Metro Stations.
People have to buy Bottle for drinking water which is against the humanity because the size of metro railway is very large and it is the moral duty of the corporation to provide such basic service to its customer.

Sir I was travelling by Delhi Metro from Botanical Garden on 29 August 2010, near about timing 2:30 PM. I was taking playing toy as a gift for my five year old niece. The toy didn, t pertained to any metallic substance . It was a simple deviced toy which operates with the help of small batteries and it was not equipped with any electronic machine and batteries. They forcefully damaged that toy and started abusing me and infact they raise hand on me. Sir iam a Government employee and highly educated persons. I request them that this is not an objectionable article and i showed them the cover of the toy which was diagrammated with the inside content of the toy. But they didn't listened me and started shouting on me and abusing me. The toy was very costly and it was damaged brutually into pieces. It was a huge loss to me and i was humilated . Kindly take serious action against the officials on duty on 29/08/10 at Botanical Metro Station ( 2:30 PM)
When any thing runs there are Good and there are Bad both exists. we need to overcome the bad part. Along with the above ones i would like to draw the attention of metro top people toward the management of crowd. As the model is highly successful the management of crowd of a big challenge and there is need to change the existing thought process.

I commute from Mayur Vihar Phase-1 to Noida Sec - 16. The crowd is horrible as the the frequency is 8 mins. There is vertually a place for only 1-2 can get in the Metro that too fortunately standing at the front of the gate. Once the journey is over it takes around 7-10 mins to come out of the Exit token gate as there is always big que reaching the end wall.

Today (3-Sep-2010) the crowd was horrible as the que reached the end wall and turned twice. It took around 20 mins to get out of the station. The station staff not able to respond and the same complaint was also give in Jan as well but nothing has been done.

There is a place to install new gates and once more gates are installed the problem can be solved. There might be many other problems leis like this and can be over come by taking little initiative by the top people.

My name is Kapil Rawtani, I am a resident of Malviya Nagar.Today (07 Sep' 2010) at 1440 hours approx. I bought a token of Rs.12 from AIIMS to Malviya Nagar from window number 2 from left side, and board a metro from AIIMS station, instead of Rs.12 your ticket executive gave me a token of Rs.10 which was valid from AIIMS to Hauz Khas, and after reaching Malviya Nagar at 1450 hours approx. I paid Rs.50 as fine and Rs.2 as fare difference due to negligence of your ticketing executive at AIIMS station.
I feel you should recruit educated staff at all the metro stations because of just a little negligence of your ticketing executive at AIIMS I argued with the gaurd and customer care executive at Malviya Nagar station and I paid fine even if I had not commited any offence.
Delhi metro is the public transport and thousand of passenger are travelling daily, so you should recruit some efficient and educated staff, so that Delhi metro passengers have safe and joyful journey and they do not have to face Embarrassment like me just because your staff is illiterate.

I hope you will look into the matter and do the needful.

It is so disheartening to register complaint regarding the Metro...

Commuting from Model Town to Noida daily and finding it in a sorry state...

The guarding staff at the Rajiv Chowk Station are meant to guide the people to maintain lines... but they

are so irresponsible... after MISSING 6 TRAINS... I was able to get in... due to the uncivilised people

pushing from behind cause there were no lines maintained to get in.

I hope some action would be taken.

Just yesterday i had my first trip in metro from the new line from Chhatarpur to central Secretarat. At around 08:05 hrs i asked the person in token counter to give me a token for Central Secr. & once i reached my destination i was told "i have bought it till INA". From whatever happened after that i have few questions:
1)The person inCentral Secr (station incharge) told me i shud know the rates even if it's my first time . i questioned tht gentleman tht whether he knew rates of 2 stations( randomly) to which he replied that he doesnt need to know.I'm sure he should teach what he preaches. i accept my mistake of believing the staff.
2)The lady at the counter asked me to go back to INA & refill some amount till i could come back to my destination. Phew by this time i'm sure that i can never feel good bout travelling back in metro again though i'll have to...
3)the station incharge said that i HAD to pay Rs 50 + 2 AS THIS IS THE POLICY even when he almost agreed that it was the fault of the person from whom i had taken the token. i'm sure making money from such unethical ways should not be followed as i'm sure anyone reading this should agree that an untrained personnel who is on a contractual basis will not accept his mistake..& is bound to repeat such a thing again n again n again.
4)How many times do thhey give back your change money??They just say we dont have it ...you get the change then..
5)i was told that every complaint is delt with seriously.. hope to get some response 6)Funny part is all this has happened for just 2 rupees...

