      910 (destination show Shivaji Statdium) East punjabi bagh bus stop not stopping and to open door and say that not stop here. but I am standing on bus stop every bus running in queues but this bus break the queues at 9:26 am morning on date 15 july 2022

        Sir, i went to Nizamuddin Railway Bus Stand on 08/7/2022 at about 11:00hrs, i was want to go to Baroda House, Railway Office by convenience bus. I don't know whose bus go to there. I was a Red Colour AC Bus having No.DL IP C8987 and this route was 181, i asked from conductor for Baroda House then she told me that this bus will go to your stand. Plz take your seat. i sat in the same bus and also paid fare 15/- as demanded by conductor. she made me fool. Totally 01.30hrs she rounded me whole Delhi when i asked her about New Delhi Railway Station, Marina Hotel, then she told me you must have knowledge of Delhi route. there is not mistake of mine. i asked her that i sat in this bus after asking you beconz i don't know route. Plz take suitable action against her.

          The conductor of Orange Cluster Bus DL1PAD5229, said dirty things without any reason and when I asked, he pushed me despite repeated refusal
          or threaten to get me down by bus without any reason Repeatedly threatened to kill and kept pushing and when I said I will complain Against your misbehavior Even then, he gave dirty filthy abuses in a shoddy way and kept threatening to kill and get down from the bus again and again.

          Yes! There is so many things they do like smoking sitting without any discipline without uniform, arrogant behavior.

            Hello Team,

            Today[protected], about 9:20 AM we were travelling from Uttam Nagar to Nawada, We were sitting and talking about something related to workplace, Conductor started arguing first me because I had my head on his shoulder, he touched him arrogantly and also used to put his hand on his neck and chest, and uses very cheep language like " Kamre me le ja", " Park me le ja" type of. We aren't expecting such kind of things, we travel daily via this route but no one except this conductor offended us in a such a way no one did, we had a bad experience for the first time. And the only thing I want he should realize what he did and apologize for what he did to us, for what he said to us.
            This is serious please take this on a serious note.

            could you please take some serious action on this why did he tried to hit us and how he could use abusive language to us and he has no rights to threaten us in such a way.

              I'm complaining about the Driver conductor and martial of the bus..

              Bus no.: DL 1PC 7193
              They don't have manners how to talk with ladies and the seniors...
              Also they told us that the bus will go after 20 minutes.. and when we go near the stand... They take the bus away without letting the passengers sit in the bus...
              Also the martial of the bus... Who are there for the safety of the ladies... They themselves misbehave with us.. and tease the ladies...
              So I hope you try to solve this problem as soon as possible...

                मैं कॉलेज की छात्रा हूं और मैं सेक्टर 40 नोएडा छलेरा बस स्टैंड पर 5 बजे से खड़ी हुई थी जिस दौरान 5 बसें (33 नंबर की) मेरे सामने से निकल गई जिसमें से एक भी चालक ने गाड़ी रोकने का प्रयास नहीं किया और हमें परेशान होना पड़ा।

                जिसमें मैं ने आखिरी बस का नम्बर नोट किया जो कि इस प्रकार है ( DL1PC 7193 )

                      I had applied for dtc e-pass online on 6th july and they say you will get your e pass within a day but today is 11th july and I didn't get my bus pass yet. Me and my many friends already made payment through dtc website but not get any bus pass link yet. My pass already activated from 8th July. I am applying for student all route ac/non-ac.
                      Now I have to pay for travel through dtc but if I can get my bus pass I don't have to pay. Please resolve this issue ASAP. It's already late.

                            When i have to get off the DTC bus, Driver keeps driving in slow speed at stop and says jump and go. And doesnt stop properly.

                            When bus come at stand, still it doesn't stop, especially when there is 1 or 2 person. We have to run and pull myself into bus. It may be dangerous, i may fall down back or it may leg cramp or any wound etc.

                            So stop bus properly and then let them come safely either 1 person only or more.

                                  It's a humble request from you that I am travelling from the bus route no. 316 from Jheel to Karampura at 8:18 AM from the past 2 months due to changes in timings from the last 2 weeks our bus driver has changed. This new driver has behavioural issues. He took the female passengers phone number and sent them messages & did the call.
                                  Yesterday I got to know that he is trying to take my number from the other passenger as well.
                                  I am making a complaint against the present driver. I don't feel safe around him. It's a request please change the driver and if you give the older driver his timings it will be great for us.

                                  Updated by prajapatishewta560                                   I am a passenger who was travelling with bus number route 316 from Jheel Khuranja to Karampura timings of the bus is 8:18 AM in the morning Bus number is DL1PD5885.

                                  From the past 1or 2 week there has been a change in timings and as passengers we are suffering. The driver does not follow the instructions to stop the bus without any bus stop present at the place. Even though he drives slowly because of that I have been late to my office since then.

                                  His behaviour is not even good. He talked to female passengers during his drive and others are suffering because of this.

                                  It is a humble request from you that the driver named Mr. Mohit who came 2 week earlier gives back his timings of the morning at 8:18 AM because of him I always reached office on time without any delay.

                                    Bus no. DL1PD2781 route no. 73
                                    Didn't stop at stand lig flats rather stopped a few metres ahead at around 9:05 am today so passengers had to run to catch it but the bus driver began driving soon after even when passengers were still boarding the bus and some passengers weren't able to board. Please resolve.

                                      I have made the payment to DTC on 05 july, 2022 for DTC e bus pass. Amount was deducted and today is 08 july 2022 and i have not received e bus pass. E bus pass generally gets delivered the next you apply the pass, but i mentioned i didn't received yet. I have made payment through paytm. I have tried contacting to all the numbers of DTC website for help and support. Either the numbers are switched off or no one is picking up the call. I want refund. I have attached all the payment details.
