Delhi Police — Wrong behave and abusing with ledy and not paying my money

Shruti is hear i m writing this mail for your information with expectation of priority & immediate action,

I joined in sayo security on dated 29th of june 2016 and as par mr ajay sharma (prop. of sayo security) and attached offer latter if they terminating me without any notice period after promotion period (after 60 days as par attached written agreement proof) he libel to pay me 90 days before salary but unfortunately he denying to pay my last month (sep and till 07th oct) salary and as par his verbal commitment (challenging me like a criminal) for clarification i recorded his all discussion in my phone please ask me if required
Dear sir requesting you humbler to please take necessary action against this type o[censored]nprofessional fake employer.

I need some answers from mr ajay sharma,

Q.1-why and whose base he challenging me for take legal action.?
Q2- however he abuse me in front of all office staff.?
Q3-why he don, t pay me proper salary..?
Q4-what is the reason of my termination..?

I need below from mr ajay sharma, s end.

1-my full salary including 3 mounts, s salary.
2-close/cancel this type of people from this type of respected organization.

3-case a legal file (maan hani) against mr ajay sharma.