Incident-
I travelled from chattarpur to indraprastha via Metro on 16 nov 2010 at around 8.42 am. The gents at the ticketing counter no1 charged me 21/- Rs.
As I intended to exit at indraprastha, I was not able to exit as the token had 16 Rs/- only.
As I checked with the staff, they asked me to pay 50Rs/- + 5 Rs/- for not getting correct token.
I called the helpline (with Mr yogesh) but he told me the same thing
Eventually, I had to pay Rs 52/- and also it wasted a lot of my time.
there are many requirement of people which DMRC can't take into consideration.DMRC is already providing a great service in transport.It's only a medium of transportation.Just imagine your life without metro.It has a great role in our life.Indian Railway is providing drinking water but you better know their quality.So Plz. corporate with DMRC instead of giving complains.

I am a reguler coustmer of delhi metro more than thrice in a week, i was travelling from seelumpur to rajori garden before a month, i went to costumer care and stand in queue to recharge my card, i waited from 10 mins and watching everything. Then i called the guy who was sitting inside and talking on phone but he didn't rply instead of guy the girl name's MONIKA was standing beside him and doing nothing was suddenly lost her temper and started shouting on me and said "CHUP CHAP KHADA RHE WHI PAR" then i said to her politely ma'm that i am giving you respect so also deserve the same thing from your side, then again she started houling on me, then i said please come out, i dont wanna talk to you i wanna talk to your station master then again she started shoting on me and said to me "YOU SHUT UP ANPAD GAVAR" and started abusing me that i can't mention here. After all these thing she said to me wait for a minute l'll tell you that what can i do, i said do whatever you want i am not going anywhere then she started mummering and called the staff of CISF who was standing there and they cought me and treat me as a criminal, then they waste my more then half an hour, after that a guy came to me and said that he is station master but he was not and asked what happend and i told each and everything to him, than she came in the control room and discussing with him after five minute the guy came out the room and said to me she is going to file police complaint against you, then i said i am ready for it coz i didn't do anything wrong than he started trying to understemate me and said to me that she is girl and police will support her, nothing will happen police come here and harrase you and will take 200 or 500rs from you and take you to police station, you say sorry and leave this topic here. Actully he started to critise and understimate me, then i thought a bit and said sorry coz i was getting late, after some time before a week i was traveling by merto then i again went to cc and asked the name of girl, than again the guy sitting in the cc understimate me and said she is desprate to file a police complaint against you and DMRC lowyer are free and haven't nothing to do, so don't do anything you are taking risk on your career. I also worked as a costumer care executive and i know very well that how to treat to and behave with coustmer.
So, i am reqesting to you please give the proper training to metro staff coz the way the metro stations staff behave to their coustmer its not good at all, i am not blaming all the whole staff but some of them ruining the image of Delhi Metro by their wrong attitude some of then are very good. Some are very very unmannered and teach some manners and take some action against her. If they (The whole metro staff) treat the passengers like this, i don't think so that there will be any diference between Delhi Metro and indian railway.
I hope that you will surely come to me with a nice explaination.
i wanna add somethings, insults can come in two forms, words and gestures. You can avoid a lot of problem by thinking before you speak. Choosing your words before sharing them, may be all you need to bring a smile to someones face rather than a frown. It is not against the Delhi Metro, please tak it as a feedback from a reguler coustmer.

Delhi Metro Rail Corp — Noida Route Metro

We are very much tired of daily routine of metro to getting late on the Noida route. This is really somethnig that you people are understanding the our problem which we are facing on daily basis on this route.

"Its very difficult to make things but its very difficult to maintain those things" .

