Yesterday i.e. 15/11/22 i was crossing Jhandewalan Circle which always have huge rush around 8:30 pm along the circle. Bus no DL1PC8510 was passing over my car on the left side and I was just standing, not even moving in the traffic. When he realised that he almost damaged my car, he stopped and said ‘sorry bhai thoda udhr lelo’ and run faster like i can’t even get out of car because of huge traffic crossing by both sides. But somehow i managed to taken photo of bus number. I want you to take strict action against this bus and the driver who was driving at that time and also i want claim on my damaged car which happen due to this unprofessional Rash driving over the public just to cross them like there is going a race.

The DTC bus drivers of route no 971. Doesn't Stop the bus at stop in daytime.
Even when we show hand and tell them to stop the bus

बस समय पर नही आती बस को समय से पहले ही ले जाते हैं। बस का जीपीएस बंद कर देते हैं। बस को आजादपुर टर्मिनल के अंदर से नही ले जाते। और बाहर से भी बोर्ड बनाकर नही ले जाते ना ही किसी सवारी को बिठाते हैं। बस को अगर कभी अन्दर से ले जाते है तो तब भी सवारी को नही बिठाते गेट बंद करके स्पीड से बस ले जाते हैं। ना ही बस को किसी ओर स्टॉप पर रोकते हैं। मेरी आपसे विनती है कि ड्राईवर को स्ट्रिक्टली वार्निंग दी जाए या बस ड्राईवर को बदला जाए।

I booked a ticket from Chartered Bus booking office Sagar, M.P on 29 October 2022 for Bhopal for the Bus scheduled on 30th October 2022, 2:30Pm.

I payed 400 Rupees for the ticket and while getting the ticket even asked the official if they are sure that the bus wont be canceled since there has been stances of bus cancelation earlier. I specifically told him that I have a flight from Bhopal which is scheduled at 8 Pm in the evening. He said no it wont be and provided me with the ticket.

I reached on the given time and date and waited for the bus till 2:40Pm, there was no sign of bus so I went to the ticket office to confirm about the bus. To my surprise the same booking official stated that the bus is cancelled and wont be going at the same time.

There were around 10 people waiting for the same bus who had no information of the bus cancelation.

When inquired about the reason of cancelation the booking official rudely stated that bus has some Ac issues and cannot be taken ahead.

This is to again state that Chartered Bus is a big name and they didn't have any other us to accommodate their passengers neither did they pay heed to the requests. This incident has happened nearly 4 times with me but I always has a buffer to not to pursue the complaint against them.

Because of their unethical practice, I almost missed my flight and had to pay Rs 8000 extra to get another vehicle to drop me till Bhopal.

Sir hamari colony main bahut jyada awara dogs hai jo har roj kisi na kisi bache ki peeche pad jate hai

I am a senior citizen, Narayan Haldar resides in Delhi at Bhajanpura, Dayalpur. Today, i am travelling in DTC bus No. IP6190, when i reached my destination at Lal Quila stop, i ask to driver that bring down me on red light, because a one staff member of DTC also bring down there, but bus driver misbehave me badly and will try to beat me and bus driver easily bring down the staff member without any problem or arguing him.If you want to check Bus camera's, you can check.I just want to take strict action against him, as soon as possible.

One sunday, I was travelling to Noida from Dilshad Garden in Bus No. 33. The driver was driving very fastly and pressing brakes instantly and in a harsh way which resulted in frequent to and fro motion of the passengers and many of them also banged their head against the seat. I kindly request you to take action against the bus driver. The bus no. is DL1PC3168

I applied for the dtc bus pass on nov 12 and canceled.
i didnt get refund.
kindly resolve this asap...

Firstly conductor and driver deny to go khajuri khas his next stop. After public force them to go right direction. They behave arrogantly, not just drive to slow as well closed door untill next stop come. Waste about 1 hour there is many ladies child and men in the bus ...

