Dear Sir, I would like to complain about a guy called Vaibhav who is running escort service all over India. His two numbers are +91-[protected] and +91- [protected]. He con's people for money. he take money from people via Paytm and blocks them after the payment is done. This is the only information I have but please investigate since as per sources he is is getting girls from villages for jobs and forcing them into prostitution. He stays in Delhi. There is a lot of noise through noise speakers in hakikat nagar gali no. 2 house ...probably they are drunk and i dont really feel safe to contact them and ask them to stop... What to do..please help
