I noticed that the DTC buses don't stop the bus on bus stop if only ladies are on stop it's very disappointed I want to take action against this

    Dear Sir, i was apply for bus pass & it is cancelled by department due to photo background is not correct. my application id is:[protected].

    I have check the status of refund, site is showing refund has been processed but i have not received back my refund, also telephone number[protected] called around 50 times in 4 days but no body even pick the call once.

    Please help to get my refund back

      Dear sir
      Today I was travelling by dtc bus no. DL-1PD-6101 route qamruddin nagar to nizamuddin, blue ac bus timinf 11:15 am on dated: 24/10/2022. While I was taking my ticket, I paid to condutor but after taking my money he denied and said he didn’t take any money and i refused to give me ticket and then said after deny he already give me tikcet
      when I requesr him to give tikcet as I paid him already then he shouted on me and reply to me abusive way and said take your ticket it is diwali gift for you( means he was insulting me by saying this word ) and when I was submitting my complaint against him he again missbehave with me and said do whatever you can do no one can take action against on him, so i humble request you to please take action against this types of conductor who don't have manners how to talk with passengers

        I am citizen of India. And today on dated 22/10/22. I am going on route of palla to Old delhi on the job at time 8:05AM and A marshal namely Arvind sitting on the seat of backside of Driver seat. Dtc is Red bus no 8991. And the Marshal said that here a driver wife will be sitt. But there is no any driver wife was sitting. Marshal sitting there with a Girl. Marshal not giving seat to me for a Girl. Take necessary action against them. This is not fare for a citizen.

            On Wednesday 19/10/2022 I was traveling from Nirman Vihar metro station (Delhi) to Anand Vihar by Delhi Transportation Corporation (DTC) -- bus no. 73 -- at approx 11:00 am and I reached to Hasan village approx 11:20 am where I met the ticket checkers of DTC bus. They Shaw my ticket and me and then ask me to pay fine of 200 rs by saying that your ticket has expired at last stop (Hasanpur Depot) without asking me from where I cought this bus. I denied to pay for fine they forced me get down from the bus and they forced me to sit here untill you don't pay and also they intimidated me by saying that they will call Police or PCR for catching me If I don't pay him fine. They stayed me forcefully there for one and a half hour. They i asked me to pay fine every time without listening me and every time denied to pay becouse the ticket valid to Anand Vihar. I bought 5 rs ticket from Nirman Vihar metro station Delhi to Anand Vihar Bus Terminal. They forced me too much to pay fine that I started crying. I cried for 15 to 20 min even that they didn't listen to me and every time they say you have to-2. At the end they said "i[censored] don't have money to pay fine then what u have money, give me and you can go. Basically they was asking for bribe (ghoos) but again I denied to pay him and they again told me to sit here untill the police man come to cough me. I Shaw live they also take bribe from a old man who was going to somewhere to submit some forms. But the old man didn't have ticket.

            I hope you are able to understand my brutal situation. I really feel very sad and unpleasant that I can't explain in words. I really hurt too much mentally and emotionally.

            Note - Now, I don't have that ticket which I bought from Nirman Vihar because they took that ticket from me and didn't return back to me.

              मैं इस डिटेल वाली डीटीसी बस में दुर्गा विहार बस स्टैंड से चढ़ा था मेरे पास एक डीटीसी स्टूडेंट पास है मैं राम लाल आनंद कॉलेज का छात्र हूं मेरा पास नंबर[protected] है मेरा नाम प्रतीक सिंह यादव है इस बस के कंडक्टर द्वारा मेरे साथ बदसलूकी की गई पास होने के बावजूद मुझे टिकट लेने पर मजबूर किया गया टिकट लेने के पश्चात मुझे गालियां दी गई इसके अलावा जब मैंने इसके खिलाफ जब मैंने उन्हें नाराजगी जताई तो उन्होंने मुझे मेरे गंतव्य स्थान से पहले पूर्व उतार दिया उन्होंने मुझे रोशनपुरा बस स्टैंड पर उतार दिया और मुझे बस में से धक्का भी दिया जिस कारण मेरा पैर मुड़ गया एवं मेरे पैर में मोच आ गई

              विषय: दिल्ली डीटीसी एवं क्लस्टर बस से सम्बधित शिकायत हेतु

              बस रूट नंबर 258 मोरी गेट से चौहान पट्टी के बस ड्राइवर एवं कंडक्टर अपनी मनमानी कर रहे हैं सुबह शाम दोनों समय एक तो बस स्टैंड पर बस नहीं रोकते रोज़ अपने काम पर, हॉस्पिटल एवं अपने निजी काम के लिए घर से बाहर निकलते हैं लेकिन समय पर अपने गंतव्य तक नहीं पहुँच पाते।
              शाम के समय ये लोग बहुत मनमानी करते हैं और जहाँ से इनका मन होता है वहीं बस मोड़ लेते हैं और सवारी बस स्टैंड पर इंतज़ार करती रहती। हम लोगों को बहुत परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ रहा है समय पर ऑफिस नहीं पहुँच पा रहे हैं और ना ही घर आ पा रहे हैं.
              आप लोगों से करबद्ध प्रार्थना है की हम लोगों की परेशानी समाधान करें.

