On 20.03.2023 in morning at about 08.35 AM, I was going to drop my minor daughter to her school at Maharaja Agrasain School, CD Block, Pitampura, Delhi through my vehicle (Wagon-R Car) bearing Regn. No. DL-8CQ-4293 and when I reached outside the gate of school, then, in the meantime one DTC Bus bearing No. DL-1PC-9490 came from backside in very high speed, rash & negligent manner and hit my car from backside. But I remained calm and did not utter anything to the driver of the said bus. In the meantime, the Bus driver stopped his bus on the road adjacent to my car and started abusing me in filthy language. When I objected to such abuses politely, then, the bus conductor came down of the bus and started abusing me and manhandling me.
Thereafter I managed to come outside of my car and started taking photographs of the bus from my mobile phone and thereafter I again sat down in my car and drove my car slowly, but in meantime, the bus conductor came in front of my car and started making my video. Then I stopped the car at roadside and I warned him not to harass, otherwise I will make police call. But the bus conductor kept on abusing me in filthy & vulgar language.
In meantime, the bus driver boarded the passengers of the bus in another bus which came from back and thereafter the bus driver also came down from the bus and then these both persons started manhandling with me on the road. Meanwhile, when I again warned them that I was going to make police call, then, the bus driver snatched my mobile phone and went inside his bus. But the bus driver started driving the bus while I kept on requesting him to return back my mobile phone and also told him that my car is left open on the road. But the bus driver kept on driving the bus. When I tried to take my mobile phone from his hands, then, he hit his head on my nose. The Bus conductor was also provoking the bus driver not to give the mobile phone and also provoked the bus driver to kill me by crushing from bus. These persons have also manhandled with me in the bus. These persons have illegally abducted me from one place to another. This entire incident is also recorded in the CCTV installed in the bus. (TIME 8:20 AM TO 9:00 AM)
On hearing my hue & cry, the public managed to stop the bus and then I managed to call my father by taking mobile phone of someone from public. After some time, my father also reached there and during this period also these persons have not returned back my mobile phone. In meantime the abovesaid bus conductor also made police call to save his skin and police came and then my mobile phone was managed to return back to me through police.
I gave written complaint to SHO PS: Maurya Enclave Delhi on 20.03.2023 at about 0.30 AM

Despite the incident on 20.03.2023, DTC department not taken any action against the abovesaid driver and conductor.
It is, there requested to your goodself to kindly do needful and provide me justice.

I paid for dtc bus pass 2 times and i didn't received my refund.
One on 18 march 2023 and another on 22 march 2023.
I received pass id For the payment on 18 march 2023 but not for 22 march 2023.
Pass id for 18 march 2023 is[protected].
It showing me that the amount has been refunded but it's not.

Sir i climb bus number dl1pc6679 route krishna nagar to seelampur and i request to conductor for seat bcz he sit on two seat
then the conductor tell me this both seat for me only no allow any with me

I am speaking from shivlok colony ranipur haridwar. I want you to take an action that our colony is very depressed about the dogs because these dogs cause a lot of trouble. These dogs are barking and biting on any passing person.Street children are not able to play comfortably. Some children are having trouble going to school.I also have to go to school every day so I have to change my route but there are dogs in every street .. Some people do not leave the house because of these dogs. I just want our colony to be free from these dogs These dogs do potty in front of the house. And take away anyone's slippers. Please take action .

I take ac bus on 21.03.2023 at around 12:15pm from ITO/AGCR to laxmi nagar i take seat in bus beside the conductor seat i forgot my charger on my seat.

Through this complaint, I would like to draw your kind attention towards the extremely poor service of 529 buses. The buses are never on their scheduled times. At times, they are impossible to be tracked on Chartr app.
Their arrival time is unpredictable due to which it creates utter inconvenience to the passengers.
I hope that some useful action will be taken for the same.

I'm Traveling in bus no. 721 from karol bagh to pulbangash, dated 21/03/23 I take the bus around 8:25-8:30am from karol bagh metro station, bus ka pura number toh yaad nahi but last ka numerical number is 7265
I request the driver to stop the bus stop which is located in Barafkhana n mostly driver's stop the bus there, but the driver not stop the bus n say's this is not a bus stop..baki ke driver aise hi apni marzi se rokte hai..main nhi rok raha..n his tone is very rude..his age is around 65-70.. I ask yahan pe sab rokte hai n yaha pe board bhi tha bus stop ka but he says dimag kharab hai kya tumhara..jo yeh bol rahi ho ki yeh bus stop hai...mujhe bus yeh puchna hai ki yeh Kon sa tarika hai kisi bhi govt servent ka public se baat karne ka...bus ka pura number toh yaad nahi but last ke numerical numbers 7265 hai.
Please make sure ki is tarah se public ko preshan na kiya jaye.. n mujhe please is baat ka bhi valid reason dene ki kirpa karen ki in driver's ki female swari ko leke aisi soch kyun hai.. ki yeh toh free ki sawari hai.. kya pink tickets ke paise in driver's ki salary main se cut hote hai kya... jo yeh females se badtamizi karte hai.. n gents ko kahin bhi red light ya mor ya chowk pe bhi bus rok ke utar dete hai...
Aur yeh jo Marshal hai bus mai woh ya toh driver's n conductor ke sath baten karne ke liye ya unki pani ki bottles bharne ke liye rakhe gye hai kya...
Please meri request hai ki please is driver ke khilaaf koi n koi action liya jaye n please ek chart bhi hona chahiye har bus main ki kon kon se bus stop pe bus rukni chahiye.. taki kisi ko bhi preshan na hona pade..

