Myself pooja jha, resident of plot no. R-44, budh vihar, rohini, new delhi - 110086. jal board k no. is [protected]. our water meter has been stolen by thieves while i was out of station. kindly lodge my fir complaint so that i can apply for a new water meter.

      I am writing this on the behalf of women traveling in metro from the metro station Karol Bagh,
      There is no safety for women. The CISF people and employees of DMRC didn't allow us to make different row for women, and they use to say that only one row will be there for men and women and that row ends in the karol bagh market where light is not appropriate and men are large in number and women are less (ie. 4 to 5 women in 25 to 40 men).
      All CISF people and DMRC people used to stand near the entry gate.. but no one is watching towards the end of the row.And we asked that if something will happen then who will be responsible then they replied that We are not responsible only Delhi police will be responsible. We all are not feeling safe in that area and requesting you to do the needful.

        HI I WANT TO SAY govt has given very much importance to medical health care workers during this COVID time but now there is no respect of medical staff especially metro officials dont behave nicely today at rajiv chowk metro statn i asked one of your guard to let me go in with life as i was not feeling well and came back from covid duty he talked very rudely and said "aage jakr crpf se bat kro, time se nikla kro" i said log jhut bolkr jate h ap jane dete hain he said ha sb bimar hote hain pls give me answer dont we expect any help from your side?

          14.07.2021. It seems that the premium service of Delhi metro has faded out of its excellence due to mismanagement resorted by the Ill qualified managers of the DMRC management. It is astonishing that I as a senior citizen had to que up for 1 and a half hour to catch the train. More so the behaviour of your security staff was below the standard. One of the men was using unusual and unruly language, jo kar sakte ho kar lo, kuch nahi hone wala.

          On enquiry from customer care regarding complaint book he straight away denied of having one with him.

          Isn't it disgusting that this costly transport service is being projected with black face by the misdeeds of some o[censored]r employees. I am attaching herewith a video of the event wherein I had to que up for 1 and a half hour, Which could have been avoided if proper thought at the cost of a nice thought.

          What is the present situation. It seems that the complaint has been tossed in to trash
          The situation at Kashmere Gate terminal has not changed as of date. it seems that the higher ups of this premium service are busy in enjoying their air conditions cabins and not to mend the ways of their staff.

            We are facing a lot of trouble with just 1 gate being open since last 15 days.

            For entry, 70% of the people have to cross the road.
            And there not have any option to cross the road, I don't know if left gate is already open, why metro can't open right side gate.

            You can visit and check the problem out side.. please look into it and resolve the issue.

              There is no manner in staff of cisf at new delhi metro station entry gate scanner machine
              He was checking very fastly while entring then i just asked him
              Bhai thoda araam se check kro machine ghutne m lag gya
              Thatsall
              He then replied very rudely and pushed me up by saying chal be nikal yha se
              This is the behaviour of your cisf staff
              Plz take an strict action against him/
              He was sardaar wearing pagdi

                On 9th July( 8:13am or 8:15 am ), I went to inderlok metro station
                I gave her 200/- for making a new card .

                My card got recharged for Rs100 plus 50 security .

                But she did not returned Rs 50/-to me .
                Kindly check the cctv footage of that area
                That she did not pay me anything back .The name of that employ is Rinku Saini .
                And return the amount .
                If we are trusting DMRC doesn't mean you will take advantage of it .
                Kindly look into the matter and return the money.

                  I travelled from inderlok metro station 7 july at 4:30 pm.
                  I had recharge my card by google pay but from my account the amount was deducted but it was not reached to the person of yours
                  Then i payed cash and he said i will get that 200₹ refund. Buttt whennn???
                  Still not got yetttt??!!!

                    Respected sir/mam

                    My name is shailza and i am living in raj nagar extension ghaziabad up.

                    I am working in bank of baroda situated at parliament street cp.

                    My nearest metro station is hindon river .
                    And the problem is that the officials working there ordered to maintain a single queue for gents, ladies and children . And they barricaded after sending 8-10 persons.
                    Even they put a notice on the entrance that there is not separate queue for ladies.

                    Due to which the ladies and the children standing there suffer a lot in this hot weather because the number of ladies are less in comparison with gents.

                    I talked to the officials and they said me to write a written complaint .

                    Therefore i request to the authorities to kindly look into this matter and solve our problem.

                        On tuesday 29th June, i was travelling from Sector-34 Noida to Dwarka at around 1:45 PM .
                        I literally slide my face mask 2 inches for 2-3 seconds to uncover my nose to breath and slide again to nose, suddenly 3 Staff of Delhi Metro started harassing me for challan. named a lady - “Dolly Sharma” and two men “Alok Kumar and Arun Yadav” and they were talking very bad . They snatched my metro card from me and a note of ₹200 and gave me slip details below -

                              At janakpuri west, employees are not letting people enter. The que are being formed for a long long time for about 20-25 mins everyday. Not a matter of day or soo, we have to face this problem everyday. Internal movement between the metro station are still on whereas no one is allowed to enter from outside. If this will be a regular problem people will stop coming to janakpuri west instead they'll prefer boarding from other stations. Please resolve this asap as everyone has to go to their specific destinations (mine is office) and this late causes us a lot. I hope you understand.

                                Hi,
                                There is no social distance/ no proper information, even they have not good mic to announce. DMRC employees are so rude as they told "aise hi rahega"
                                In short it's very shameful act at Dwarka Mor Metro station. Please help for all.

                                  At Rajbagh metro station, every day the gates were closing in the morning. Due to that all public were forced to wait outside and after 10 to 15 minutes it will be a crowd with strength of more that 150 people. When the public is asking why it is closed, they are answered it is the order from top level. Kindly find a solution at the earliest, as in this pandemic time Jobs are very precious, as lot of people lost their jobs. Managements are waiting for a reason to minimize the staff. If you are a regular late comer, they will take this as a reason to be fired from the company. Expecting a fast solution for the same.

                                    I m travel through green line from bahadurgarh a huge line we face in morning at duty time this is a harassment through delhi metro same on delhi metro i[censored] want 50 % metro passengers then this is not possible plz stop metro service till u can not be able to increase metro service and run with 100% passenger...public bhut preshan ho rhi h traveling m SBI ofc time p nhi jaa paa rhe nd jo metro stations k bhar line lg rhi h usme konsa social distancing ho rhi h this is all ### through delhi metro sb drame h public ko preshan krne k log 50 minutes tk bhr dhup m line lgaye khege rhete h nd inhe koi frk nhi pdta plz metro ko bnd krdo km se km metro ka lalach to nhi rhega ..upr se green line m metro ki service b km h uska time b bdha rakha h...ekdm ghatiya service by metro staff same on delhi metro...plz increase the metro service nd break this line for entry sare passengers ko entry dijiya shyam ko b to metro full hoke ati h tb corona kahn jata h ye sb bhane h duty persons ko preshan krne k ...plz do the needful...
