I am a respected and responsible citizen of our country. I wanted to grab your attemtion towards a very drastic and serious matter taking place in a small place situated in delhi named as vikaspuri. I have experienced such drastic visual in j block market of vikaspuri. The liquor shops are openly selling liquor also every hotel situated in j block market of vikaspuri are secretly providing liquor to people. There is no use of constables working there as everyone is currupted. The head of all these pythatic business going on there is constable vikram singh as he is being taking bribe and allowing people to drink there. People after drinking does fights on road, accidents are the most common by the drunkers.
I wanted you to firstly expel the currupted police constable vikram singh and then seal every liqour shops.
This is not only my interest but also for the well being of our citizens.

Dear sir,

People in the streets in east vinod nagar when your car is parked permanently, the front of his house and out of the cars to the people face a lot of perturbation.

Sometimes there is a long jams, the problem are in the entire east vinod nagar whither motor cars parked in the street has every look, but the money to buy four-wheel vehicle to stand why there is no facility to get here permanently make illegal parking on those streets blocked roads, causing major problems faced by children and are even ladies also.

East vinod nagar area, such as illegal parking all around: super shine chowk, gurudwara kichadipur think either side of a long jammed, and humor in every street within the city are occupied by people on the streets.

Request that the entire area, closing the illegal parking of vehicles abandoned htwaa from which he has been standing there for several years, chaurahon and streets are occupied by people standing up to permanently four-wheel vehicles.

Take the action as soon as possible so that to prevent accidents occurring in the future, long jams and children, elderly, and women do not face the perturbation.

Actually a girl (facebook account name, becky blair) is my facebook friend, after a long chatting, she desire to come to india, i said ok, on 12 july 2016, she send me a ticket photo copy through whats apps number ([protected]) on 13 july 2016, i called me from indra gandhi international airport, that due to excess luggage airport authority demanding inr 29500/- as penalty, through hindi lady mob.[protected] & given me bank account, i paid same on sbi ac -[protected] (mohan singh) pan no. gnvpj054h, after two hours she again called me and asking inr -75000/-against registration of her & cheque. due to imotion i deposited total inr 104500/, on morning 14 july 2016. a man called me as rbi bank officer. [protected], asking my account number to deposited the cheque amount (british lady cheque). after that i undestrand that (all are fraud) because in rbi bank, out siders not allow & nobody call like this, and i start asking my money back they said we are paying back upto evening, (i have all communication with them) please help me to return my money & other person not face this type fraud.

I was buy an iphone 6s 3months old from one person name as babun dey on 28th june 2016. his contact no. is ([protected]). he lives in west bangal and he send all the documents like mobile bill, his voter id card copy (cdk2971026), bank details everything (acc no. [protected] branch :- madhyamgram state bank of india). this account no. is on the name of rahul roy (mob no. [protected]) and i got this contact no. from my nearest sbi branch. he also insured his phone by dtdc courier service during sending to me and when he sended a courier slip to me then i contact with the given number on dtdc courier silp ([protected]) after confirmation i deposit 25000rs to his state bank account but after 24hours i didn't get delivery. then i go to courier office and they said sir this silp is original but name is fake this person make a fraud to rewrite on the courier slip that same time i go to my nearest police station but they said we don't write any complaints because these kinds of complaints file by consumer court. sir i am a normal middle class guy 23 years old just started my career in job after graduation and this money is my full saving of last 6 months please help me to get my money back i have all the evidence to catch that person.

I was working in nielit as data entry operator and want to change my job. i checked an online advertisement from steapahead times job and i register by paying a fee of rs. 1650/-. post registration i immediately receive call from one of the executive with full of conviction that since i have registered with stepahead there would be multiple of opportunities lined up for me and said would be receiving call from their head office for further formalities. everytime i received a call i had to shell out money, which i guess would not bill me so much. till the final stage of registration i had already spent rs.89, 000/- convincing that they are associated with times jobs and being in safe hands. being a needy person, i had managed to pay through my debit card again enhancing my liability with a hope of ray and believing the brand timesjobs. i never received a single call from any firm, infact to my surprise after one month or so i receive a mailer from stepahead asking me to update my profile, salary details, education details etc. which was already updated while i paid for services. i did it once again as requested as i was need of job, but since the entire process was a fraud the same mailer and calls received again and again to update my profile etc.. and one fine day all communications stopped. target for the month or quarter being achieved by stepahead times job, now lets hunt for another bakra.

Lets forget courtesy or humanity but don't these people atleast fear god, the curse they would be getting from people like us who are being cheated and their hard earned money are being robbed/looted. if this message in case reaches these heartless people, my only appeal to them is to refund the money and do some good cause if nothing else is possible. if required deduct your admin and phone call charges and refund the balance. i know if emotions would have exist in you this situation wouldn't have arose, however still with a bleak sigh of hope i am appealing on behalf of all who have fallen pray to your organization.

I have all the receipts and recorded calls from these guys.

