Delhi Transport Corporation [DTC] — Amount deducted but DTC e bus pass not received

I have made the payment to DTC on 11 May, 2022 for renew of DTC e bus pass. Amount was deducted and today is 13 May, 2022 and i have not received e bus pass. E bus pass generally gets delivered the next you apply the pass, but i mentioned i didn't received yet. I have made payment through SBI net banking. I have tried contacting to all the numbers of DTC website for help and support. Either the numbers are switched off or no one is picking up the call. I want refund. I have attached all the payment details and pass details below.
