Delhi Police — Fraud call from credit card processing

Dear Sir,

I would like to inform you & take necessary action against below -

10/10/2016 - I am repeatedly getting call from +91 [protected] from a person, identifying as caller from credit card servicing. Apparently he is going to make a fraudulent charge of Rs. 7999/- on a HDFC credit card which I do not have. Please advice what kind of protection I can take & as well how Police or Crime branch can take some action against the caller.
The calls are repeated on 12/10 & 14/10/2016 also. I have blocked the phone number.

The phone number is apparently from Delhi