This is my first complaint against this and if this is not get resolved i will be droping mails to higher peoples also.

this is to inform you that the employees at the token counter always asks for CHANGE and that too not for rs1 or 2 but for rs 7, 8 or 9.
And since sometimes we do not carry changes, so taking the benefit of that the employees at the token counter do not return us the remaining money. Yesterday at the SHADIPUR metro station i asked for a token for MG ROAD metro station, they asked me for rs 7 change.Since i did not have the change so they did not give me the remaining change, then again at the MG road metro station the asked for change while taking the token and again they did not return the change.
As an individual its not a big loss, but its a huge inconvenience while buying the tokens.So pi request you to please do consider this.

i sahil baught ticket frommgf station to huda city center (rs10).and accidently due to certain reason my token was not senserod by the gate machine and when i reached exit at huda city center it didnt worked an i asked guard fo reason and he abused me and i was getting late for some personal reasons and i jumped over i would have runned but they called me and i respected their call and went to coustmer care where i told them the whole seen but instead of solving my problem they abused and threatned me and asked for 100rs as bribe and i refused so manoj (custmer care guy)& (dinesh guard) took me to sachin in control room their i sat on chair and he just threatned with one officer there to put me behind bars for false reasons i again and again told them i was wrong but sir the machine also didnt worked as i took token and followed the procedure but machines also fail some times and still they took 200 fine ... if i was wrong then machine was also so they took fine from me but wat about that machine it was too wrong then why only i paid panelty...and i was disrespected and made fun off...please its a humble request to take strict action against those people

An overload sign appears at half the capacity. Please carry out necessary repairs. Verbal complaints to the Customer Care Cell for the last two months did not help.
Please treat the matter urgent.

Today my card was not working. I tried around 50 times to enter into noida sector 16. And it worked suddenly. So i decided to give this card at huda city center station And take the new one. But when i reached to huda city center, They were saying today is sunday you cant return card. And also when i told them to give a new card. Because after a number of try it worked . SO i came out from station. And this whole thing happened in from t of metro staff. But they are not ready to exchange my card. it contains 180 rupees. This is ridiculous. Please help me. and either give me the money and card fee on return or exchange my card with the same amount.
On[protected] about 6.00 PM I enter in New Delhi metro station with my younger sister and her 2 year old daughter along with two metro cards to go Rohine west. I have card no.[protected] and my sister have card no. [protected]. We entered properly with separate card and gates were opened normally. I came out normally with proper gate opening, but my sister’s card showing balance in minus when she was trying to come out but at the entering time her card was showing Rs 199. It was recharged by me with Rs 200.00 on 06.08.2014 at Shahadara station about 10.0 AM. And my sister has to come out by paying Rs.100.0 for ticket.
I want to know that how it is possible for any person to enter with minus balance in his/her metro card, if required you can go through your CCTV footage of New Delhi metro station.

Deliberate negligence by the staffs & extremely poor service at Chatterpur Metro Station during exit & entry during the peak hours.
It was madding crowd everywhere & there are people falling on each other & there was a stampede like situation every day at exit points at Chatterpur Metro station during peak hours on daily basis. The queue extended till the platform still there are people pouring in from the trains but nobody can exit. People are fighting with each other for exit. I do not understand why the exit gates cannot be increases. Neither the exit system nor the entry system is functional.
Why these systems are not in not in healthy conditions. The exit gates remain malfunctioned. The scanning machine at entry the gates remains malfunctioned.
What is the problem with Metro? Is it lack of money or manpower? Why cannot be a large number of technical & security manpower be employed? Why the system cannot be full proof? The country has spent huge money in setting up of such world class infrastructure but due to negligence of the official in charge things are going in the path of destruction. Why?

A gentleman cannot think of travelling in Delhi Metro because of its mismanagement, & poor safety & security. Metro is earning such a huge amount of Money but there is a poor maintenance.

Please reply to my queries. As a citizen I am much concern to this. Ensure that action must be taken against these unpatriotic officials.

    sulabh complex in kashmeri gate, opposite to gate no. 7 is in very poor condition. it requires better maintenance. people sitting infront charge public Rs. 2 for single use and doing nothing about hygiene

    Yes! I also agree with that the Delhi metro Sulabh complex is too dirty at GBT Nagar stop. Many times I have seen there that in ladies section of toilet gents are using. I have caught many times red-handed.

    Please do the needful for the same. I have complained this to local staff however, they just ignore it.

    please help to maintain dignity and hygiene.

      yesterday i travelled by metro.ibought ticket for dwarka.but metro fined me rs 51 for overtravelling.while it was a mistake of the ticket maker.he shd tell me there are 4-5 station for dwarka.i explained all the things to them but they did nt listen to me andchargdrs 51

      today i travel in metro from tegore garden to central sect. today which i have seen in getting up the metro train it is not possible that any person could get enter in the copartment it time at 8.45 am.
      i m the person who delayed 5 second late beacuse i could not get into the compartment.

