Bus number DL1PDD214 taken a cut in wrong way. Please review it as driver dnt know the ethic how to take cut if he want to take a left cut which lane he need to come from. It's was really dangerous and I were with my family. I can met with the accident. Due to the wrong driving practice of DTC bus (orang colour) in GTB Nagar red light.

MY car DL14CF5215 ERTIGA is hit by the bus the driver was miss behavioring abusing and was denying all the damage done.it was a proper hit i am adding the pic and the video or denying and the home guard was also not listening and same as driving abusing and miss behaving also he hit me and was forcing me to keep quit it was very disappointing that the home guard who is responsible was the safety was behaving in such a manner the driver was runing and 3 time i catched him was just a basics talking and also was saying do whatever u wanna do no one will every do anything this was so unsafe and disappointing for the people it can be a major damage lucky it was the bumper only but rash driver and this behavior was so disgusting plzz take some action regarding both.

I was standing on the bus stand waiting for 107 bus, but when it came the bus driver didn't stop the bus although I showed my hand indicating to stop the bus but the driver ignored me and didn't stop .

I am thankful to Govt. of NCT of DELHI and DTC for providing excellent services. DTC's new innovative ideas, schemes and policies are appreciable.
Here, I am requesting DTC to resolve these two issues if possible.
(i) All Buses shows their live location. Earlier all buses were showing their live locations and it was easy for the customer to check and wait for the particular bus. But now most of the buses specially Blue buses are not following the same.

(ii) There is no DTC bus stand, (example Rohini sec 25) only a board had been placed showing bus route no. That is why many Drivers not stopped at the bus stand.

Its my humble request not a complaint. please resolve ASAP if possible.

I have applied for e pass on 29 March 2023 payment of Rs 200 deducted from my account but e pass not received, i request to DTC for refund my payment in my account....

We have lot of street dogs in Pammal voc nagar area . It is difficult for trespassers to walk on the road and kids to go alone . Pls do needful

I have put fine of rs 200 of without ticket and I have a ticket. I travel from sector 22 to pritampura by bus 114 and they force to pay money in pradeep Kumar bank account. So please take action on it and please send some response agaínst my complaint.

I put a fine of rs 200 by pradeep kumar a ticket checker . I travel to sector 22 to pritampura but I have a ticket of rs 10 but it said pritampura cost 15 but it generally take 10 and due to it I was late in my office. I travel through by bus 4242 and route 114

My street peoples are facing very dangerous situation because of a dog (white colour dog) it is biting everybody and chasing children's and who are going in two wheeler it is biting everyone. Today morning at 9:45 AM, I was travelling by the bus No. 352 having vehicle No. DL1PD6143. When the bus reached to Laxmi nagar bus stop, there an old passenger board the bus by front door instead of back door because he was unable to walk. Just because that man board from front door, the driver stopped the bus in Laxmi nagar bus stop and told if that old man deboard the bus then only he will drive. All the passengers requested him to drive the bus as everyone was getting late to their work but that rigid driver didn't listen to anyone.Ultimately that old man had to deboard. Also that driver was constantly talking on his mobile phone during driving. Here I would request you to please take appropriate action against that rigid driver

I am working as Assistant Director at Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS), Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution and my office (Manak Bhawan) is at ITO.

Everyday I take DTC bus to go from my residence (Pandav Nagar) to ITO. Similarly today (i.e.[protected] I boarded the DTC Bus (DLIPC[protected]Kamla market)) and booked ticket from mother dairy to ITO ring road, as shown in the Chartr app. However, bus...

I want to report complaint regarding bus No- DL1PD 0443 as the driver didn't allow passenger to enter in the bus when it departed from Aya Nagar Bus stop as there were 20-25 peoples were waiting for the bus and the bus left Aya Nagar with empty bus. All the passengers argue with them regarding the same however they didn't listen any o[censored]s. After that we have to wait and waste our 25 min for the next bus which's bus number is DL1PC 9643.

