Sir,
There is no fixed schedule of Bus No. 500 from Saket Terminal. At times, many buses are running along together on this route and most of the times there are no buses at all. Further, if we have a fixed schedule, it will benefit both passengers and DTC as passengers can rely on DTC buses to reach their destination on time and buses will get more passengers. Kindly get the buses to run according to a schedule.

Dear sir,

I was just asked for Route to drive as this bus will be go shastri park or not then driver used this type of word ( Jaa beth jaa free me beth ne wale bus late ho rhi hai jada mat bol ek thapad me mut nikal duga ja karde complaint mera koi kuch nahi kar skta etc.) So please take action ..

I was travelling near Janakpuri and a driver hit my car and didn't stop. The car suffered through scratches and we, the passengers, had mental trauma from the same. The bus no is DL1PD6142

Bus is not coming on time especially during evening... It makes us wait for atleast more than 30 mins..today also bus didn't came within 1 hour & due to which it is very Difficult to reach on time to our destination... Please resolve this... Improve the bus services..

I would like to say that Delhi government has done a very good job while providing free services to women & an easy way of travelling from one place to another. But as I have seen from a very long time that the buses are not coming on time. Sometimes I have to wait for more than half and hour till one hour, not only me, but the people around me or the ones who are on the stand also says the same. I would highly request from Delhi government to actually improve this service.. & due to lack on time the bus also contain extreme level of people where we won't be able to stand properly as well... I would love to see a good response from your side very soon.

I have ordered DTC monthly bus pass of non AC buss order I'd[protected] on 29 November 2022 and valid from 01 December 2022 and payment was successful done but didn't receiveed the pass yet now not any message or Gmail and tracks application status It was showing that payment is under clearing now tell me what I do

DL1PD5169 Every day a person named Mohit sits in the bus in which I have complained, when he told that I have a complaint, then that person has abused me as mother and sister and has spoken in such a dirty language and I have witnessed this. It is also that what and how this person named Mohit has said and has said, do whatever you want, if this is the condition of the dtc bus, then it is better to get the bullock cart to drive, if this is the condition of the staff, then what will we do dtc enough Say whatever you want to the driver and staff about this guy named Mohit, or do something, if nothing happens to you, then I will f.i.r. What and how have they spoken together.

Cluster bus no. 03 Even before this I had complained about this driver that this driver occupies three seats in front just to make a girl sit and most of Let's talk in Gandi language, if this is the condition of dtc bus, then everyone keep making your family members sit, we all will walk on the road, this driver does not stop at any bus stand and makes the girl sit and drives the bus in a dirty way Yes.

I request you to remove such driver or else take some action.

There are womens who are asking seats that are not reserved for ladies, if not given they abuse men ...sometimes they just slap him or push him ..marshal too did not help the male passenger instead, marshall deboard the male passenger on next stop and abuse him

I am resident of Virender Nagar Janakpuri New Delhi and I would like to bring to your kind attention the difficulties my wife is facing because of some drivers of cluster buses not stopping the bus at the bus stop. My wife is working in Mayur Vihar and she has to board the early metro from Tilak Nagar but because the bus does not stop she gets late to reach the workplace. Kindly take a note of this issue and do the needful at the earliest.

I Was waiting for 927E karampura terminal at ghevra crossing at arount 6:30 am the railway crossing was closed as far as I know the ghevra crossing is a bus stand every bus stops there. The bus was already waiting there since the fatak was closed. He was chit chatting with the female marshal inside. I told him to open the door. He did not open the door and said I am too busy to open the door. And continued chit chatting with the female Marshall.
I found this as highly disgusting behaviour of both. The bus number is DL1PC 5565.
The time was 6:30 am date 25 nov 2022.
Just because they have the job that doesn't give them any right to abuse their position. They are driving the bus for public. We can't take this behavior. He, who doesn't know how to respect his job, does not deserve his job.
I sincerely request to take a serious action against him. At least he should be given a proper training on what exactly his job and he is not out there for chitchatting. It is not his private bus.

This is to bring to your kind attention that there is no visible signboard for the bus stand opposite the MCD School, D-Block Janakpuri. This is supposed to be the signboard for the buses plying on route no. 711A and RL-79 and so on to stop the bus for the convenience of the passengers traveling by this route number buses.
This is very frustrating, especially in the morning when the bus drivers fail to see the sign board and do not stop at the bus stop. Hence it gets very difficult to reach the workplace on time.
Kindly take note of this and PLEASE INSTALL A NEW VISIBLE SIGN BOARD INDICATION FOR BUSES TO STOP AT THE BUS STAND OPPOSITE THE MCD SCHOOL, D-BLOCK JANAKPURI.

I am a student of Atma Ram sanatan dharm college new Delhi. I was traveling from kapashera border to dhaula Kuan via 729 route bus towards my college at 1:30 pm afternoon on 24 November 2022 today. The bus had very few passengers. My wallet and my student bus pass was in my bag. After when I reached my college I noticed my bags zip was open. I neglected that and went to my class. After 1 hour i found out that my wallet and bus pass is missing.
I don't know if it is stolen or just misplaced but as my bags zip was open it means it was stolen.

This is for your kind information that on dated 24 November 2022 at 8:30 AM at C-1 Janakpuri New Delhi the DTC bus driver drove the bus before the passengers even boarding it. I was travelling with my mother and aunt and both are having problem in their legs. The DTC driver drove the bus before my aunt and mother could board the bus. As a result my aunt missed the bus. Kindly take note of this and do the needful at the earliest.

Dear sir,
The buses is not following the rules as it requires to stop at the destination but the driver is stopping it as per his convience at the starting point from where the buses headed to the opposite of badarpur.
As that bus stand is not at the main road and even not the destination stand makes it unsafe in the evening as well as breaching the guidelines.
So this practice of the current driver even after requesting by all of the passenger is not appropriate.

Please do the needful

Need to be maintenance of all DTC Buses on regular time to time because they have run very slowly & on the time of any type flyover it's much slower than the bicycle. Give the training to Drivers, don't use the mobile phones when your driving Because Today the driver of Bus No is DL1PC7562 push the break very forcefully & one aged lady is injured & another girl is drop from the bus gate also.

This is for your kind information that on dated[protected] at 9:20 AM at Mahadev chowk near shahbad dairy Rohini, the DTC bus driver hits my bike and biker fall down. When I asked him about wrong turning he started shouting and refuses apology.
After that some peoples at red light help me to move bikes.

I am a student of Delhi govt. School and use DTC bus to go to school but some drivers are intentionally careless. Driver of route number 907 DL 1PD 5153 is not stopping bus at Gandhi vihar bus stop continuously. I am watching this scenario since 2-3 days. Due to this i am reaching school late and punished. I demand strict action against the bus driver. Also, please reschedule the time table of bus to 7:25 at Gandhi vihar.

Bought a ticket from Uttam Nagar A1 Janakapuri to ManglaPuri Terminal but Bus end before 200-300 Meter from Terminal and its not the 1st time incident its happen almost on every day.

Hello,

Yesterday i.e. 15/11/22 i was crossing Jhandewalan Circle which always have huge rush around 8:30 pm along the circle. Bus no DL1PC8510 was passing over my car on the left side and I was just standing, not even moving in the traffic. When he realised that he almost damaged my car, he stopped and said ‘sorry bhai thoda udhar lelo’ and run faster like i can’t even get out of my car because of huge traffic crossing by both sides. But somehow i managed to taken photo of bus number. I want you to take strict action against this bus and the driver who was driving at that time and also i want claim on my damaged car which happen due to this unprofessional Rash driving in the public just to cross them like there is going a race.
