This is the complaint against police station, pushp vihar, new delhi - 110017. The said police station incumbents punctured many cars tyres with sua (Poke) badly with many wholes on 19.02.17 in between 10.30 pm to 11.30 pm (Night hours) who were parked on brt road on the side of pushp vihar, sector-3, (Entry gate), new delhi-17 (Opposite to police check post established at gali no. 33, dda flats, madangir, new delhi-62) adjacent to paid car parking lot established on the side of brt road, pushp vihar, sector-3 road, new delhi-17. I have also a video of this incident. This kind of police act is really not upto the mark and appreciable with the general public. The police incumbents badly destroyed the tyres, which are tubeless now-a-days and is a loss of rs.3, 000 to rs.5, 000 per tyre. There should have been a proper criteria for removing the vehicles from the road during night hours and for that prior intimation in the form of pamphlets etc is inevitable so that one may not suffer in any case. Due to this kind of act, the owners of the car faced huge financial loss as well as in the next morning, they faced lots of problem like arranging mechanic, repairing of dilapidated condition of the tubeless tyres, reaching late offices etc, which created lots of inconvenience to the owners. If the release of air from tyres is done through the air nosal, that would be not much inconvenience, but to make many holes from a sua (Poker) in the tyres deliberately, is a misconduct act and some how to show the police power in the area, which is not acceptable.
In view of the foregoing act of police authority of concerned police station, i request the higher authorities to kindly look into the matter personally and instruct the sho of concerned police station to inquire about he facts and do the needful in this case at the earliest so that such errant police incumbents may be taken into misconduct as per rules framed by the govt. Of india.