Its my humble request to kindly look into the matter and please ask them to arranged my hard earned money of rs.89, 000/-

Sir, This no is from Delhi and from this no. I had received the call asking for details of Debit card and Credit card information. My wife has been tricked into it and lost out 8500 and also we had filed police complaint at local police station. Today i.e 7 Jul 16, again we had received call asking for details of credit card.

Please put this no. for God Sake so that further innocent people are not cheated.

Policemen in civil uniforms are unnecessarily causing harassment to civilians around/ under shadipur depot flyover. They ask for people to stop and if someone doesn't do that they chase them and take them to ranjeet nagar p. Stn for interrogation and harassment. (How can anyone stop for strangers when you have lots of looting cases going around every day). Can't the id card of these policemen be faked. Will they help us in case of some actual looters start doing the same thing? Should we start stopping for strangers?

I have not used my credit card while i receiving sms for amount rs.9870 in favour of mumbai motors. How can i pay this amount while credit card not used by me and same day i called to customer care for block the credit card and i talked about this matter from executive then he told me this case belongs to card cloning case.. Same clone card used in mumbai and i live in delhi on same day two transaction was done but one of small txn not claimed by merchant but 9870 amount claimed by merchant and bank debited this transaction amount from my credit card on 03rd september 2015 and still this case is pending... For mean while time bank reverse the amount on temporary basis but again charged in january 2016 so kindly check this case on priority basis on inform to axis bank kindly refund my amount inr 9870... It's humbly request to you.

I am a small Business Man and my goods worth Rs. 1 lacs were stolen from Janakpuri last year in April 2015. I had filed a FIR last year but now after one year police is asking me to withdraw my case as they couldn't do anything. I am having the mobile no of the person who stole my goods and mobile was ringing when I went to police station for complaining but police couldn't track it down at that time. Moreover at that time police also refused to file my complaint. Police could have easily tracked the thief but due to their negligence no actions were taken.

I had ordered online for monthly subscription of 2l amul toned milk from 24x7fresh
I got the delivery for the month of january
But when i renewed it on 8 feb, for rs. 2052, they said milk will be delivered from 16 feb, but did not deliver... Then after repeated mails... They responded and said it will be delivered from 1 march... Then delayed it again and said it will be from 18 march, alongwith 6 alphonso mangoes as a compensation
But... No delivery yet
They are neither answering calls or mails

Trip2gateway is an online travel portal and we had done membership for 12, 000. We wanted to cancel the membership later as we were informed that there is no travel packages offered from them. As per their terms and conditions, we were supposed to wait for 45 working days for them do the refund for the 12, 000 to us. They keep making us wait for over 2 months and does not pick up phones and are rude and say police cant do anything as lot of people have complained earlier as well.

This is regarding our complain against Flipkart online purchasing order no. OD[protected]. We paid amount through Dabit card on dated 22.05.2016 and received order (Split AC 1.5 tons Hitechi) on 26.05.16. Flipkart sent his technician on 27.05.16 he opened the box for installation but it was damaged item then same time he called to his supplier (Shop Cotact No. 22164949, 22095757 Shop Name - Razle Dazle) and they replied that next day they will replace and will send new piece. Since that day Flipkart is sending everyday mail that next day will replace still it is not replaced and now last mail they sent to us that they will replace on 10.06.16. Also it is not cleared that they will replace or refund our money. When we are calling they are replying that they don't have stock so can't replace. but on same time in mail they are saying that they will replace. PLEASE HELP US BECAUSE WE ORDERED THIS ITEM FOR OUR FATHER ON HIS BIRTHDAY HOPE YOU WILL DO THE NEEDFUL. WE NEED OUR MONEY OR THEY REPLACE.

Dear Sir,

I bought a Lenovo phone, model Vibe K4 NOTE, model number : Lenovo A7010a48, IMEI 1 Number: [protected] and IMEI 2 Number : [protected] .

I had some software related issue with the phone after using it for around two months, took it to Lenovo authorised service centre, namely : Communication Solution, Okhla phase 2, Delhi 110020 The problem i faced with phone : it went of to Factory restore mode while watching a movie, Battery heating up, Mobile phone was in a condition where i was receiving the calls but android could not be detected, no application can be seen, cannot be logged in, When it was handed over to the Lenovo authorised service centre, they said that it was locked so called : "Phone Locked", and cann be repaired and i having no clear idea about what locked is, they asked to pay 750 INR to get the issue sorted out, though under warenty. i gave 500 Rs in advance. ( they have given a receiving on the same : Payment reciept number: 172, Service centre Job sheet number : 537) Now when i am calling them to return me the phone, which was supposed to be handed over on last mnday (30th May 2016) they keep on saying me its not ready and if we cannot do anything we shall return the phone to you. If a phone is under warenty and if there is a software issue, do a company charge the customer, do they return the phone without servicing or do they change the phone since it was defected and return back a new phone.
