Hi Sir, I was travelling to home yesterday so to catch the train from Delhi Sarai Rohilla i took a metro from Kashmiri gate to shastri nagar towards red line . While i was entering in metro someone stole my purse . I n my purse there is 1800 rs including with my all identity cards like Aadhar card, Pan card, Driving Licence, 2 debit cards : icici and pnb and delhi, aqua metro cards and some of my passport size photographs in front space. Sir my all ID cards are very important. Please help me to find it

    The validity of a Delhi metro card is ten years from the date of acquisition or from the date of recharging whichever is later. I have delhi metro card number[protected] which was issued by DMRC on november 2018. on 10/10/2022 my card is stop working and when i ask for help and assistance from customer support staff available on (Vishwa Vidyalaya, Noida sector 16, sector 51) they did not help me regarding this and also said take token for your journey instead of resolving my Grievance or provide me new card. what kind of system is this DMRC always promote travel through metro card but at the time of giving their service they give that kind of service. I am advocate i have to travel for attending my hearings, filling cases or important document in honourable (Supreme court, High court and District courts). How can DMRC or Government of India can promote public transport with this kind of service. This is deficiency of service by DMRC i want proper explanation and compensation for all the inconvenience happened to me on 10/10/2022.

      Dear Sir,

      Since yesterday, the parking at Shaheed Nagar ( Red Line ) metro station has been taken away from the contractor and Metro has started managing it directly.

      This has caused a lot of problems.

      I was told that there is no space but as you can see there is one parking lot. The attendants say it is reserved.
      In my last communication with you, I was told that the parking is on " first come first serve basis "

      There are cars parked since months.. why ? Parking of tempos and auto rikshaws is allowed.

      The management of this metro parking lot is bad. Every 2nd month the main contractor is changing the sub-contractor, and now DMRC has started managing itself .

        I am regularly boarding train from Faridabad Sarai Khwaja metro station in between 8.45 am to 10.00 am for Rajendra Place...but the most pathetic issue is during office time the time gap between 2 trains is 5 to 8 minutes which results in over crowded coaches, even no place to stand properly...due to this we have to change in Badarpur which again waste 4-5 mins...
        Being a working elderly woman it's very difficult to bear this situation 6 days a week.

          Today Am Going from kashmere gate metro station to qutub minar metto station.in metro everywhere there is advertusement of Epic Condom.which type of information, dmrc wants to spread.A person who is going to make a physical relationship, intimate, or going to have sex, he knows either he have to use condom or not.in a metro everyone is travelling from new born to oldage persons, when a child will ask to his mom, what is condom what will she reply to a 6-7 year child.its very shamefull that earning source of metro is a advertisement of condom.

            DMRC Team,

            Without hesitation i would say that Metro service of Vaishali has become worst kind of service till Rajiv chowk as it unnecessarily make commuters on wait at Yamuna Bank specially despite being it already make them on wait at Vaishali and Kaushambi for 6 minutes minimum waiting time for next metro and remaining 2 minutes go beyond 5 minutes very often, Its atmosphere post pandemic become rather more pathetic and incredible that its really nonsense attitude of drivers that at every station they drive it too slow that they don't even realize that working people has to reach on time and next connecting metro might miss but they are Indians who cannot realize it and that's how India is still not a developed country simply because o[censored]ncivilized citizens, they are not civilians.. Conclusion is this that Metro has become now a Big Garbage Trai with Animals, A Malgadi and undisciplined transport mode . The purpose was to bring metro in India has been failed, Now they just want to make heft amount of money from people now.

              I Nikhil Ranjan entered the Metro Premises of Dwarka More Metro at around 8 PM and asked the CUSTOMER Care Executive named Pradeep to issue a Token against Card. He swiped the card and the transaction couldn’t processed. I requested him to retry for the same and he abused me and misbehaved with me and said I will not retry with the card.

              There was a PAYTM scanner on which I requested to make payment in lieu of token. However, he said that I will only issue token once the message will come. I scanned and showed him the receipt of successful transaction and even after he didn’t issue me a token. A balance of INR 20/- was deducted from my account and I showed him the receipt as well. Despite that the hooligan didn’t issue me a token. Finally I had to beg in front of someone for cash for 20/- and then that ### issued me a token.

              I would like to submit that how Delhi Metro is recruiting such kind of rude staff and hooligans on CUSTOMER Care Services.

              I would like to lodge a formal complaint on this Portal and would like to ensure that such kind of antisocial elements should be removed at once from the Job and a legal action should be taken against him.

                I was waiting on rajender place Metro Station and it shows Noida electronic city but it took me to Vaishali what is wrong with you guys now we have to look all the way out side of the metro.. It's pathetic being a such huge transport in capital of India. Shame on you DMRC

                  This is about Botanical Garden Metro Station. Two children between the age of 11-12 years are involved in begging and selling those pens of rupes 10. The pen is just an escape they just beg in the name of selling. They forcefully insist to give money, touching, and asking for money. Their family is involved in this too their mother gets situated near gate no 3 of the station. Thier behavior is making us problems in going through the route....

