144 dtc bus which has new route from going via model town but they didn't stop bus on those bus stops. They say it's not our route We know it's route was different earlier but if they are going through current route they should carry passengers and from all those bus stop. Another 144 which has route of Kamla market don't take passenger, if they don't get on passengers in the bus and what it is for. And cluster buses driver behave so harshly which is intolerable. And one more they say don't get on the bus if carrying luggage. If person is going somewhere there must be luggage with them, they get off passengers who have luggage. Like what's going on? Everybody doing things on their own.

    Hello DTC I'm here to inform you that the bus route between Chauhan Patti to Mori gate is soo crowded, the reason is that when we head to the Chauhan Patti bus stand the driver didn't opened the bus gates due to this many people have damaged themselves in order to boarding at a time, kindly send a notice to all the drivers to please keep the doors of the buses are opened so that people's can easily board the bus and if this didn't happened the results will leads to a stampede, thank you

      I applied for bus pass application online vide number[protected] which was rejected by DTC. Although I paid Rs 641 online through credit card, it has not been refunded to me till date. Kindly arrange for refund at the earliest.

                Gap Between Buses Are Too Long, There is no service After 7 pm for some buses like 971 Huge Number Of Passangers Are Waiting There For Bus, And Thet Ask To Informer Which Is Available At Sector -1 rohini There Dtc staff Miss Behave With Them And Dont Provide Proper Details About Bus Timing, Please Pay Attention On this problem, i think you give permission To Womens For Travelling Free In buses After That You cant be able to survive at this section thats wht, You Decreas Buse Service And Thats Not Good, Damm Not good, Please Consider My Problem And Take It Serious...

                    I am going to Kapashera in dtc bus from srai kale khan to Kapashera in dtc bus number DL1PC8734. The bus are fully loaded but conductor are sitting in two seat. I asked for give me a one seat than thay have misbehaving and not give me a seat

                                Dear Sir,
                                I Applied DTC General AC bus pass for all routes in delhi dated - 07/02/2023, I fill the all details and generate Order Number[[protected]] after that payment deduct and pass are not clear at last time. After 8 days of submitting application for pass I'm checking application status it's showing Application Received. Payment under clearing. Nothing is clear please solve the problem as soon as possible.
                                I have called many times on this number [protected] no one is picking call . I want refund my amount Rs. 1033