Your one ticket checker takme me from 200 for late tiket his name is sukhbir Sharma I have send 200 his persnol number I'm late to take ticket I'm traveling last 1 year it's my first chalan it was wrong if condecter was busy it's not my fault. Kindly take againts him. Other waise I'm going to consumer court. He take my take my phone from my hand and threth me f9r 200 I have send 200 his number

I was charged a fine of 200rs when I got from that bus after a ride. Two ticket checkers were standing there and took 200 rs from me because I didn’t have tickets and It was dropped by me. Being a girl I was so sure that its not mandatory to tale tickets because some conductors themselves say that tickets aren’t needed. I want to raise a complaint against this hypocrisy. Why are tickets for women free if these guys are doing this ?
I didn’t have cash so they asked me to make paytm and they had No gentleness towards women . They were harsh and mistreated me. They charged me on shaadipur bus stand. Attaching screenshot of paytm which I did on his number

Bus are not there time coming late, civil defence staf[censored]nable to perform her duty for providing seat for senior citizens and after interrupted by passengers she started yelling and giving warning that next time she will opens both the gate of bus and doesn't allow line system for entering passengers

Today m office se ghar aa rha tha or m roj delhi sunder nagar bus stand se bus pakadta hu subha subha 5 baje or humesha conductor ticket dene se mana krta h aaj subha jab m bus m chada to conductor ne ticket nhi diya or jb mene ticket manga to usne mujhe gaali di or bola bus se utar jaa.or jb mene apna phone nikala to conductor ne phone chhin liya or bus m marshal ne use nhi roka .

A terrible incident happened to my sister today. She is working in a company and today when she was coming home by Orange cluster bus number DL 1P D 4___(last 3 digit is not confirmed)
Time - 05:45PM-06:20
Bus Route - 114 Auchandi Border.
The behavior of the conductor of that bus was very rude, cheap and cruel. The conductor threatened a passenger and said in the local language, ''eb ude aake bnaa dunga or tu kuch na kr skega mera'' which means, 'I will see you and you will not be able to do anything.'
And not only that.. He told the bus driver Deepak that "Sudden braking of the bus... so that all the passengers get jolted and fall down."
An elderly man who was physically weak, very politely asked the driver to open the back gate.. but the merciless driver refused and went to the back gate and technically closed the gate from the top compartment.
The old man was supposed to get down at Bramshakti hospital stand, but he could not reach the front door and due to which he had to get down at Begumpur.

I would like to draw your kind attention towards the rash driving bthe driver of your esteemed company.
Blue AC electric Bus Route no. 910A (sayyed nanglio) Uttam Nagar terminal reporting time: 3:32 pm, driver rash driving. He was going to ram into the car and tried to overtake It is like time bomb who can explode anytime and kill public.

This letter serves as a formal request for a full refund of my payment which I paid while applying for student bus pass But it's get rejected. I applied for on the 23 October 2022 and its rejected after 2 days.
On 5 November check application status on Dtc website it shows your amount have been refunded but received in my account Till now didn't get any refund.
It is my request to check the status of my refund

sub- stray dogs creating a havoc in our colony. the number of stray dogs in our colony are increasing by the day, not only are they creating havoc at odd hours but also the security of the residents in danger.we are very much fed up of these stray dogs they have been biting children as well as people also.kindly take action and please send team of dog catcher in our area.

My name is vickey. My complain is for the driver of orange cluster bus in delhi .
Bus no. - DL1PC6583
Route no.- 817
Time - 9.20 am
Stand - janak puri
The bus driver didnt stopped the bus even the bus is empty with may seats.
Many people on the bus stand tried to stop th bus but the driver didnt. I am in a hurry so i rushed towards it thinking he would atleast slow it down but he didnt. Anyhow i got onboard on the bus with some hand injuries.
The conductor shouted on me and asked why i havent waited for another bus.
Stricts actions should be taken against the bus driver and conductor as well.
Its a matter of life and death.

I submit Application For e-bus pass to DTC, And payment Done By Me Thru. Paytm UPI, Now Today Is Fifth Day After Paying Nut My E-Buss Pass Not Issued.
I Have Mailed Them Many Times But Still Not Got Proper reply.
