Address: Nehru place

Today when I went to nehru place metro station, security gaurd at scanning machine of bags misbehaved and threw my luggage out from machine. He said machine will b damaged with my luggage. N rolled back machine n threw out my bag. Even it was placed well, he just tried to bully without reason.

    Address: Dwarka metro station

    At Dwarka metro station while I was trying to deboard the metro, I was thrashed by the incoming crowd. There was no personnel to discipline the crowd. There should be some punishment for such activities. Please look into the matter as it is a daily activity. Put some fine on such people

      I m ravinder dhiran i have recharge our metro card 37257370 date 18 jan 23. Amt was debit my paytm but no recharge our card. I have attach recharge receipt.         I had recharged my DMRC Rechargeable Card[protected] on date 16/Nov/2022 of Rupees 200/- via Paytm but there is no recharge till date. I had complained many times to customer care but no resolution of my problem so far.
        I would request you to take necessary actions against concerned people and get this resolved as soon as possible. The screenshot of the payment is attached for your reference.

            I am writing to express my concern regarding the increasing number of passengers on the green line metro. As this line connects to three more metro lines, the passenger volume has greatly increased, leading to overcrowding on the trains.

            This overcrowding has led to several issues, including increased instances of theft and misbehavior towards women. The lack of space and privacy on the trains makes it difficult for passengers to protect their belongings and for women to feel safe.

            I urge the metro authority to take immediate action and increase the number of coaches on the green line metro. This will not only improve the safety and comfort of passengers, but it will also help to ease the overcrowding and reduce the chance of theft and misbehavior.

            Thank you for your attention to this matter.

              The number of stations in green line are large and the it is connecting atleast 3 more other lines of metro which lead to the massive crowd but the coaches of the metro are still 4.
              It leads to massive crowd and may kead to theft and misbehave with the ladies too. So it is requested to make the coaches of metro atleast 6 in the green line metro

                Why Vaishali to Dwarka still keep switch on AC on fill speed in chilled Winter.. i think Metro staff don't want to improve their image and status . We are wearing 3 sweaters and sc is on really nonsense .

                  I recharged my Metro smart card of 500 rs through Paytm on 28 December 2022 at 9.11 am which was successful but when I tried to top up using the machine it shows no recharge and when I call DMRC customer care they told me to wait for 24 hrs but still it neither show recharged nor I get my refund. what should I do?

                    On Monday 19/12/22 my metro card is demage. So that I m go to metro customer care i told him I want to transfer my money in my old metro card he told me generate new card i said ok he generat new metro card & told me new card generate 200 rupees i said ok he recharge my card the new balance is 100 & 50 rupee charge for security i give him 500 rs note he give me 300 ok after that next day i go metro station and i told him my new balance is 100. You not give me 350 rupee why my card balance is 100 rs only..& then staff ne kaha mam kuch ni ho skta ap jao kuch ni kr skte usne slip bhi ni di misbehave krne lga bola me 50rs pr ni Marta me aise 50 rupee ni baat skta me 50lakh ki gadi me aata hu daily yeh sab me unka maneger bhi tha vaha mujhe us staff ne bahut ulta sidha bola jada garmi aa rhi h.. unke maneger ne merko samjhya unke staff ko kuch nhi kaha ..me chup chap roo k aayi vaha se... Me model to redfort daily metro travel krti hu me student hu me daily recharge karati hu card me. me jhuti bolti toh camera according check krne k liye nhi bolti unke staff or maneger kisi ne camera recording nhi nikali.. cashier sir ka name Sanjeev h may be afternoon time me duty pr hote h mujhse unse sorry chahiye in written or by face ... please help me sir me transfer slip ki pic sent kr rhi hu .. unhone bahut Ganda misbehave kiya mere sath

                        The service man misbehave with me on Tughlakabad metro station

                        Hey DMC helpdesk,

                        Today, i have travelled from Tuglakabaad metro station, so actually after scanning and security check. My shoes laces get open suddenly, their is a chair in front of me, I go their and out my shoes in the corner of chair just to get support so that I will not fall down . And a security person came their and says :- yhe kya kr rhe h tu, ghr h yhe Tera nraz nhi aarha h yhe chair hai, apne ghr pe yhe krte vo,...

                            My name isAnkit I park my car at noida electronic city metro station parking. But every day the parking staf[censored]se abusive language and ask to pay extra Money. When I ask for the bill the refuse to give the bill. I am being abused and harassed as they demand my car keys even though the parking space is not full and there is lot of space I am ready to park wherever they ask. Specially in night the staff is drunk some times and with some people who even are not staff but guns in the auto drivers dress. Even today they ask me to take my vehicle from the parking if I do not give my keys. They tried to get my car parked in the unauthorised parking area. I request you tot ske note and do the needful.

                              Today i visited neelam chowk ajronda metro station and used public washroom at metro they charged me for use public washroom they wash their personal kitchen accessories and his behaviour was rude when i ask why u charged and washing your personal belongings here .

                                No doubt that it has become daily affair or fashion for Metro Drivers to stop metro at every station from Vaishali to Rajeev Chowk, really pathetic .
                                Without any reason it get stop at every station and start announcing that " There will be a short delay, Sorry for inconvenience" but why short delay ? announcement should be clear and reasonable that due to technical fault or whatever it is.

                                The driver of Metro No. 20622 at Vaishali to Dwarka route on 22nd Nov. 2022 was making fun and gossiping at Yamuna Bank around 09:40 outside when 500 passengers were sitting in metro and waiting that when to reach office, is there any professionalism for them or not? Are they not being paid ? or they are on strike ? Its really shameful for India that DMRC is deteriorating day by day in terms of giving good service . That is the reason that due to dishonesty, unprofessionalism India is not doing progress in comparison with other countries.

                                    The incident happen at 4:30 pm at 13 Nov 2022 when i am in the line of checking so I mistakenly come closer to the front men in the line while he checking so the officer checking the bags tell me to don't come closer and try to be patient, he said it very politely but the officer who is checking he misbehave and say some very bad words! And i didn't argue and i am very calm that time but he is keep passing comments
