    As the responsible citizen of India who is residing in delhi want to complain regarding the social distancing not followed in the delhi metro specially in the women's coach

    People are sitting on the labeled seats
    When we say no that leads to heat up the problem

      Address: Ramesh nagar metro station 110015

      I know this won't help me but still I m trying to file a complaint against ramesh nagar metro station main contractor or main parking incharge .
      I pay monthly 1500/- to 2000/- depending upon there demands but now they are like "bhaiya ji car tabi lagegi jb apse 2400 rs ayenge naa hi 2000rs" contractor said.
      Like seriously 2400rs is worth parking there because they drive so rash and they are drunk most of the time.
      Whosoever reading this what are the basic charges for car parking ????
      Why they are taking so much money??
      Why there are no rules and regulation outside the metro??
      If we will done some crime inside metro there are strict rules but why not in a parking area??
      Why Delhi police is not taking action against this!
      I know this is only for fun!
      You won't take action againt ramesh nagar metro station car parking staff!!

        I gave two notes of 10 to get the token but despite that he refused to take the money and said that this note is not in good condition.Despite my repeated requests, it clearly refused to give the token. I demand action against This employee I am also sending you such talked recordings which you can understand by watching ..All these problems have happened at Ashram Metro station.gate no 03.

          Address: Palam metro station gate no. 2

          At 7:56 am in the morning on 3/3/2021, when i touch the card[protected] on entry gate it showed the balance but did not allow me the entrance. I went to the counter and get it checked. They asked me to try again still it did not allow me the entrance (kindly check cctv if needed). As I was getting late for office, I used my other card. Later in the evening when I asked them to make it function again they are asking me for fine. Why should I pay 2 times for a single metro ride when I did not enter through this card. Kindly settle this issue asap.

            As I spoke to the Customer Service Team, I hardly see anyone following the guidelines of maintaining distance in DMRC. I was traveling in the morning from DG to Rohini in women coach Metro No. D1 A21 and complained to Customer service that no one is following the guidelines of restricted seats. (Locate the attached pic)

            I already raised the issue to the helpline previously but no one took any action. This is the second time that I have complained for this that DMRC is not checking for the restricted seats, if people are following the DMRC guidelines by not sitting at restricted seats and fine them where required.

            After this mail, if no action been taken, I have to mark the mail to required officials and to social media now.

              This is to inform you that due to constant delays and intermittent halts in violet line metro, numerous are given warnings at their offices.
              Because of the poor service, many o[censored]s have already started leaving our homes an hour before. I don't understand how can we accommodate further delays in our daily schedules.

              Kindly take the necessary action for the same has now been continuing for over a month now.

              I understand that we need dmrc and not the other way round, but I strongly feel that the authority needs to keep up the ethics and ensure efficiency.

                On 21st feb (7:10 pm) I recharged my metro card(200rs) using paytm, Even the payment was sucessfull under order [protected] with reference number 83485245 but while using in avm machine its showing no amount is available for recharge I tried contacting paytm they said the recharge was sucessfull from their side . Please solve this querry as soon as possible.

                  In jahangirpuri metro station the person sitting outside the washroom didn't let me carry sanitary napkin inside. He said that sanitary napkins aren't allowed inside and if you want to change the napkin I have to pay ₹40. I want to know is there really such a rule existing or will there be any strict action taken against this person.

                      I have paid rs 400 on 29.10.2020 and rs 200 on 31.10.2020 from phone pe from IDBI BANK. in wrong METRO CARD NO. 2. I have not visited AVM for charging metro card AS THE CARD NO.2 WAS WRONG ( I have paid without mentioning any card no. ). I have received RS 400 with 2.5% deduction in bank account . After two months still I have not received rs. 200 back in my account. Please arrange for refund as soon as possible. Bank statement for month of OCT 2020, NOV. 2020 and Dec. 2020 are attached for referance.

                        I have recharge my DMRC smart card through through internet banking on 8th of December for Rs 100, but I didn't receive any TOP UP amount on my smart card . When I raised this issue to DMRC, they said that they are not received any amount on their side and asked me to get your refund from payment gateway platform i.e. CITRUS PAY . Transaction is successful and my account is debited by RS 100 .
                        Transaction no - Thx for INB txn of Rs.100 to Delhi Metr... Ref#IGAJZSHRN6 on 08Dec20.

                        Today almost 10 days completed but didn't receive my amount back.

                        Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                          Dear Sir/Mam,

                          I am facing a big problem through metro station ticketing counter staff,

                          As per goverment rules metro station are accepting only plastic money and online payment/ Scanning QR code.

                          Since I do not have money in my bank account as Banks have deducted the money due to non payments of loan as did have job during pandamic.

                          I explained everything to DMRC staff on ticket counter.

                          Now I tell you what I do to make payments to recharge my metro card, I have clicked the photo of your QR code and sent it to my family member now they scan this QR code at home and make payments it's been working fine.

                          Now my problem is with one person (Male staff) at Janakpuri East Metro Station on ticket counter. This person does this everytime.

                          But Today (1st-Oct-2020) at Janakpuri east metro station around 09:45am, he completely refused to accept the payment by this way also warned me for next time and misbehaved said "KYA KAR LEGA" other bad words, Insulted me well and said "Theke par ye samajh raha hoga"
                          Sarkari hu main, Muh band rakh apna.

                          I informed police persons out there but they took it lightly to this.

                          I got late for my office because of this.

                          I need action on this from goverment or by authorities.
                          This is my daily routine to from metro I can't bear this every day.

                          Please help me on this.

                            At haiderpur badli the top up machine is not working and when i went to the counter they didn't behave properly. Instead of solving the problem they asked "its ur card, which is not readable and u try at other station we can't do anything" what the hell is this.. If they can't do anything who will do.. And for to went other station i didn't have enough money in my card and it happen when am in emergency when am getting late for class... Please make

                              Today morning when dmrc garbage truck came.. As my wife is pregnant so she cant throw the packets inside the truck.. So she asked the driver to help her to throw them... But the driver came n as my old mother is with her standing there.. Then the driver just rudely told that u throw the packet n keep the packet there n went to sit. What type of behaviour it is with a pregnant women and a old woman??

                                The metro card recharge showed success in paytm.
                                When i showed the card in avm machine it said no topup is available on the said card.

                                Customer care at metro station said it could be due to server down, i rechecked again at 3 pm the amount is still not reflected.

                                I have checked the card number 3 times it is correct and i have recharged the correct card.

                                Please look into this matter.

                                  Industrial waste is dumped by factories of mundka industrial area over empty baron land of dda/mcd/pwd near metro station. At times this industrial waste catches fire causing environmental pollution and health hazard. The last two times the fire incident happened were on 04/10/2019 and 26/09/2019. Please do the needful on an urgent basis to stop this activity as this may affect metro services and service road damaged/broken also.

                                    I bought my token from jahangirpuri matrogestation around 6:15 pm, when i started exiting the maujpur metro sites at 6:50 pm, it told me an invalid ticket and when i checked the ticket, they started saying your token time is longer and if you have bought your token from the martyr's place then you will have to pay 10 rupees extra. I refused to give, then the staff started miss behaving, my there was no mistake. So why should i give extra charge? Then started saying that sometimes it happens because of technicals issu, why is extra charge taken?
