The bus route no. 715 bearing reg. No DL1PC8707 didnt stop at the isic hospital bus stop at 1:20pm. I was waiting for the bus since 15 mins and after it came it didnt stop. Kindly look into it.

Today I was traveling in (+) oms (DL1PC7258) from Nirman Vihar to Kalkaji Depot whose bus driver was playing game with mobile in hand all the way.

I have also tweeted this video by tagging you.

If such a driver is not punished severely, then a major accident can happen anytime.

So please take some action against such driver as soon as possible.

If you don't take any action against this bus driver then I will have to think about it because I cannot put the lives of Delhiites in danger.

Dear Sir, Its noticed that DTC all buses driver are MISS Routing the Bus from Delhi Airport bus stand to Hanuman Mandir road instead of moving the buses from Under Pass on the INDIAN OIL Road to Palam flyover. Due to this problem the completed road of Hanuman Mandir road got chocked each and everyday. The Buses drivers are not taking the passenger from their stand as per the correct route of buses in which route no : 764, 727, 715, 781 etc.
Can your team take ACTION on this complained .

Bus Route 536 ( DL- 1PD 5740)
Date 7th Feb 2023 time 8PM.

Firstly driver did not stopped the bus at Huaz Khas bus stop.
I got into next bus route 502 and got out at Safderjung Hospital stop and caught the same bus.

The reason he gave was peeche se bus aa rahi hai nahi rokta, he and bus conductor misbehaved with me.

I"m senior citizen, they were abusing and threating me.
Pls do take some action else i would be highlighting to higher authorities.

I have paid my retest dl fees
filled an application made payment of 600 Rupees amount deducted from my account, since then my payment is showing failed along with DL test application. Due to this I am not able to book a slot for DL driving test.
Not even receiving any acknowledgement from SARATHI.PARIVAHAN.GOV.IN
There is not even an option to go directly and resolve this issue at RTO office, officials has no answers for this.

Kindly look into this matter and I hope this will get resolve asap.

I'm saurav Kumar Roy. I'm doing my masters from ambedkar University Delhi. Yesterday 07 feb 2023. I was travelling from moti nagar industrial area to mother dairy. Through 85 bus DL1PD3320. Someone stolen my purse. It contains My college I'd card, one Debit card, one credit card, one Metro card, My Human rights welfare Ngo I'd card. 1200 apprx Cash, My coaching fee slips etc. Please help me out if possible then.

I go to college through bus number 138, I take 138STL from Pushpanjali Bust Stop (Ring road). That bus comes once in an hour, it comes around 7 30 then comes around 8 30. And, then too the driver doesn't stop at my stop (pushpanjali). 1st of all, bus comes once in an hour, u you should change that, then driver doesn't stop it. What are we supposed to do, in these situations ? I have missed a lot of classes due to this. Please solve this problem as soon as possible 1) Less buss frequency 2) Driver Doesn't stop bus

Dear sir, my name i mithlesh kumar i am a student . Today(7/02/2023) i am travelling in bus 523(DL1PD6043) the bus was overloaded suddenly driver stopped the bus and kicked out whole passengers at chattarpur village bus stand and then after some time he admited back all passengers except me and some student who had bus pass issued by your department . He insulted told that only tickets passengers will come. Please do something so next time this not repeats.

I was walking on the side of the road at Minto Road near the shivaji park bus stand on 07.02.2023 at 10:10 am, when suddenly a DTC bus, with No. DL1 PC 8800 strikes on my right shoulder and it was only my luck that I am living to write this complaint.
The bus stopped on the shivaji park bus stand and there when I asked the bus driver, Smt. Usha Rani the reason for such rash driving why did the driver use the horn or the brakes, she did not admit her fault. Also the guard in the Bus asked to stay calm and when told me that I should not walk on the side of the road and even Smt. Usha Rani said that yes do whatever you can nothing will happen.
This puts the question in my mind that if one walks on the road side, then is it the duty of the DTC bus drivers to hit them. Aren’t they have the least obligation o[censored]sing the horn or the brakes of the bus.
Such Bus drivers are a shame for DTC and solely responsible for bringing the bad name for DTC.
Now, it is my humble submission that the license of the driver who does not care of the lives of people walking along the road side should be cancelled with immediate effect and the driver, Smt. Usha Rani should give her apologies in writing.

Dear Sir, (Parsad Dineshji Kawat) Please send Dog Catcher Vehicle urgent basis . I am Staying in tondwal bhawan, ramnagar extension, hawas sadak, sodala, Jaipur. In our colony around 4-5 street dogs have come and they fight overnight and bark at people and have tried to bite few natives here. When they find any child alone they cover up and bark and threaten the child everyday.The dogs moves in groups . We request you please do the arrangement to remove the dog . Regards, prakash sharma

I've been waiting for bus on Royal residency bus stand since last 20mins (1:16PM). After waiting for this long one of bus with bus no. DLIPD 4982 was about to reach the bus stand and I'm sure bus driver had seen me yet didn't stopped.

So, this is how DTC give their services. No value for others' time. Now I've to wait for I don't know how long to reach my destination.

I am writing this complaint against DTC Bus route no 717 (Badarpur Border) and DTC/Cluster 717A (Badarpur Border)

In afternoon after 2:00 PM there is no bus service available of bus no 717 (From Shahbad Mohammad Pur towards Badarpur Border) and 717A (From Kapasehara Border towards Badarpur Border) DTC and Cluster both are not available.

It is very difficult to travel during that time. People have to wait 1-2 hours everyday for one single bus due to which it is already loaded with passengers and approximately 10-20 people are waiting for this bus in bus stand. Please note down my complaint and take necessary actions.

And paid Rs.300 for it.
It is 3 Feb, 2023 today, But Bus pass haven't
delivered yet. Which have to be in 4, 5 days.
Whenever I check Application Status by Application Number there is showing that "Application received. Payment is under clearing."

This is regarding dog’s terrorism in our area. There are around 20-30 stray dogs and they run after vehicles and have recently bitten 2 people. Please catch them.

DL1P 5577 539 Bus orange colour bus Driver is misbehav with all the prasanger

This is to inform you with utmost sincerity as a Delhi resident who is availing the DTC bus services from the last 6 years that there has been widespread increase in rash and negligent driving by the bus drivers resulting in causing severe injuries to passengers. Additionally, the drivers stops the buses on bus stops according to their mood and hardly ever stop on the exact place on the stand and barely for a minute. This has caused numerous incidents of physical assaults among passengers while boarding the bus, and most importantly lot of harassment to females.
Alike, the conductors as well, rather than regulating the conduct of passengers in bus to restrict smoking and verbal fights, and ensuring proper seat access to the underprivileged, they keep engaging into their phones and other tons of activities.
And the personnel, are hardly there to do anything.
Please, provide some sort of code of conduct to these employees, as they are working in a public service, their negligent and rude behaviour has been causing a lot of disturbance to the general public already, hope that it does not cause any severe injury or accident someday.
