We are Community and we happy with bus lowest fare but unfortunately now days we are faced unconditional buses service and there cleanliness, and there lots of dust and garbage, one days I was scare about bus when I show bus wheels was heated and fire condition I were shock pls solved can find another services or change or improvement, that's it.

i would like to appericiate first the bus services you have provided us, but i would also like to enlighten some issue which i have seen and i myself is also suffering from the same

The bus drivers could not stop at bus stations, even if the bus is empty, and if a collective amount of people will start to step up on bus they just start the bus in between and could not even see if someone will fall or not, as i have some health issues with my leg so now a days i can not climb the bus with a run behind it, there are so many people have seen with the same issue of knees and age problems, i have also helped some ladies in climbing the bus as the driver has started the bus.in the middle of the climbing, this case i have seen mostly on the chirag delhi route, specifically sheikh sarai bus stop and further more, and the specific bus no. is 522, the driver from these buses just couldnt stop they just make a run from the stop and people were running behind the bus, i am writing the no. of bus vehicle, its DL1PC 6186, will send more if the problem persist the same

I have applied for a student bus pass on 09/01/2023 for 5 months worth rupees ₹500 but they have rejected it by saying nothing. Now after visiting the refunding portal of DTC it's showing that the money has already been refunded but I haven't got it back. Application I'd=[protected]

I am Abhishek Kumar. I am from Mubarak pur Dabas Mundka Delhi 110081..
It's regarding the DTC Bus number 991 991STL, 929 & 929STL.

The source/destination stop of this route is Mubarakpur Dabas. There was some on going road maintenance work from Mubarak dabas to Madanpur Dabas. Bus driver fixed Madanpur Dabas (Mubarak pur crossing)(1-1.5km from Mubarak pur) as destination/source station for the last 1year.

Now they have again changed the sources/destination to Rani khera dipo (Distance 4-5km from Mubarak pur Dabas) just because small work is going on Main Karala - Mundka road.

All the heavy vehicles, cars, RTV BUS runs smoothly but DTC BUS driver stopped comming till Madanpur Dabas. Few of them comes sometimes, i haven't seen any traffic jam because of maintenance work.

We are facing lots of challenges because of this route change. Would request you to please consider our problem & ask drivers to come at least till Madanpur Dabas.

Your small initiative will help us a lot.. Thank you

DL 1P C7664 . This number plate is of a green dtc bus which is being misdriven and driven very very dangerously by its driver. This happend on 17/01/2023, Time : 1:10 PM at near Rajouri Garden Flyover (before rajouri flyover). We had to take a u-turn under rajouri garden Flyover and this bus suddenly came at a very high speed and over take infront o[censored]s with a very deep cut, we just saved ourself from a very big accident which could happen. It's my humble request to cancel driving license of this driver before he kills anyone on the road.

Bus number-DL51GD2400 want to complaint against the driver he is fitting with passenger beacuse he stop bus several time without stand and not driving the bus properly and i tell him to drive and not stop much he fight with me today 5:20i quit this bus at DLF PLEASE TAKE ACTION ON HIM

On 14 January 2023 at 8:17 pm when the DTC bus with route number 972 B in green colour passed by the Budh Vihar Bus Stand the driver DID NOT STOP THE BUS FOR A DIVYAANG PERSON, AN ELDERLY WOMAN AND TWO OTHER PEOPLE despite giving hand gesture and shouts to stop and tapping on bus back door.

The insensitive and inhuman driver kept driving the bus at its full speed in the right most lane of the road.

I could not note the vehicle number of the bus but the other details are correct.

Please Identify such errant, inhuman and corrupt driver and take strict action against him. I demand suspansion of the guilty driver.

Today ( 14 Jan 2023) i was travelling from hakikat Nagar Bus stand to Batra Cinema Mukherjee Nagar around 3:25 pm from bus with plate number DL-1P D-5330. The driver was drunk and then he stopped the bus in the middle of the jam at hakikat Nagar and went to have bhandara there some police officer had an argument with him but he was left free then he boarded the bus afterward at aggrawal sweet shop Mukherjee Nagar he hited down a auto and had engaged in an fight thereon. In the bus itself he confessed about the alcohol he had. Please further look into the matter and insure the safety of the passengers travelling. Such drunk and drive can lead to serious issues. I hope my complaint would be considered.

The bus was overlimit speed with wrong lane and would have caused an accident to us ...blue DTC going to Najafgarh number 5736

It is noticed that last few days DTC cluster Bus DL1PC 6938 (623 Shahadara Terminal) toward Shahadara Terminal at PT College Kotla (Bus stoppage) crossed near about 09.45 AM. But driver not maintain proper stoppage and a huge crowd load in their bus. They always stop their Bus across 70-80 meters from stoppage.

It is therefore requested that take it seriously and instruct them personally. If such type of activities in next time I will file the complaint in police station due to life saving matter against the corporation and concern driver.

Today 12/01/2023 while i was travelling from ring road to Palam in orange bus (Bus route 761) i observed the driver of the bus was playing loud cheap haryanvi songs in the bus and was smoking weed/beedi inside the bus.

The driver also asked the passanger to vacate the bus before palam near the underpass stating that bus wont go any further due to traffic jab. The whole incident took place at 08:40 PM. Marshall of the bus was present but was simply enjoying the music.

I am a student of Fairfield institute near kapashera Village Oberoi farm and i get off from my college at 3:30 after that i and my college mates don't get any bus to go to Najafgarh. After standing for hours we get crowded bus and every day we arrive home late and don't get time to study.
And also kapashera is not a safe place.

So, i request you to please increase the bus service after 3.30 PM for the following bus route :-
Kapashera Border to Najafgarh
Safdarjung to Najafgarh
Mehrauli to Najafgarh

Respected Sir,
I know that the women have free service in the DTC service. But it does not mean that the bus driver will not stop the bus on the bus stop.
Most of the time i saw that if a male passenger is standing at the bus stop then the bus will stop other wise bus will not stop.
