Delhi Police — snatching of phone

My phone has been snatched by a bike snatcher during my walk in between 9:30 pm - 9:50 pm nearby u-turn of akshardham temple i didn't seen the face of snatcher but the bike number is ending with 2055. I call the police on 100 by taking someone help within 5 minutes and given all information. I don't have a phone number from which i call the police.
I request you to please help me in this matter as soon as possible.
