I had taken DTC concession pass, payment debited but DTC website still shows payment is under clearing, my pass has not come yet, I had also paid, but still no answer related to my DTC pass my dtc pass has not come. Pls send my pass or refund my payment.

I had taken DTC concession pass for special students bus pass, but no confirmation send by your authority, I had also paid, but still no answer related to my DTC pass my dtc pass has not come it's shows only payment is under clearing. Pls give my DTC bus pass as soon as possible.

Most disaster and poor bus service of DTC 182 and 141
Not on time always
Always get trouble in 182 buses, and some drivers are rude by way of talking
Overall totally not satisfied with DTC bus service
Plz chaahe females se bhi rent lelo bus ka but service acchi provide krdo aur most important bus should be on time and drivers should be polite

The Bus driver did not stop the bus at the Raja garden and took the bus from the bridge which caused inconvenience to the passengers as they were made to exit at a far away station.

But wrost service ever 8 have seen very rude have bus coming after 5 min but 717 has coming after 1 hours to 2 hours why many official workers are working out for This way so why that bus service is to bad kindly take action right now other waise I'm contect with other person I'm so festreted with services thanku

Very pathatic situation of bus route no 781 at sec 17 Dwarka stop. No sence of any responsibility of the team. From last 10 days I m observing there is no particular timing of buses. I am waiting from 10.15 am to 11.15 am not a single bus has been turned up. Is this a system of DTC and honorable CM sir?

My name is jagdish today date 9/4/23 when i boarded the bus from nanak sir bus stand i used charter aap to get ticket and at that time charter app It was running slow, as soon as the bus reached the stand, ticket checker Jeetu asked me to show you the ticket, so I Jeetu sir said that I have applied for the ticket.So as soon as I was about to pay for the bus ticket jeetu took my And did not give me my phone and told me that we will not give you your phone until you give us Rs.200 And then I gave him 200 and bus ticket Jeetu misbehaved with me and took my phone from my hand when I gave him 200 he took my phone..

I am a female passanger. At 8:10 p.m. on 6- april- 2023 i took the bus which clearly showed " Najafgarh Terminal" on its board and after confirming the conductor about the destination of the bus i took the pink bus ticket and sat there but when the bus reached near "Dhansa metro station", the driver shouted and said leave the bus immediately as this is the last stop. On this, i asked them about the reason and they said this bus will go to Kair Depot now and they changed the board. I asked them why they are not going to the Najafgarh terminal, they said " arey utaro utaro" i said " this is wrong and bus should drop us to the Najafgarh terminal which is 1.5 km away. On this, they misbehaved with us and driver said to the conductor " maar inke do or utar inhe".
After this statement and recording few videos of driver i got down from that bus and noted its number and waited for next bus but i noticed most of the bus's drivers were doing the same activity after reaching near Dhansa metro station they were chaning the destination board and no body was ready to go to the Najafgarh Terminal.

I have video recordings of the incident. Please take action as soon as possible.

I am a working girl of Delhi ncr and travelling through dtc buses from past 2 years. This is not the first time that I have faced such problem with dtc buses, many bus drivers and conductors are misbehaving with passengers including female passengers as well and on behalf of this I want to complain of bus number 33A which was scheduled at 1:09pm 08/07/2023 at botanical garden bus stand. Even after doing many attempts of stopping the bus driver didn’t stop on the authorised bus stand named botanical garden bus stand captain vijayant thapar marg. I was running late for some major work and got late due to this behaviour of bus driver.
Also want to complain of a bus conductor who was in bus number 206 mayur vihar phase-lll time 5:55am dated 07/07/2023 at Bhajanpura stop. After boarding the bus I asked the conductor for bus pass but he denied and misbehaved with me because he was sleeping on his duty hours and I asked for the pass he got distributed so he started misbehaving with me. With such type of negligence and services nobody is gonna trust and use dtc bus services in future. Delhi govt have done some major works for womens of delhi which is should be appreciated but this kind bus drivers and conductors are ruining the delhi govt efforts.

Today 2 pm in night I was in kashmiri gate
And bus no is dl 1pc 3233 going to airport terminal 3. then I got on the bus and bus conductor and driver told me any bus pass is not valid this bus, and he ask me 50 rupees for tickets in 1 kms. And pushed me off the . I ask you what is your service and what is your staff, even after having a gov job they accept extra money from the public at night.
I have also monthly bus pass and traveling in daily day or night in bus.

I and my family was boarding in the bus (Route no. 356, Bus number 5785) at Sekh Sarai at 7:45 on 7th April 2023. Suddenly the bus driver closed the door. My wife stuck between doors and the road. We cried but The driver also moved the bus. My wife got hurted at left shoulder. After that the homeguard without uniform was misbehaving and threatened us. Now my wife has much pain in her shoulder.

Please take appropriate action.
