There is no protocol or sop following by you and cisf officials also, you both need to work on protocol or sop rather than targeting the community, this is not your private property its public property, you both are just a care taker of that, do your officials powers in ethnically way.

poor protocol, poor management system, poor sop guidelines, if will rate your services that is 10 out -10

    Dear Royal enfield
    I bought a Himalayan bs6 from Roviz Motors Karunagapally, kollam, Kerala on 11-sep-2021.
    After first service I heard a extra noisy sound from engine.At that time I contact with service center and I go to the Roviz motors and unnoonny motors Madannada, kollam for the same complient for 5 times and they not fix the complient.Now my vehicle done 5000km and I drop the motorcycle in Roviz motors service center for fixing the engine sound issue on 03/01/2022 now almost cover 18days.
    At in this time I didn’t get back the motorcycle from the service center.
    Can u give me a solution for this Urgently

        Hii,
        This complain regarding of my metro card.
        Recharge my metro card Rs.500 /- through my debit card, but amount not received in my metro card after top-up in machine, but balance was deducted in my account.
        I didn't received amount, its been one week now.
        Metro card no: [protected].
        Kindly help..

            I traveled from GTB nagar today morning but due to overcrowded the entry was closed. I told one of the staff of DMRC that being a media person it's urgent I need to be on time. He misbehaved and commented badly on the profession.
            I am not aware of his name, strict action should be taken on him.

              Dear govt. i am facing an issue while reaching metro station 52 as all gates are closed and i am not able to cross the highway as vehicles are running at high speed and there is no way to cross the road ..being a women ..i cant jump over the divider ..kindly consider my request and open the lift atleast of metro station sector 52 of other side

                  Complaint about grey line metro

                  The grey line metro is delay every day and I have been working late so it took me 20 to 25 min to reach my destination which took only 6 min earlier. I don't know what the problem is but kindly solve this problem. You will be very grateful.

                  Some gates of the metro station had been shut due to COVID last year however now that everything has opened and metro has resumed in full capacity, it is requested to open all gates of the metro station as it causes a lot of inconvenience.

                  This complaint is specially in regard to the Dabri mor Janak Puri South metro station (Magenta line) whose 2 gates are almost 400 metres away from each other.

                    I made payment through Debit Card.

                    Money has been debited but smart card not recharged.

                        Today, I was taking metro from Sikanderpur metro station while returning from my office.
                        My metro card had no balance.
                        I went to the employee named Jitendra kumar and asked me to give me the token. He denied in a very bad tone and said " read what is written on the board outside, yaha token nahi milega. Neeche Ja".
                        I got angry. My atm had some server issue I asked to recharge the card and I wanted to transfer from UPI, he denied. I don't take online payments. I said now, it's written you accept. He replied so badly in a bad tone " mene Bol Diya toh Bol Diya kissi aur station chale jao itne dikkat h"
                        I got angry on him. I told him, how dare you talk to your customer in this manner. Who the hell you think we are. He holding the mic said, I talk like this. Do whatever you can.

                        I complained the officials sitting at the checking port about his behaviour. They simply said it's not our department.
                        2 uniformed men came and asked me about what is happening took to the room where manager was sitting.

                        I told manager how dare your employees talk like this to customer in-front of you. He said I have many more things to look into.
                        From behind that slobbish employee was saying, my name is Jitendra kumar. Do whatever you can.

                        No one in the office said anything to employee. He was so ill mannered. I will make sure he pays for his attitude. I'm raising complaint here against DMRC & staff they're hiring. And shall take this forward as much as I could.

                          Damaged road from khajuri flyover to gokalpuri flyover pot holes of diameter 2 mtrs occured everyplace on the road. No work done from your side people face so much trouble due to road potholes and water logging because of poor road. PWD told this complaint relates to u plz 🙏 do needful. Your always done appericiatable work I hope you done same
