I am here at hari nagar depot. The bus number 801STL just arrived and didn't stopped at bus stop. What is this?? Bus services are for what to show that are Powerful drivers. I have been waiting here since 20 minutes. And he didn't even stopped after so much shouting.

I applied for e-pass dated 1 Nov. 2022 payment deducted successfully. But 3 days my pass not issue till date. DTC Checker also fine on me Rs. 200. Please help me and refund my amount

I applied for the dtc bus pass on oct 18 and canceled.
i didnt get refund.
kindly resolve this asap.

This incident is about 8.30 i am comming from my coming from my coaching to home i was on ram prasth bus top a bus come where there was nothing written on display i asked conductor will it go seemapuri he said yes i went in bus normal fare from ram prasth to seemapuri is about 5 rs but he was asking for 15 rupees i object him why 15 he said if you have prob get out of bus i had to give him as i was getting late then i asked him for ticket now aslo he started saying you want ticket get out of bus bus no. Was DL 1P C 6816 time was about 8.30 i can also share images of busses with no display

I wish to draw and focus your mind on the unworthy and unwarranted behaviour of bus driver . I work at I.G.I Airport, Terminal-3. Today morning I caught the Express bus from the I.G.I Airport, for the New Delhi. Bus no is 6857 ( little confuse about the bus no.) which was departed from delhi airport, terminal-3 at 06:42. I had to get down from the bus near by New Delhi but according to bus route bus stop at some buses stops like I.G.I-Dhaula Kaun- New Delhi-Kashmiri Gate and some many stops are between these stops. I used to these express bus to go my home but what happened today I asked to the driver to stop the bus at Zakir Hussain college bus stop he ignored me then again I asked to the driver that I want to get down here stop the bus again he ignored when the my stop was gone again I asked to the driver to stop the bus to the next stop then he replied that bus will stop only that stops which is given to the express bus not any other stop then I said ‘ ok I was not aware about that the bus will not stop at any other stop except the express bus stop but please stop now my stop is already gone as I said I used to travel by these express buses almost all the driver stop the bus at other stop if any passenger want to get down even this I tell to driver also that I wasn’t know that you will not stop the bus at any other stop I admit my mistake that I didn’t get down at express bus stop which was New Delhi railway station and asked to stop the bus at next stop but now please stop the bus. The conductor was also requesting to the bus driver ‘ki bhai rok do bus ‘ but he didn’t he said bus to apne stop pr rukegi na Red Fort this words was said by the driver then I stop to requesting to stop bus but the conductor was continuously saying to him that bhai bus rok do. Delhi Gate is also the Express bus stop but he didn’t stop there he stop the bus after entering the delhi gate before the first red light and that too be after continuously requesting by the bus conductor otherwise he was not ready to stop the bus. The driver was very rude and he behaving like he has some issue to stop the bus or has problem with the girls i don’t know exactly but he didn’t right to harass the any passenger like that Please take any action against bus driver so that he will not dare to behave like this with any other passenger.
Kindly take any strict action against the driver and will ask why did he behave like this? and why didn’t stop the bus at delhi gate although Delhi Gate is also the Express Bus Stop. Bus stops and the ticket is also attached with this mail.

In my street nearly 5 to 10 dogs are giving trouble daily please take immediate action regarding that

The driver of this bus never stop at the bus stand. The bus on this route never stopped the bus at South Avenue.It was the yesterday (8:10am) that he took the bus out of the South Avenue bus stop without stopping.The buses of this route is very less, due to which we people have a lot of trouble.
Please solve this problem as soon as possible.

The DTC cluster buses have become a headache for daily passengers. They do not stop at the prescribed bus stands. We accept that services are delayed but one bus comes after half an hour and doesn't stop, though empty. 753 cluster buses behave in their independent ways and we are sick of it. What is the use of buses if they are not stopping at bus stops? This is the daily routine, not an incidence of a single day. But today 753 bus numbered 2533 did not stop at the Daryaganj Bus stop of Jama Masjid. Kindly take some action. We are sick of it now.

I noticed that the DTC buses don't stop the bus on bus stop if only ladies are on stop it's very disappointed I want to take action against this

Dear Sir, i was apply for bus pass & it is cancelled by department due to photo background is not correct. my application id is:[protected].

I have check the status of refund, site is showing refund has been processed but i have not received back my refund, also telephone number[protected] called around 50 times in 4 days but no body even pick the call once.