      1. all passenger they are standing in the gate only in every gate so you tell me how passenger will go to the compartment .
      every body in hurry to enter in metro.
      if your staff officer will stand in a gate and he tell to the passenger that nobody will stand in gate only.
      or train i/c will announced that no one stand in the gate only those who wanted to get down to the station.
      today i feel very bad suitation in my life being a sr citizen how i can manage to get into the metro by request.

      Today 19/3/2010 traveled Dilshad Garden to Tis Hazari Court at Tis Hazari Sataion Fined Me Rs.51/-Fine & time harased & unable to reach importent meeting. it was mistake by Tickets maker I asked to Tickets maker at Dilshad Garden Give me token to Tis Hazari Cort & gave Rs. 50/- then he return Rs.35/- with short amt of Token it was totaly mistake by tickets maker & liable to give compensation Rs.25000/-

      I am also agree, DMRC having very unprofessional altitude toward their passenger. I was also suffer due to negligence of DMRC employees. I bought ticket from Shastri Park to Adrash Nagar and specially mentioned the station name, because this isn’t my daily route. And at ticket counter they asked for Rs. 15 as a fair toward one side. At Adrash Nagar satation I came to know, fair from Shastri Park to Adrash Nagar is Rs. 16. According to DMRC I made a crime, which is fully negligence of employee of DMRC. I paid Rs. 51 as penalty and file complaint against them at Adrash Nagar station, but today is April 7, 2010 but I don’t got any status what type of action they have been taken against their employee. Is there any one can suggest me how can I can take some action against DMRC. This is not monetary issue but it hurt myself respect.

      If they are trying to fine you for over Journey, you should get back to same station for which the ticket was issued even by mistake.

      No one can stop you getting back to the ticket oriented station and then purchase a new ticket for extra journey.

      I think, DMRC should install one equipment which will record the finger prints of person, once he/she places the figure on required destination ticket purchase.

      I was travelling from uttam nagar to tagore and in between my jorney i lost my metro card at tagore they fined me 100 rupees to exit . I ask why 100 if may be i travelling from one end to other than also fare is obly 23 to 30 then why the hell u asking for 100. He told me it a rule i cant answer. this is not logical in any sense .

        We are four persons who are residing in Sonipat Haryana, but employed in Delhi. We use to commute together in a car from sonipat to delhi, but from last 15 days we decided to include metro line Jahangirpuri-Central Sectt., in our journey. We need to park our car at the parking area of Jahangir Puri metro station. We normally reach the parking site at 8.10 am, and we always need to argue with the parking attendants for getting space for our car. The attendants always stops us from parking our vehicle, even though there is ample space available at the site. It is only after arguments and cajoling that they allow us to park our car there. I have also found some commercial vehicles like tempos and auto rickshaws parked there (I have photographic evidence if you require), which I understand should not be allowed. I understand that parking space is filled on first come first serve basis and it is not appropriate to deny us entry when ample space is available in the parking area. Since we are always in hurry, a lot of time gets wasted in arguing with the attendants. Many times we have to travel onward in car, as we are not allowed entry in parking area.

        It is requested to instruct the attendants there to behave properly with the commuters and manage the parking lot in rational and impartial manner.

        I want part time job.
        Yes I agree on this and there are a lot of commercial vehicles been parked in the parking which idially should not be parked. Other thing is that they maximum of times used to give a 02 wheeler parking slip to Car Commuters which says a parking amount of Rs 05 upto 10 Hours and Rs 10 afterwords however at the time of exit they charge the double and on questions, they always says that the Car Parking Slips are not available currently.

        The Complaint been logged at the Metro Customer Care (Jahangir Pur) but no answer...

        JAHANGIR PURI METRO STATION PARKING IS NOT AT ALL SAFE
        There are cars parked for months with covers on them leaving no space for daily commuters. ALl types of commercial vehicles(taxi, temo, RTV are allowed to park inside. Parking is almost always full even early in th emorning and late night, since people use the space for parking for days and months together.

        It is only after arguments that they allow us to park our car there. I understand that parking space is filled on first come first serve basis and it is not appropriate to deny us entry when ample space is available in the parking area.

        Many times we have to travel onward in car, as we are not allowed entry in parking area.