                I've applied for online dtc bus pass
                General for all route ac & no-ac buses
                But application rejected for miscellaneous reason but the money i paid not refunded to me . I applied &paid 1000 rs and application details are shown in the image below
                Please help me out and refund money or make DTC bus pass

                  I m DTC passenger...i travel through the DTc busses...some buses are good and they are on their time..but from last 2 weeks the 761 DTC bus do not come on their time between 2pm - 3pm...many passengers including me waiting for the bus about 1-2hr but the bus didnt come between 2pm - 3pm..and there is no seating arrangement at azadpur terminal bus stop...people are standing their and waiting for the bus about 1 - 2 hrs..but the service from DTC is not at all appreciable..Hope u will understand this issue and resolve this as soon as possible.

                    Today i was waiting for a bus at dr bhim rao Ambedkar bus stand . electric bus with bus no. DL1GD 2534 came and driver didn't stop on stand and he drop passanger far from stand ladies and children was running behind him to catch the bus but he didn't stop and run from their. he was also over speeding

                      I want to draw your attention towards a bus route no. 539 Bus. I was traveling by the same bus with ticket no.29323. It was heading toward Mehrauli on 17/10/2022. When the bus approached at Andheria Morh around 19:20 the driver did not stop the bus for alighting but he stopped the bus at Qutub Minar metro station. It is happening time and again. Please look into this.

                        Passenger sitting next to my friend started commenting on her outfit 'yeh kaise kpde pehen rkhe h tameez nhy hai'
                        Despite to asking her to stop, both policeman and bus conductor starting doing the same 'ki ese hi to balatkaar hote h' my friend got so disturbed with the behaviour.
                        I want immediate action should be taken against bus conductor for his behaviour

                            मैंने 5/10/2022 को ऑनलाइन डीटीसी बस पास बनाया था, पेमेंट हो चुका हैं, पास रिजेक्ट होने का ईमेल आया, रिफंड राशि को 10 दिन हो चुका है अभी तक नही आया है, मेने कई बार फ़ोन किया और ईमेल किया परन्तु कोई जवाब नहीं मिला। मैंने सिंधिया हाउस ऑफिस कई बार फ़ोन किया लेकिन कोई जवाब नहीं मिला, आपसे अनुरोध है की ऐसे स्टाफ पर सख्त कार्रवाई होनी चाहिए ताकि आम आदमी कोई परेशान न हो, अतः आपसे निवेदन है कि इस संदर्भ में मेरी सहायता करे।आपकी अति कृपा होगी।

                              Dear Sir/Madam,

                              I was board in bus from Libaspur for Azadpur at 10.00 am dt[protected] & was taking ticket through Chartr app. App was taking time to issue the ticket that time. It was 10.03 am & ticket issuing was in process & ticket checker catch my hand with mobile as without ticket and taken penalty Rs. 200/-. If ticket booking taking time for 2-5 minutes, this type of problems are genuine / technical problem is not passenger`s fault.

                              In this case there is no fault of me as a proof you can check the logs of my transactions since I was trying to issue ticket through app. The same case was facing with other passengers too.

                              I request you to kindly refund the same amount to me since there is no fault of me.

                                  आज 03.10.2022 करीब 1 बज कर 25 मिनट पर मैं स्वास्थ्य विहार बस स्टैंड से बस रूट नंबर 469 जिसका जिसका नंबर DL1PC 7024 है, में चढ़ा और बस में सवारी ज्यादा होने की वजह से में ड्राइवर क पास आगे जा कर खड़ा हो गया | तभी कुछ सेकंड बाद मेरे पास पीछे से आ कर मुझसे बस का पास दिखाने को कहा जिसके बाद मैंने कंडक्टर को पास दिखा दिया उसके बाद वो बदतमीज़ी करने लगा और पब्लिक प्लेस अथवा बस में यात्रियों के सामने जोर से चिल्ला कर बोलने लगा, तुझे सुनाई नहीं देता तुझसे मैंने पीछे से बस पास दिखाने के लिए बोलै दिखाया क्यों नहीं और तू तड़ाक कर के बोलने लगा, जिसके जवाब में मैंने बस इतना कहा की मैंने सुना नहीं और अगर सुना भी होता तो ये कंडक्टर की ड्यूटी है की वो दिव्यांगता ग्रस्त व्यक्ति के पास जा कर टिकट दे अथवा बस के पास की जांच करनी हो तो स्वयं जा कर करे| मेरे ऐसा कहने पर बस का कंडक्टर मेरे साथ और ज्यादा बदतमीज़ी करने लगा और कहने लगा मुझे ज्यादा ज्ञान और लेक्चर मत दे तेरे जैसे के साथ ऐसा ही होना चाहिए और मेरी अपंगता पर बस में टिप्पणी करने लगा|
                                  मैं किसी विकलांग व्यक्ति को सार्वजनिक स्थान पर मानसिक रूप से प्रताड़ित करने और उसके सम्मान को ठेस पहुँचाने पर Rs. 5, 00, 000/- मुआवजे के रूप में राहत का दावा करता हूँ |

                                      I apply online e bus pass as a student for concessional and I did payment for 5 month and from my account 750 rs deducted but process failed and then I check my application status through my application number[protected] and I get a line payment is under clearing, application is received.