I was travelling in bus number 144A from bakauli village to gtk by pass i bought tha ticket of 15 rupee from the charter app and on next stop 2 ticket checker come in the bus i was taking out my phone to show them the ticket but one of the TT snatch my phonr and start shouting now you wont be able to do anything i tried to explain him that i bought the ticket but he was not ready to listen after then he start shooting 99 percent of the collage students are fraud then i asked for my phone and showed him the ticket then still hi was saying that you bought it just two min. Earlier but I bought the ticket at 11.56 and the ticket checker checked it at 12.20 and i found some scratch on my phone when hi return it bus number is DL1PD4913

I was applying for the pass on 18/03/2023 and my pass was to be ready on 20/03/2023. But iclud not find any information near me. I have not recived any message and link on my mail. I mailed many time but no reply was given to him. Hust told the application No.[protected] on the mail and checked the status with rhat application number. Then the payment shows pending. Since my payment has been done and I have mailed the Transaction Details - UPI REF.NO :[protected] information. Even after that no action has been taken.

This is about the bus driver fight with passanger.

Passanger was standing near door to get down at bus stop(Rajendra Place bus stop)
The driver didn't stop the bus at the bus stop, when the passanger told him to stop he kept the door closed and started arguing with the passenger.
While the passenger again told him to stop the bus and open the door, he got mad at him and started physically assaulting(Slapped the passanger).
Even he verbally abused him and called him names(Bihari***)
The authority lady (police service) was also there but she didn't do anything to stop the fight, moreover she was scolding the passanger only. Conductor even did nothing.
I hope this complaint could reach some concern authority and some strict action would be taken in this behalf.

On 20.03.2023 in morning at about 08.35 AM, I was going to drop my minor daughter to her school at Maharaja Agrasain School, CD Block, Pitampura, Delhi through my vehicle (Wagon-R Car) bearing Regn. No. DL-8CQ-4293 and when I reached outside the gate of school, then, in the meantime one DTC Bus bearing No. DL-1PC-9490 came from backside in very high speed, rash & negligent manner and hit my car from backside. But I remained calm and did not utter anything to the driver of the said bus. In the meantime, the Bus driver stopped his bus on the road adjacent to my car and started abusing me in filthy language. When I objected to such abuses politely, then, the bus conductor came down of the bus and started abusing me and manhandling me.
Thereafter I managed to come outside of my car and started taking photographs of the bus from my mobile phone and thereafter I again sat down in my car and drove my car slowly, but in meantime, the bus conductor came in front of my car and started making my video. Then I stopped the car at roadside and I warned him not to harass, otherwise I will make police call. But the bus conductor kept on abusing me in filthy & vulgar language.
In meantime, the bus driver boarded the passengers of the bus in another bus which came from back and thereafter the bus driver also came down from the bus and then these both persons started manhandling with me on the road. Meanwhile, when I again warned them that I was going to make police call, then, the bus driver snatched my mobile phone and went inside his bus. But the bus driver started driving the bus while I kept on requesting him to return back my mobile phone and also told him that my car is left open on the road. But the bus driver kept on driving the bus. When I tried to take my mobile phone from his hands, then, he hit his head on my nose. The Bus conductor was also provoking the bus driver not to give the mobile phone and also provoked the bus driver to kill me by crushing from bus. These persons have also manhandled with me in the bus. These persons have illegally abducted me from one place to another. This entire incident is also recorded in the CCTV installed in the bus (Time 8:20 to 9:00 am).
On hearing my hue & cry, the public managed to stop the bus and then I managed to call my father by taking mobile phone of someone from public. After some time, my father also reached there and during this period also these persons have not returned back my mobile phone. In meantime the abovesaid bus conductor also made police call to save his skin and police came and then my mobile phone was managed to return back to me through police.

I gave written complaint to SHO PS: Maurya Enclave Delhi on 20.03.2023 at about 0.30 AM .
Despite the incident on 20.03.2023, DTC Department not taken any action against the abovesaid bus driver and conductor.
It is, there requested to your goodself to kindly do needful and provide me justice.