        It is requested to instruct the attendants there to behave properly with the commuters and manage the parking lot in rational and impartial manner.
        We need two checking machine for bags at Jhangir Puri Metro Station.

        CISF staff is very bed manners he behave like animal & using abusing language.

          On 3/9/09 I went to Rajiv chowk Metro station to board for Shadra and ask the on Counter No. 32 to give twoo ticket for Shadra Metro station, the person at Counter No. 32 at Rajiv CHowk metro station charged Rs.11 per ticket. But at shadra station my token was rejected for exit and I have to pay Rs. 50 per token.
          Sir,
          I want to complain about the Person person at Counter No. 32 at Rajiv CHowk metro station, because of her careless I wasted around 90minutes and I want Justice that why should I incurre the penalty for the fault of other person.

          I k l batra working as Asst Manager in a Nationalised Bank at Pilkhuwa UP native place Najafgarh, Delhi. On 19/09/2009 I came to Dwarka More Station and went for Smart Card recharge. A security employye Mr. Shri Kant who was at search point, called me from Back very rudely ! A Helloooooo... When I shown my concern on his way of addressing me, he shouted at me and replied why should I call you Sir, I am not doing here any business why I should be polite. Even he was ready for manhandling...which I avoided. Than he told me I am of the same attitude. you can complaint where you want.

          My humble request to you..pls these security people should be given proper. Otherwise Metro will give a look like a Blue Line Bus in Delhi very shourtly...

          I want to file a complaint against the person sitting on the ticket counter at around 1800 hrs in the evening on 04-Nov-10 at Green Park Metro Station

          The reason being he charged me more though I asked him twice about the fare

          I asked him for a token upto ndls and he charged me Rs 21 instead of Rs 16 and when I touched my token at the entrance it showed only Rs 16 that means he kept rest Rs 5 in his pocket only

          It's not a matter of 5 bugs it's the point of stealing which your staff is doing this is the second incident with me that's why I thought of complaing the same to you

          i have the same experience at pratap nagar metro station at smart card recharge counter at 10.55 p.m. there your incharge of the window asked me so rude about the change ( balance refund) even he had the change but he delayed me give the same for 10 miniutes

          i m not staisfied with the behaviour of the staff of Delhi Metro at all
          I haven't seen anything wrong in DMRC till now. But if above cases are true then I am ready to join DMRC as a motivatinal speaker and as a trainee to tell bad people or employees that how they can create a healthy invironment in DMRC.
          Earlier i had the feeling that METRO is Delhi Pride...But i dont hv that ideology now...Reason i was charged Rs 250/- Penalty for almost no cause...I just went out of the women coach coz my girl was sitting next door...I was caught by the 3rd rated ill mannered guards who dont hv etiquettes to talk or bahave..They manhandled me and took me to the Control room where the main officer was chewing guthka...He was such an that withought investigating about the matter he told me to pay a penalty og 250 bucks...Fact is that the other guys flew off coz they were alone and i was caught coz i was with a lady...I[censored] travell after 9:30 you can see men sitting in the women coach...i just want to say why this discrimination is going on... Metro employess...

            I’ve seen a big water leakage in water line of Sonia Vihar behind Delhi metro rail staff quarters Shastri Park Delhi 53.

            why are the exit gate no. 1 and 2 at kashmir gate for commuters going towards huda city centre and jahangir puri closed. please reconsider the decision as the first coach is reserved for ladies and they have to come back in order to get the first coach.
            similarly male passengers have also come back.
            Dear Sir,

            Being a daily commuter, I want to bring some facts to your kind notice. I am a resident of Janak Puri and working at Noida – Sector 63. In previous, we have contacted the customer care various times upon this very cause and that’s the only today we come to know about your Complaint No., though mentioning above. The obvious and single option to travel that distance is Metro only. But that is sad so say DMRC is not providing smooth journey to its passenger.

            The six coach rack was introduced a year back but plied mostly on Vaishali route. Noida route has hardly 1 or 2 trains between the, horribly crowded time 7.30 am to 9.30 am. If we get more six coach trains at this time period, it is not me or my friends, but a lot of passengers will be benefited. & I just want to one answer from DMRC side that in Vaishali route only 2 stations are added & even the rush is so less as compare to Noida side then why most of the six coach trains are going to Vaishali route….please think of it

            It is requested to please look into the matter and arrange solution to the problem we facing every day.