                  This is to inform that a proper system of cleanliness is required for the metro coaches. For those o[censored]s who are travelling daily, the coaches are really unclean. Dirt patches on the coach's floor, as well as on the seats and glass panes look really unclean and the people are easily prone to the germs attached. The metro station washrooms need a proper system of cleanliness with proper odour management, soap and fixing of the taps and washroom locks.

                      Yesterday, i was at the metro station sector 62 I approached the authority for Delhi metro card. I was asked to pay Rs 150 which was made through Paytm UPI but they said that they did not receive transaction message but Rs 150 was already deducted from my account After that they said it will be refund to your account but till now no intaited transaction message is received either from bank or Delhi metro
                      So, please look into matter

                        This has been noticed that since long time Vaishali Metro make passengers late for offices between 8:30 to 9:00 AM very oftenly, it stops for long at Yamuna bank specially and even after closing doors still keep standing which is really very irritating and annoying. Kutub Minar metro too respond in same manner between 8:30 to 9:30 its speed become too slow from INA to Malviya Nagar that we don't feel like that travelling in Metro, rather in local train, it's again annoying that we are paying 100 per day but service is like 10 Rs. ..so cheap service

                            At GTB Nagar metro station gate number 4 i took 2 tickets for Malviya Nagar which was cost me for 80rs but I gave him 200 rs but he only gave me 20rs but not other remaining money which was not fair. The remaining money which Is missing was 100rs.

                              This is to bring to your notice a deeply unfortunate incident that occurred with me that shook my belief in the ability of DMRC to treat women with dignity. As a woman, I have now lost confidence whether I can safely travel from one destination to the next using a metro service.

                              The incident occurred at around 12:15pm on June 30, 2022. I was traveling from Botanical Garden Metro Station to Hauz Khas metro station on the Magenta line and was seated in a ladies coach. At Jamia Millia Station, I took off my mask for a second to unlock my phone. This is when I was confronted by an official from the DMRC. I am not aware of his identity as he was not wearing an ID card.

                              He insisted that since I had taken the mask off for a second, I was expected to pay a fine. I explained that the mask had been taken off only to unlock the phone that required my face image to open the lock and had been immediately put back on. These explanations did not work for him and he started talking to me in a loud and aggressive tone and threatened to hand me over to the Delhi Police. He was joined by 2 other officials. Not one of them was a woman. Throughout the experience, I felt extremely intimidated and scared for my life. In fact, the other women tried to intervene to calm him down but to no effect.

                              Being a frequent traveller, I do understand the importance of the COVID guidelines. Therefore, I also paid the fine as attached below.

                              While the whole country is working towards providing a safe environment for women, it would appear that DMRC flying squads are on an overdrive to thwart that. I am considering filing an FIR against DMRC under IPC 509 for using words and gestures intended to insult the modesty of a woman.

                              I am attaching a photo of the aforementioned official receipt of the fine. I would like an explanation for why male officials were allowed to board the ladies compartment.

                              I sincerely hope that the authorities take action on this and I am not forced to file an FIR on the same.

                              Looking forward to a speedy explanation and action.

                                    Hi, i am a daily traveler of metro and since past 2 months i have been experiencing an issue on HUDA CITY CENTER. I have to travel to gurgaon on daily basis as i work there. I want to tell that i leave my house in delhi at 7:00 a.m every morning to reach the office at 9:00 a.m so that i can leave the office at 6:00 p.m which i do on daily basis and then try to rush to metro station so that i can save some time to reach my home back. But, i guess metro does not like that. Because it is not making my hectic schedule easy. The moment i reach to Huda City Center to board the metro around 6:25 or so it take 6 -7 minutes for a metro to come which brings more crowd to the platform as usual and then the worst part is entering into the metro with such a huge crowd because everyone wants to board that metro as it is already late from its schedule which was earlier 2-3 minutes time gap and now it is coming in a time gap of 7-8 minutes which sometimes goes to 10 minutes. I would like to request to the DMRC to please increase the frequency of metros on Huda City Center for atleast on peak time. 5.30-8:00 p.m. We all are facing this issue on daily basis.
                                    This issue is also leading to accidents and thefts. Please do some action as early as possible.
                                    Corona has gone and all companies are now working and open with full staff so the crowd is increasing like before the corona time

                                      I am using DELHI AIRPORT LINE LAST THREE YEARS and using monthly trip pass card. In earlier practice at the time of exit from EVM gate machine showing balance TRIP and validity also but now last one year this facility is not shown in machine. Due to this we are facing problem to check about validity of my monthly pass.

                                      Please look into the matter and revert.
