Delhi Police — Online purchase from flipkart order no. OD[protected] | |||||
Respected Sir, This is regarding our complain against Flipkart online purchasing order no. OD[protected]. We paid amount through Dabit card on dated 22.05.2016 and received order (Split AC 1.5 tons Hitechi) on 26.05.16. Flipkart sent his technician on 27.05.16 he opened the box for installation but it was damaged item then same time he called to his supplier (Shop Cotact No. 22164949, 22095757 Shop Name - Razle Dazle) and they replied that next day they will replace and will send new piece. Since that day Flipkart is sending everyday mail that next day will replace still it is not replaced and now last mail they sent to us that they will replace on 10.06.16. Also it is not cleared that they will replace or refund our money. When we are calling they are replying that they don't have stock so can't replace. but on same time in mail they are saying that they will replace. PLEASE HELP US BECAUSE WE ORDERED THIS ITEM FOR OUR FATHER ON HIS BIRTHDAY HOPE YOU WILL DO THE NEEDFUL. WE NEED OUR MONEY OR THEY REPLACE.
