Delhi Police — Servce centre Issue with LENOVO PHONE that i purchased from AMAZON.com | |||
Dear Sir, I bought a Lenovo phone, model Vibe K4 NOTE, model number : Lenovo A7010a48, IMEI 1 Number: [protected] and IMEI 2 Number : [protected] . I had some software related issue with the phone after using it for around two months, took it to Lenovo authorised service centre, namely : Communication Solution, Okhla phase 2, Delhi 110020 The problem i faced with phone : it went of to Factory restore mode while watching a movie, Battery heating up, Mobile phone was in a condition where i was receiving the calls but android could not be detected, no application can be seen, cannot be logged in, When it was handed over to the Lenovo authorised service centre, they said that it was locked so called : "Phone Locked", and cann be repaired and i having no clear idea about what locked is, they asked to pay 750 INR to get the issue sorted out, though under warenty. i gave 500 Rs in advance. ( they have given a receiving on the same : Payment reciept number: 172, Service centre Job sheet number : 537) Now when i am calling them to return me the phone, which was supposed to be handed over on last mnday (30th May 2016) they keep on saying me its not ready and if we cannot do anything we shall return the phone to you. If a phone is under warenty and if there is a software issue, do a company charge the customer, do they return the phone without servicing or do they change the phone since it was defected and return back a new phone.
