Delhi Police — fraud in name of part time jobs

I got a mail of which screenshot is down below in which it was about part time jobs i messaged on that number given on the mail they said you have to pay registration of 570 and I didn't paid it but then on 29th june i got a message in which registration amount was reduced to 250 and i paid that amount but till then the number is switched off
No on which i paid-[protected](250 through paytm)
Their whats app no-[protected]
Since 29th june both the numbers are switched off and i have got no information about my money or work it is a fraud.
