I've applied for bus pass online payment has been made 2 days ago till now no update in application status...

My bus pass id is[protected]. i got an email stating my application has been rejected. and when i track my application on dtcpass website, it says "Application payment has been refunded". But i have not received any refund. I have checked it several times. please help....

When there is a bus stand in onida factory, bus drivers do not stop buses even after raising hand to stop bus. They usually rash driving also. Please make a proper stand also for this stop....

I have applied for a bus pass on February 22, 2023. Bit my application has been rejected on February 23, 2022 stating Your Bus Pass Application Id is[protected] has been rejected due to non-submission of Miscellaneous Administrative Reason.

When I was in the bus PD6570 there is a seat was empty but didnt let me sit and also don't let me stand there and start arguing with me in very rude tone and his wording was not good it's very misbehaving...

I am Poonam Tiwari, I regularly travel from daryaganj to Rohini depot 4. I usually take bus route 215 New Delhi Railway Station Gate No.2 - Bawana J.J.Colony. Bus drivers are driving very rashly and racing they are not stopping the buses on the bus stops e.g.:
2 buses at 0710 hrs dated 25.02.2023 did not stop at Marina bus stop, bus no DL 1P- C 7680 and one more bus the no could not be noted but was ahead of the aforesaid bus.
Moreover this is a daily feit and passengers are facing problems as we are unable to reach to our school / office in time...

144 dtc bus which has new route from going via model town but they didn't stop bus on those bus stops. They say it's not our route We know it's route was different earlier but if they are going through current route they should carry passengers and from all those bus stop. Another 144 which has route of Kamla market don't take passenger, if they don't get on passengers in the bus and what it is for. And cluster buses driver behave so harshly...

Hello DTC I'm here to inform you that the bus route between Chauhan Patti to Mori gate is soo crowded, the reason is that when we head to the Chauhan Patti bus stand the driver didn't opened the bus gates due to this many people have damaged themselves in order to boarding at a time, kindly send a notice to all the drivers to please keep the doors of the buses are opened so that people's can easily board the bus and if this didn't happened...
