Delhi Police — I am complaining for misuse of my address and name

I am Pankaj Kumar r/o K15/3, Street No 5, West Ghonda, Delhi-110053. I am victim of fraud of misuse my Name, address & documents for accuiring HDFC Bank Account No- [protected] branch code 1663. On 31-December-2018 My family received an atm card where Name and Address is mine but contact Number[protected] is not mine. I never applied for any bank account with hdfc bank. I made a call to the above mentioned mobile number, the person said he is driving on second attempt he rejected my call.

I would like to update you someone has misusing my document. Therefore i would like to register my complaint for avoid any misshaping & misusing the same in future.
