Delhi Police — blackmailing call from tikona broadband

Dear sir,

I was a consumer of tikona broadband and had disconnected the same 2 months back as they were billing around rs. 1500/- every month for rs. 650/- plan. My usage was not beyond limit too.
I have just received a threatening call from a delhi agent from tikona boradband for bill payment even after disconnection. His number goes as - [protected]
The router is disconnected & we are not using it.
Kindly help us in this regard.
