[Resolved]  Delhi Police — cheque no. 080477 of bank of india, mayapuri of rs.51000/-

This is bring to your kind notice that I have a policy of sbi life insurance, police no.IN[protected] of Rs.73000.
after 15 april onwards i received calls from Vikash told as SBI Agent, Id SLI[protected], mobile no. [protected] and
[protected] saying you have a offer of 30% discount on you policy if you deposit premium now and you have to pay
only 51000 out of 73000. He also commits me to give reeiving of 51000 after 2 days. Then I given a account payee
Cheque No. 080477 for 51000 issued bank of India, Mayapuri Branch on 27/04/2018. I was only one cheque and for
avoiding mistake i was kept payee name blank thought will fill in front of him, there he has not pen as well as i,
and given him payee name blank near by my home.he commits to fill sbi life, But he was en-cashed that Cheque on
some individual name only. The amount was deducted on 01/05/2018 from my account from that day to till
he has not given me any thing. when i was take a enquiry from SBI, they told this amount not initiated against your policy.
Till 20th april his both phones are worked and daily conversation heppen regarding this. after 20th his[protected] no. is
contineously switched off and [protected] is working.

I was mailed to sbi for the same they were taking more than 15 days to give a response about him or his above given id.
mail to bank off india, they replied that cheque was credited an individual favour of Saurabh Chhabra.

on phone call he told that he is working in barakhamba branch and residing Jamuna park, ganesh nagar. I do not have more
information on him. even yesterday he told me i was at PNB and have a FD on my daughters that i was encashed and return
to your money. so you are requested to help me in this regard. i have a big mistake to faith on him.

i belong to very low family and this amt is very big amt for me. i never expect he fraud with me in such a manner.

one thing as I earlier told you, I raised a complain to SBI, IRDA etc. then he called me and said why you complained there
against me, i committing you to give such amount back. if he is fraud not working in SBI Life then how he knows about
this complain. when I am talking him some noise listen feels that he working some call center such type of noise.

Sir, i have full faith on you, you all can only help me in this case, already mailed to delhi police but not received any reply.
you can get the evidence from two phone connections or bank account, address of saurabh chabbra.

again you are requested to give a solution in which i can get back my very big lost money.