              Sir, you can see that still now there Jamrud pur area is not free to Local bussess or other vehichle
              we are facing many problem, my bussess cames from nehru place to dilshad garden, chartered bus
              but due to DMRC late work of clearing the road thousands of people facing daily problem for this issue

              when will be this problem shourt out.

                i was travelling to G.T.B nagar from tiz hazari on tuesday 2/6/09. accidentally i missed the station. when i cam on the next station, model town, i had to change the platform to reach my destination but was stopped by the metro staff. they said this is an offence that i have exit the stn n make an entry again with a fine of rs.50. when i negotiated, they used foul language n demanded rs.50.
                instead of traveeling again i exited, travelled by auto rikshaw. in this two care takers and the customer care executives were involved. it happened at 12.30pm

                I had put in a written complaint vide complaint book entry No.325071 at Shastri Nagar Metro station against the misconduct, assault & extortion bid by the Metro kiosk attendent & two safai karamcharies.that happened at about 4.00 PM on[protected]. I also sent my complaint to the Chief Vigilance Officer through email at 08.50 PMon the same day i.e.[protected]. Till date no action has been taken. If such is the working of the METRO Vigilance department, it is very irresponsible act. If bo strict deterent action is taken immediately & there is no responce within a week, I shall be constrained to fesort to file criminal cases at the cost of the DMRC ( of cource including dharna / demostration & media reporting.)

                DMRC staff is really useless and third grade. even the customer care people and drivers, maintenance staff is also useless. when you talk to them in english, they are not able to answer.

                i think DMRC recruitment staff took bribe from RICKSHAW pullers and provided them these jobs.

                these biharis always show BHAI-CHARA when ever you make any complaint.

                the best way is - write a complaint in presence of station controller or .station controller and provide them your address. they will answer you in written at your address and then your can put a case against them.

                and simple way is - talk in english, ye bihari waise hi ghabra jayenge.

                  I am Ambuj Garg, r/o C-344 East End Appartments, Mayur Vihar Phase 1, New Delhi 96.
                  I was travelling in my car from Rajnigandga crossing (Noida) towards sector-18 today on 26.05.2008 at 9:15AM when a Delhi metro hoarding fell on my car as it was not adequately fixed on to the groung.
                  My car was damaged. On enquiring it in a repair workshop I was told that a expenditure of 35000 Rs was requried. As my car is insured I would be able to claim the part of amount from the insurance Co. But still I would be left paying around 10000Rs from my pocket.
                  Please let me know how to proceed the claim in this scenario

                  Me and my son took the token from Rohini to Vishwidyalaya. The counter guy took Rs. 26/- (Rs.13/- each). HE WAS BUSY TALKING ON MOBILE. When we reached Vishwavidyalaya station, the machine showed invalid amount. When we reached "CUSTOMER CELL" to our utter surprise, the guy Mr. Jitendra Prasad was only interested in making us pay the penalty.(Rs. 102/-- 51/-Rs. each) I insisted on speaking to some senoir person, but he did not let me meet, instead after requesting for so long he let me speak to somebody on phone, saying that he is a senior person. Let me tell you one thing "the way he was speaking, I doubt he was a senior person". Even he instead o[censored]nderstanding the problem kept on insisting me to pay the penalty.I want to bring this insident to the notice of sr. authorities as money is not a problem, WHEN I CAN PAY RS. 13/- EACH FOR A TICKET I CAN ALSO PAY RS. 14/- FOR THE SAME.                   I am Ashok Negi, Flat 194 Poket-7 Rohini Sector 23 New Delhi -110085. Ph No [protected].
                  I was travelling in my car from Vishram Chowk crossing (Rohini sector -3 ) towards sector-23 (my home)on 16.11.2009 at 10:30 PM with my family when a Delhi metro Fedder Bus (the driver was drunk) hit my car by crossing the red light and in my family my brother, father and pregnent wife injured because of this accident My car was damaged.On enquiring it in a repair workshop I was told that a expenditure of 80000 Rs was requried. As my car is insured I would be able to claim the part of amount from the insurance Co. But still I would be left paying around 10000 to 20000 Rs from my pocket and i am also bearing the Medical expences.

                  I also put the FIR against the driver he were in the lock up but deneying to pay the claim Please let me know how to proceed the claim in this scenario,
