Delhi Police — Non delivery of subscribed milk from 24x7fresh company, and not even refunding money

I had ordered online for monthly subscription of 2l amul toned milk from 24x7fresh
I got the delivery for the month of january
But when i renewed it on 8 feb, for rs. 2052, they said milk will be delivered from 16 feb, but did not deliver... Then after repeated mails... They responded and said it will be delivered from 1 march... Then delayed it again and said it will be from 18 march, alongwith 6 alphonso mangoes as a compensation
But... No delivery yet
They are neither answering calls or mails

I have written to them so many times and have rven complaint on many online platforms... Yet no help

Kindly make them refund my money alongwith compensation becaude of the troubles they hav caused us
