Bus driver and dcd guard's misbehaving with senior citizens and handicapped and did not offered the respected seats to them and using abusive language meanwhile seats were available in the bus at Sangam vihar bus stop bus route no. 544 rk puram

Hi, I am from Burari, North Delhi. In our area DTC Buses that runs are - No. 185, 185STL, 912, 192, 61, 143, 105 and 162. The services provided by these buses is quite irregular. Due to COVID protocol the number of passengers which are allowed in each bus is limited to the seats available and I respect that as well. But the availability of buses are not in regular intervals, we have to wait for long duration of time in order to get the next bus and the situation turned out to be nasty during mornings. There's no time table provided by DTC for the timings of their buses services. There's no fixed time of the buses. Please through your medium let the authority know to increase the number of buses in our area and to make a proper time table for them for every day.

I request to the Delhi govt or DTC that I'm a college student and travel daily .I have lost money and the conductor was misbehaving, talking rudely .

I went to the bus conductor to purchase tickets for two people and he charged money and give tickets for three.
We asked to refund or back money of one ticket .So, Bus Conductor refused and said not to back money.
It is not only about me but it happens daily with lots of people.
Sometimes, Bus Conductors are busy in phone calls or using phone while duty time and knowingly or unknowingly they often do with every other person who travels (DTC)

I strongly believe that DTC corporation will get action immediately to this feedback.
I hope, will get respond soon.

The street dogs in sector D, Chhoti khajrani, LIG colony are becoming dangerous to many residents of the locality. The seem calm from a distance but as you get near them they jump on your leg and try to bite. I saved myself from a dog bite 2 months ago and I didn't do anything to disturb them but still one dog jumped to my leg and I got minor scratches of its teeth on my leg. And since then the same dog from the group jumps on me everytime I pass through that route whether on foot or vehicle. About 10 days ago, almost 5 dogs jumped on my bike as I was carrying food with me and I crashed with my bike, they were approaching us, then I picked a piece of stick and ran towards them. Recently my friend got attacked in another route behind gurudwara. And last night my another friend got attacked without any reason. But we were lucky that we got minor scratches. But we cannot get lucky everytime we pass through the road. Many local people have also been attacked. And some of the people who are keeping pet dogs are also responsible for the group of street dogs to gather around as they give them food. The dogs may not be harmful to those people but they are to the others. No matter which route I choose to reach home, they'll be standing in your route ready to chase or bite you even without disturbing them. No one can carry food for them all the time as their hunger is never ending. Please help by taking them out of this colony. Not everyone can pass alone through a group of 10 dogs in front of you in the mid night or early mornings. Please help

I would like to inform you that I get cluster bus route no 578s from Kapasera border to kair depot at about 5.30 pm. The bus no is DL 1PD 1175. The behaviour of bus driver was very bad. He miss behave with ladies passengers too. One thing I would like to tell that the bus was standing on Dhasa stand at least 20 minutes in start position without driver. The driver goes to liquor shop for carry liquor in the bag. You are requested to check gps cameras of the bus. And one more thing that I like to say that my destination was krishna vihar next to khera more. A DTC stop board is placed there in front of Ajit kharkhari Ex MLA resident house, but driver refuse to stop bus there, and says that this is only for dtc not for cluster. You are requested to take stick action against the driver and please inform me, otherwise I will to be complaint to higher authorities.Thank

Today dated 10-09-21 I board cluster bus no.DL1PC[protected] from swami Nagar, at the same time my mobile phone has got stolen, I was having a doubt on the person while checking the same person, marshal unboarded my luggage and said the bus will not wait at all and the marshal had not supported me at that time which was against her duty and it's very unaccepted. I request strict action against the marshal and please also share the recording of the same.

