Misbehaving by civil man

Bus speed is very slow and driver has without any reason bus stop.

The bus driver is highly unmanageable and high tempered. Bus has been stopped by him and denies to move the bus without any valid reason. The bus no. Is DLIPC6204.
Complaint has been raised several times against him even before by other people.
I request the relevant authorities to pay attention on this matter.
This causes common public complications.

My mother had onboard on bus no. 761 at 1.15 p.m. on 16 March 2023 from Primary Healthcare centre to sfs flat powerhouse. When my mother's stop arrived, she was leaving the bus but when she had land only one foot outside bus, suddenly bus driver start running the bus and my mother fell from the bus . She got injured and even injury would be fatal if she does not respond quickly. I want you to take action against such irresponsible driver

NO DTC BUS SERVICE of Route 539/578 Kapashera Border towards Najafgarh Terminal (After 3:40 PM).

In the afternoon after 3:40 PM there is no bus service available of bus no 539/578 ( Kapashera Border/Mehrauli terminal towards Najafgarh Terminal} DTC and Cluster both are not available.

It is very difficult to travel during that time. People have to wait 1-2 hours everyday for one single bus due to which it is already loaded with passengers and approximately 25-30 people are waiting for this bus on bus stand.

Please note down my complaint and take necessary actions.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to you regarding an issue that I am facing while applying for a concessional bus pass on the DTC website. I am a student of Fairfield Institute of management and technology, and I am eligible for a concessional bus pass as per the DTC rules. However, when I try to apply for the same on the website, it shows an error message saying that my school is not listed as eligible for the concessional bus pass.

I have checked the list of schools on the website, and I found that Fairfield Institute of management and technology is indeed mentioned on the list of schools eligible for the concessional bus pass. Despite this, I am unable to apply for the same due to the error message.

I request you to kindly look into this matter and resolve this issue at the earliest. It is essential for me to have a bus pass as I commute daily to my institute, and it would be very inconvenient for me to travel without a pass.

Please let me know if any further information is required from my end. I look forward to hearing from you soon and getting this issue resolved.

I am resident of Jhilmil colony Ease delhi Akhilashwar([protected]) want tp know that when I was child that time regular bus operatoon was going on through nearby jhilmil colony Phase II road. But now its stooped from many years. Why? Is this rout abolished from DTC service or due to encroachment on road it happend. Please clarify and if you have any order related to this then attach.

On 10th march, I submitted my online application for e bus pass, I had paid the corresponding 5 month fees ( 500 rs). and payment was confirmed from my side, however after the payment. my screen was stuck in infinite loop which went for about half an hour, altho I got the notification from the website, that the transaction was success. however I haven't received any sms or email from them regarding the successful submission of my application,...

On 10th march I had submitted the online application for my student e bus pass, I had filled all column and proceeded to pay 500 rs for 5 months duration. however after the payment was confirmed from my side, my screen was stuck in infinite loop which went for about half an hour, altho I got the notification from the website, that the transaction was success. however I haven't received any sms or email from them regarding the successful submission of my application, which they usually do within minutes after payment . its been 2 days now, I haven't recieved my e bus pass, or a single sms/mail regarding it . I have tried emailing them, and calling them multiple times, but they are not picking up my calls, or answering my emails, please do something about it . I usually uses student pass to travel and sometimes do not buy ticket I know this is my mistake but i did this to manage my money. Does it mean checkers will scare me beat me? Uses slang to talk?? Or just say to come police station and harass me? Few checkers done this with me i was ready to go ps but they harassed and bullied me for 200 rs. Is this a amount for someones mental health? I don't know them but I can recognize everyone, one of them is gajendra sharma i guess... They used to tell me gimme your bag they started to snitch my headphones which literally half broke and costs obviously more than 200.. I bought it with my 7 months savings.. I'm broken from inside not because of 200 but their behavior..

I am writing this complaint against DTC Bus route no 764 (Najafgarh to Nehru Place) and DTC/Cluster 774 (towards Badarpur Border)
These mentioned bus number passes through flyover from Munirka to Jia Sarai due to this lots of passengers faces problems. Please note down my complaint and take necessary actions.

When I am contacting with them through contact details as mentioned on portal they are rejecting it and giving no response. I have also made the payment.what should I do please help

Infront of my home one house plot no. Is 10/696 having 3-4 dogs in there house & I think they not vaccinated & not having licensed, they bite & sought on everybody today one of this dog bite my father & this dog openly walking in street with his caretaker without safety this attitude is not good for street people's & children's all are feeling unsafe due to thease dogs plz do appropriate action so that we can feel safe in this street this complain is doing along with our Neghubour

I've applied for bus pass online payment has been made 2 days ago till now no update in application status

My bus pass id is[protected]. i got an email stating my application has been rejected. and when i track my application on dtcpass website, it says "Application payment has been refunded". But i have not received any refund. I have checked it several times. please help.
