I am travelling in dtc bus route number 623, bus number DL 1 PC 7816.
Driver did misbehave with me and abused me for no reason, and did not stop the bus at stand.

      I have applied for E-Bus Pass on 17/12/2022 but till now they haven’t given my E bus pass. My Application no. (Protected) and the payment of ₹1000 for 1 month Ac bus pass. Payment has been done successfully on Website. But did not received my E bus pass. Email my details to [protected]@dtc.nic.in but did not received any response from dtc.

          I would like to lodge a complaint against the bus driver of bus number 543.
          The driver didn't stop at the bus stop even though a lot of passengers were waving at him he made eye contact and moved forward.
          This sort of behaviour creates inconvenience to everyone.
          The bus plate was DL 1PD 3573.
          This sort of behaviour should be taken care of.

                Bus route number 8 badarpur to noida phase we are unable to get bus after 9 0 clock in case we got it was overly crowded. We are unable to get it. And we have to wait for atleast an hour. I request you to pls provide large number of buses on this route it will gone help us to reach at our destination on time.
                Dear Authority
                Bus no 724 from Nehru place and 511A, at 10:00 to 10:30 on 01/5/2023, drivers are not stop bus properly,
                i was not able to board the bus as well as drivers shut the door quickly and exit bus stand .

                Second is drivers are not stand the bus at bus stand, they stop bus at middle of the road . Untill i reached the bus driver shut the door and move ahead .

                  I was standing at karol bagh stop on 18th dec 2022 at 1.50 pm, 316(DL-IPD5885) -jheel terminal bus did not stop even after my request[i waived the hand ] . i catched another bus and changed the bus at super bazar stop. 316 was comjng again . this time it did stop and when i asked the driver why he did not stop he said " there was traffic and he did not see anyone who wanted to get into the bus"

                  This incident is not new. Many bus drivers do the same like 85(doesnt stop at ITO, delhi sachivalya many times due to students crowd in afternoon), 307STL(at nizzamuddin), 347( Delhi to noida bus) and many more .

                  Even the drivers behave rudely . They dont allow to get down of the bus from previous gate even when the rush in the bus is high because front gate is for exit and back gate for entry .
                  Public transport is to faciliate movement and if they wont stop at the designed stop then the whole purpose is defeated. People are afraid or relultant to complain because no action will be taken . But i am complaining in the hope of an action. Pls design a code of conduct for these drivers(they must stop at their stops despite the fact public is requesting or not, show be polite, cooperative and seeing the rush should allow exit or entry from any gate)

                        Bus details are as follows- registration no. DL1PC6583.
                        Today when i was driving home from village sawda, an Orange bus of DTC hit my car near a crossing. Driver didn't stop the bus at all scratching my car in the process. This incident happened near Ghevra Metro station at 3:30 pm on 17/12/2022 saturday. I stopped the driver at red light and talked to him. The bus had no passengers but only a lady marshal was present. I asked driver's name which he told me was "joginder". The bus's display showed a "brake down" signal. Please take action against the driver and help me get my due compensation.

                              I was travelling in Bus Number DL-1P C-6822 enroute to Shahdara and the bus conductor was very rude to me while giving ticket. He screamed and said I have to ask for ticket even though I asked at first and he was busy looking outside the window and ignoring what anyone is saying. Even the passengers sitting next to him said be polite and he was prudent on he being right. This happened on 15-December-2022 in GTSPL.

                                Payment done but Epass not received.

                                I submitted the form for renewal of my e-pass Application no.[protected] and the payment of rupees 1000 has been done successfully through BHIM UPI portal on paytm Transaction ID[protected] but the status of application is showing payment is under clearing....

                                The bus driver closed the Doors of the bus intentionally when I was about to enter into the bus...so please take a strict action towards the driver of the bus

                                  793 earlier it was from H3 vikaspuri to Delhi Secretariat but now some of its fares has been halfed till Dhaula Kuan that is quite a big issue.
                                  We don't find buses from Secretariat to H3 as before..
                                  And its service gap is also extended
                                  Quite a big issue and a big problem...

                                    This incident is of today morning when i was traveling in dtc bus route 392 from noida to AIIMS i was at sector 19B stop .One aged uncle whose age was around 70 and he was very weak. So after waiting for more than 20 minutes bus cane ther and driver stopped bus 5-6 meter far from us...Uncle was not able to walk fast to take bus because he has a big bag with him so when i saw him i just go back to help him take the bus and carry his bus but in that meantime driver just started to move the bus...i shouted loud at driver to please stop the bus so he just reply me in angry manner that ..terko chdna h to chd ..and you so called marshel was just smiling.
                                    And he just moved the bus and gone.
