Dear Sir
The services of Bus no. 544 is quite infrequent and If you talk about the passenger the list is nowhere ending. Getting a seat in 544 is a golden opportunity which only few people get even someone don't get a place to stand in the bus.It never runs according to timetable, People have to wait for atleast 1 hour to board on the bus and the route through which it passes has very high no. of passengers. As the covid cases are increasing in Delhi Travelling in such crowded buses even make the conditions worse. The netizens are facing a lot of problems due to this .Every day people are getting delay for their work, Students are getting delay for their college.
The situation can be improved by monitoring and rescheduling the time table and most importantly by increasing the bus service.
Hope you will look into the matter as soon as possible and do the needful.

Dtc bus not stop the bus stand

Sir,

This is regarding seat reservation for ladies in DTC buses. .

The rule says that the seat has to be vacated by any male passenger sitting in the seat reserved for ladies when there are any women passengers who ask for the same. But this does not happen at all. I travelled (567)from mayapuri to saferderjung and whenever I ask male passengers to vacate the seat, their usual reply is that, there is no reservation...

DTC bus driver with bus number DL1PD 4857 didn't stopped bus at bus stop - Dashrathpuri @ 12.28 pm, 29 Jun 2022.
He daily don't stop the bus at this bus stop

This bus man didn't stop the bus and my stop was to get down sultanpuri but it didn't stop the bus and took y block and was abusing me bus number DLIPC8121

I have applied for students bus pass online on 8th June and I has been rejected by dtc and they said that money will be refunded in 15 days .now on 28 th June I have not got my money refunded in my account and on dtc application status it is showing that the refund has been given but I have not got my money back yet till date...

Bus no 0201 in route of vasant vihar the driver drive a bus by route change he laft 3bus stop and says bus can't be go from there route it's such problem for a passanger who waiting for bus in that route

Please note DTC green bus DL 1PC 0958 was doing rash driving near C4E janakpuri around 7.50am today I.e. 27th June 2022. Jumped the red light in speed and did not even stop at the bus stand. Request for strict action against the driver. He was even talking to someone in bus while doing all this. Very casual approach. It puts risk at lives of others.

I m complaining against AC bus which is started in lunch time in lado sarai crossing bus stand bus number 604 at this place Many buses stand and bus driver start bus on AC in lunch time when no one pasenger seated in bus due to on AC this place have more hit and hot public not can sit on the stand because of these buses

It was around 12 AM while travelling from Nangloi to Najafgarh route via my car there was road blocked ahead. So I was taking a u turn and the bus driver of bus No. DL 1 PD 5816 just stepped right behind our car blocking the road. When we asked there is road blocked and u turn needs to be taken he started arguing. So we again started to turn car to blocked direction as he didn’t allow in the other direction and while we were taking the turn he kept on running the bus inches closer to the car. When I asked him what is he doing and why not wait until car is fully turned then he stepped out of his bus and started using foul words and started shouting and tried to scare us. So this driver was rash driving the whole way and not using lane driving rules.

Today from the route of karol bagh to gurgaon the bus from of 8:50 am bus did not stop the road at the shankar road bus stand. The bus driver saw three people standing on the bus stand and did not stop the bus. This is not acceptable due to him 3 people are reaching office late. This bus driver on multiple instances does not behave on road he did a hand gesture while he saw us on the bus stand. They think it’s their bus and not of public. I request you to get them a fine because of them we will be charged late at work while we were on time on the bus stand. Bus from karol bagh to gurgaon are supposed to leave every 20 mins but they purposefully leave in 30 mins which becomes 35 mins due to traffic i have personally seen them. I request you to please do some strictness with these people as this very wrong. This bus was 8:50 am shankar road red color from karol bagh to gurgaon.

I was travelling in route no 112 with bus no DL 1 PD 4932. Driver stopped the bus 1 km before the last stop. On asking about this, he replied that bus will move forward after half an hour . I was travelling with my 8 month old baby. Driver spoke very rudely and didn't hold any accountability. On saying that we will complain, he replied that jo karna h jaha krna h kar lo. The spot where he stop the bus, is the spot where all the driver and conductors sit to gossip.

Bus number ((DL1PD3646) Orange ) is not moving in it's bus lane as the blue bus is moving.
Also it was changing its lane frequently.
I hope strict action would be taken by the concerned authorities.
The incident took place near Punjabi bagh chowk, west delhi....

On route 780, we are facing issue of non availability of buses during peak hours in evening. Earlier it was not like that buses used ply on there allocated times after every 30mins. But, now they run according to their own timings due which there is no bus available during office hours.

Kindly look into the matter and if possible pls set the time table as earlier so, that we do not face any transportation problems.

please refund my money, I had also visited scindia house DTC office for same problem, but I did not get any solution.

When I got outside of my bus at safdarjung I checked my bag for my purse but it was missing
It contains my aadhar card pan card and two debit cards of bandhan bank and indian bank and some keys with 2500 approx cash in it. Please help me find my purse by checking cctv of the particular bus .

I travel from South extension to greater kailash the frequency of bus route no 540 is so low that so many times I have to wait for an hour because sometime 2 buses come one after other then there will be like no bus for hours and the rush is so extreme because of which cases has happened with me my phone was stolen today. Please plan the buses timing in a way the it will not create that hush hush. It is really needful because it is about safety. And public transportation should be proper so that people like us can use it instead of own vehicle to decrease pollution in delhi.