Dear sir,

I am your regular female traveler from Jamia Nagar To seelampur.I have complained many times but I don't think there is any benefit.Still I am complaining once more.This morning at around 7:30 am, when i was about to board your bus whose number is DL1PD 5621 route no.274 blue colour, The bus driver did not open the front gate when the bus was empty from the front and opened the rear gate and it was crowded or there was no space to board from the back.I know the bus driver can open the front gate for senior citizens and ladies.The driver stops the bus for formality and more than half of the passengers who are there are unable to board the bus.i have a request to you, please take seriously action on this matter.This thing happens almost everyday.

Misbehaving by civil man

Bus speed is very slow and driver has without any reason bus stop.

The bus driver is highly unmanageable and high tempered. Bus has been stopped by him and denies to move the bus without any valid reason. The bus no. Is DLIPC6204.
Complaint has been raised several times against him even before by other people.
I request the relevant authorities to pay attention on this matter.
This causes common public complications.

My mother had onboard on bus no. 761 at 1.15 p.m. on 16 March 2023 from Primary Healthcare centre to sfs flat powerhouse. When my mother's stop arrived, she was leaving the bus but when she had land only one foot outside bus, suddenly bus driver start running the bus and my mother fell from the bus . She got injured and even injury would be fatal if she does not respond quickly. I want you to take action against such irresponsible driver

NO DTC BUS SERVICE of Route 539/578 Kapashera Border towards Najafgarh Terminal (After 3:40 PM).

In the afternoon after 3:40 PM there is no bus service available of bus no 539/578 ( Kapashera Border/Mehrauli terminal towards Najafgarh Terminal} DTC and Cluster both are not available.

It is very difficult to travel during that time. People have to wait 1-2 hours everyday for one single bus due to which it is already loaded with passengers and approximately 25-30 people are waiting for this bus on bus stand.

Please note down my complaint and take necessary actions.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to you regarding an issue that I am facing while applying for a concessional bus pass on the DTC website. I am a student of Fairfield Institute of management and technology, and I am eligible for a concessional bus pass as per the DTC rules. However, when I try to apply for the same on the website, it shows an error message saying that my school is not listed as eligible for the concessional bus pass.

I have checked the list of schools on the website, and I found that Fairfield Institute of management and technology is indeed mentioned on the list of schools eligible for the concessional bus pass. Despite this, I am unable to apply for the same due to the error message.

I request you to kindly look into this matter and resolve this issue at the earliest. It is essential for me to have a bus pass as I commute daily to my institute, and it would be very inconvenient for me to travel without a pass.

Please let me know if any further information is required from my end. I look forward to hearing from you soon and getting this issue resolved.

I am resident of Jhilmil colony Ease delhi Akhilashwar([protected]) want tp know that when I was child that time regular bus operatoon was going on through nearby jhilmil colony Phase II road. But now its stooped from many years. Why? Is this rout abolished from DTC service or due to encroachment on road it happend. Please clarify and if you have any order related to this then attach.

On 10th march, I submitted my online application for e bus pass, I had paid the corresponding 5 month fees ( 500 rs). and payment was confirmed from my side, however after the payment. my screen was stuck in infinite loop which went for about half an hour, altho I got the notification from the website, that the transaction was success. however I haven't received any sms or email from them regarding the successful submission of my application,...

On 10th march I had submitted the online application for my student e bus pass, I had filled all column and proceeded to pay 500 rs for 5 months duration. however after the payment was confirmed from my side, my screen was stuck in infinite loop which went for about half an hour, altho I got the notification from the website, that the transaction was success. however I haven't received any sms or email from them regarding the successful submission of my application, which they usually do within minutes after payment . its been 2 days now, I haven't recieved my e bus pass, or a single sms/mail regarding it . I have tried emailing them, and calling them multiple times, but they are not picking up my calls, or answering my emails, please do something about it .