Today I boarded an orange DTC 711 bus from Atma Ram Sanatan Dharm College (near Durgabai Deshmukh Metro Station) to Uttam Nagar around 12pm to 1pm. The number of the bus was DL1PD0849 which was written on a sticker of e-bus ticket.
I gave the conductor a hundred rupee note for buying a ticket of Rs15 to Uttam Nagar. But the conductor didn't give me the balance money at that time and told me that he would give me the balance money at Uttam Nagar. He had told the same lines to two-three other passengers also.
At Uttam Nagar, I asked for my balance money but he told me that he didn't have the balance. But he had a bundle of ten-twenty rupee notes in his hand still he was not giving my balance money.
Then I searched my pocket and managed to give him twenty rupees. Then I asked for my balance Rs5. He told me that he would give my Rs5 after getting change from somebody at Uttam Nagar Terminal and started using aggressive language and was in a mood to frighten me so that I didn't ask for my balance money. I told him that I am only asking for my balance money.
At Uttam Nagar Terminal, he took out a 5-rupee coin from his bag and gave me.
He had a lot of balance in his bag, still he was not returning the balance.
Kindly tell such conductors to behave properly with passengers and return their money before the stops.

Yesterday when travelling in blue cluster AC low floor buses. 370 going to nand nagri around around 3:20. The bus number is DL1D5706. The stand was to come near shastri park, I thought I should move to front so that u could get off easily. But I went there I didn't notice his bag was there, I told him to take his bag from the sheat so that I can sit there. But he replied so annoyingly. It is not your property. You are not allowed to sit here. Do not give me any lecture..
The behaviour of driver was very good and gentle. I am not understanding why conductor behaviours are so bad in AC buses. Though it should be hapeen with non AC buses. Why they are not behaving responsibly..

I am a daily passenger of bus no 273 (shivaji stadium to loni road xing). From darya ganj bus stop, the bus did not go towards geeta colony sdm office but directly went to shamshan ghat pusta. Palso the driver was behaving very rudely.

This complaint is against A bus driver with bus no: C 4127 (182A ISBT) from kashmere gate to gulabi bagh around 9:55 am to 10:10am near by gulabi bagh bus stop. There was numbers of vacant seat in the bus but bus driver still did not stop the bus... passengers were waiting for very long time. Please take action against the bus driver..why did he not stop the bus?

It was about the bus I took from moti nagar of subash nagar in evening around 8 pm, the bus number is among these three - 02232, 28267, 47357
The driver misbehaved with me by talking in an ill mannered way when I asked him if he could open the door at the red light . He also asked me to shut my mouth otherwise he will do something . He was talking in the most I'll mannered way and insulting way towards me being a girl . Maybe like he was drinking and driving during that time because he didn't control his tone infront of me . He had teeth outside a bit . This is not the way to handle a girl when dtc is doing so much towards providing girls free transport services

Today travel towards Tilak Nagar to jharokha kalan, I got bus no. DL IP 1416, in stop but no response n reply from driver conductor as well lady Marshall, they denied that bus won't go to tikri kalan, I catch other bus to Delhi gate Najafgarh, but just 2 min that 825 bus to jharodha kalan started n non stop reached to uttam nagar from tilak nagar, Is it the right way of bus services to passengers.
We faced this problem on day to day.

Sir i am a resident of house number 2310, sector-16, old Faridabad.
We are facing a huge problem of stray dogs on our dogs.
All the adults and children are in danger of roaming around.
Please we request you to kindly check this matter and remove them.

Complain again misbehaviour of driver . He didn't even stop on bus stand. Bus no. Is DL 1PC 5410, DATE 03/09/2021, and timing is 04:50:02, , at Karol bhag bust stand. And afterwards he just breaking rules of transportation and running bus continuesly and at the point of NSC Dashghara, camera is there they just slow down and they did not picking up woman's at any where from Karol bhag to under pure Krishi kunj, , , , please take an action against him

I was trying to generate the monthly bus pass online.1000 rw is deducuted from my bank account but pass is not generated the window is showing payment is not done or unsuccessful. What is the tat of returning
