Dear Sir, Myself V. C. Patidar, Managing Director Of "SAO Agronomy India Pvt. Ltd, Indore. we hereby requesting you that we have supplied 1 truck load material to " Nupur Marketing Consultant Comp., Shalimar Bag New Delhi, TIN Reg. No. [protected] through our concern supplier Veenit Sales, Jaora Dist. Ratlam [M.P.] Vide Inv. No. 154 dt.[protected] Inv. Value 1095000/- with payment terms of within 3-4 days after delivery that is finalized with Mr. Dillip Nigan, Proprietor of " Nupur Marketing Consultant and also placed Order by him on his company letter Had. the material was delivered on 23rd Feb. 2015. on our repeated request by mail/phone/message de released only Rs 500000/- on but now he continuously make unexpected excused to release the payment and also saying that, if we making any Pressure for payment he will laugh FIR against us like " JAN/MALL KI HANI" for claim and continue trying to threaten us that he is ill, so don't make pressure. many time he given to us false commitment that his person gone to release payment, he is making process for release payment, and one day he provide us dummy NEFT Ref. no. as release the payment, whereas he has not proceed it. on 18th march he send to us a dummy threatening like letter with mention the name of RAJEEV KAPOOR & CO., ADVOCATES, NEW DELHI (INDIA) without his knowledge, as we confirm to him now since 18th march onward he is not responding to us by any of media like mail/message/phone etc. and his all contact no. ([protected]; [protected]; [protected]; [protected] put on switch off / non response. So kindly take an immediate action against this company & provide the custody to us for any kind of fruad activities from his side. request is for your kind information & necessory action please. with regards!
