To, The Principal Delhi Public School Durgapur Subject :- REGARDING CANCELLATION OF ADMISSION ::REFUND THEREOFF Respected Sir, Please refer to my application dated 19/04/2018. Despite a gap of over four months your office has still not refunded the charge of admission taken even though I have made more than 100 calls on your phone Numbers [protected]. Every time when I make a call, I have been assured that my matter is under consideration and the refund will be made at the earliest. A sum of Rs. 74850/- was deposited with the ICICI Bidhanagar Branch in April 2018 and immediately admission of my Son Sumit Raj Singh was cancelled by me due to my transfer to Patna itself. I had applied for refund in my following accounts but even after gap of over 4 months your office has not yet even responded about the progress of the refund. Even though I have made more than 100 call to your office number but your office has not made a single call about the progress of the refund. I the undersigned remind you that if my refund is not received within 10 days from the date of receipt of this application, I shall be compelled to file a complaint against your school to the appropriate authority to take stern action about the wilfully delaying the refund. Initially the Exam was supposed to be on 10.09.2018 but due to bharat bandh it got postponed to end of the month ( the exam being social studies is very hard to remember later also 80% syllabus is coming ) so i ask you to postpone the date to 11.09.2018