Please help to get my refund back

Today I was travelling by dtc bus no. DL-1PD-6101 route qamruddin nagar to nizamuddin, blue ac bus timinf 11:15 am on dated: 24/10/2022. While I was taking my ticket, I paid to condutor but after taking my money he denied and said he didn’t take any money and i refused to give me ticket and then said after deny he already give me tikcet
when I requesr him to give tikcet as I paid him already then he shouted on me and reply to me abusive way and said take your ticket it is diwali gift for you( means he was insulting me by saying this word ) and when I was submitting my complaint against him he again missbehave with me and said do whatever you can do no one can take action against on him, so i humble request you to please take action against this types of conductor who don't have manners how to talk with passengers

I am citizen of India. And today on dated 22/10/22. I am going on route of palla to Old delhi on the job at time 8:05AM and A marshal namely Arvind sitting on the seat of backside of Driver seat. Dtc is Red bus no 8991. And the Marshal said that here a driver wife will be sitt. But there is no any driver wife was sitting. Marshal sitting there with a Girl. Marshal not giving seat to me for a Girl. Take necessary action against them. This is not fare for a citizen.

2. Rash driver at 1:45 am
3. Continuous honking
4. Rude conductor
5. Ac not working, lights broken, seats broken

On Wednesday 19/10/2022 I was traveling from Nirman Vihar metro station (Delhi) to Anand Vihar by Delhi Transportation Corporation (DTC) -- bus no. 73 -- at approx 11:00 am and I reached to Hasan village approx 11:20 am where I met the ticket checkers of DTC bus. They Shaw my ticket and me and then ask me to pay fine of 200 rs by saying that your ticket has expired at last stop (Hasanpur Depot) without asking me from where I cought this bus. I denied to pay for fine they forced me get down from the bus and they forced me to sit here untill you don't pay and also they intimidated me by saying that they will call Police or PCR for catching me If I don't pay him fine. They stayed me forcefully there for one and a half hour. They i asked me to pay fine every time without listening me and every time denied to pay becouse the ticket valid to Anand Vihar. I bought 5 rs ticket from Nirman Vihar metro station Delhi to Anand Vihar Bus Terminal. They forced me too much to pay fine that I started crying. I cried for 15 to 20 min even that they didn't listen to me and every time they say you have to-2. At the end they said "i[censored] don't have money to pay fine then what u have money, give me and you can go. Basically they was asking for bribe (ghoos) but again I denied to pay him and they again told me to sit here untill the police man come to cough me. I Shaw live they also take bribe from a old man who was going to somewhere to submit some forms. But the old man didn't have ticket.

I hope you are able to understand my brutal situation. I really feel very sad and unpleasant that I can't explain in words. I really hurt too much mentally and emotionally.

Note - Now, I don't have that ticket which I bought from Nirman Vihar because they took that ticket from me and didn't return back to me.
But, I know all of by there face. I everyday Shaw all in Hasanpur Village, Delhi.

मैं इस डिटेल वाली डीटीसी बस में दुर्गा विहार बस स्टैंड से चढ़ा था मेरे पास एक डीटीसी स्टूडेंट पास है मैं राम लाल आनंद कॉलेज का छात्र हूं मेरा पास नंबर[protected] है मेरा नाम प्रतीक सिंह यादव है इस बस के कंडक्टर द्वारा मेरे साथ बदसलूकी की गई पास होने के बावजूद मुझे टिकट लेने पर मजबूर किया गया टिकट लेने के पश्चात मुझे गालियां दी गई इसके अलावा जब मैंने इसके खिलाफ जब मैंने उन्हें नाराजगी जताई तो उन्होंने मुझे मेरे गंतव्य स्थान से पहले पूर्व उतार दिया उन्होंने मुझे रोशनपुरा बस स्टैंड पर उतार दिया और मुझे बस में से धक्का भी दिया जिस कारण मेरा पैर मुड़ गया एवं मेरे पैर में मोच आ गई

I've applied for online dtc bus pass
General for all route ac & no-ac buses
But application rejected for miscellaneous reason but the money i paid not refunded to me . I applied &paid 1000 rs and application details are shown in the image below
Please help me out and refund money or make DTC bus pass

I m DTC passenger...i travel through the DTc busses...some buses are good and they are on their time..but from last 2 weeks the 761 DTC bus do not come on their time between 2pm - 3pm...many passengers including me waiting for the bus about 1-2hr but the bus didnt come between 2pm - 3pm..and there is no seating arrangement at azadpur terminal bus stop...people are standing their and waiting for the bus about 1 - 2 hrs..but the service from DTC is not at all appreciable..Hope u will understand this issue and resolve this as soon as possible.

Today i was waiting for a bus at dr bhim rao Ambedkar bus stand . electric bus with bus no. DL1GD 2534 came and driver didn't stop on stand and he drop passanger far from stand ladies and children was running behind him to catch the bus but he didn't stop and run from their. he was also over speeding

I want to draw your attention towards a bus route no. 539 Bus. I was traveling by the same bus with ticket no.29323. It was heading toward Mehrauli on 17/10/2022. When the bus approached at Andheria Morh around 19:20 the driver did not stop the bus for alighting but he stopped the bus at Qutub Minar metro station. It is happening time and again. Please look into this.
