It was about the bus I took from moti nagar of subash nagar in evening around 8 pm, the bus number is among these three - 02232, 28267, 47357
The driver misbehaved with me by talking in an ill mannered way when I asked him if he could open the door at the red light . He also asked me to shut my mouth otherwise he will do something . He was talking in the most I'll mannered way and insulting way towards me being a girl . Maybe like he was drinking and driving during that time because he didn't control his tone infront of me . He had teeth outside a bit . This is not the way to handle a girl when dtc is doing so much towards providing girls free transport services

Today travel towards Tilak Nagar to jharokha kalan, I got bus no. DL IP 1416, in stop but no response n reply from driver conductor as well lady Marshall, they denied that bus won't go to tikri kalan, I catch other bus to Delhi gate Najafgarh, but just 2 min that 825 bus to jharodha kalan started n non stop reached to uttam nagar from tilak nagar, Is it the right way of bus services to passengers.
We faced this problem on day to day.

Sir i am a resident of house number 2310, sector-16, old Faridabad.
We are facing a huge problem of stray dogs on our dogs.
All the adults and children are in danger of roaming around.
Please we request you to kindly check this matter and remove them.

Complain again misbehaviour of driver . He didn't even stop on bus stand. Bus no. Is DL 1PC 5410, DATE 03/09/2021, and timing is 04:50:02, , at Karol bhag bust stand. And afterwards he just breaking rules of transportation and running bus continuesly and at the point of NSC Dashghara, camera is there they just slow down and they did not picking up woman's at any where from Karol bhag to under pure Krishi kunj, , , , please take an action against him

I was trying to generate the monthly bus pass online.1000 rw is deducuted from my bank account but pass is not generated the window is showing payment is not done or unsuccessful. What is the tat of returning

Dear Sir,
I have a bus pass when I entered in bus . The bus driver saw that I did not take the ticket, bus driver asked the conductor it has a bus pass so take it down, bus driver only boarded the ticket takers in the bus, bus driver has wrong behaviour with me, he is entered extra public in bus, he is only entered ticket boys, I saw he doesn't put girls on the bus he say come for free tickets And I saw bus driver, conductor, marshal all members are met. I complaint to toll free number but not respond to satisfied. Complaint register name shekhar. I have also complaint TI but not respond he say I don't help you.

Hello sir/madam,
There is no bus service from 7.10 to 7.30 of route 85 at dharma apartments, I.p extn., patparganj.Even if some bus if route 85 happens to pass by and it has vacant seat also, it does not stops.Whereas route no .534 on d same road has bus in every minute which is not required.Kindly look into the matter.

I was to share my today's experience with dtc cluster bus. Bus no. DL1PC 6852 Route 623 from vasant vihar, 18.08.2021 around 11.00 Am at vasant lok stand. Bus driver was not wearing mask and his rash driving was so pathetic as he doesn't care about passenger's life.. He didnt stop the bus at bus stand i give him a hand he just slowed down the bus, i was lightly running with the bus asked him to stop it or go but he was misbehaving using foul language and want me to climb the bus while he was driving... I climb up the stairs and literally it was very difficult for me take a seat properly as i was literally about to fall in the bus with that his behavior was sooo rude and he was such a insolent driver... Dont know how to talk or reply the passengers.. Dont know how to respect the passengers ...I travel daily with dtc buses but if i saw him again i will never let the people to take that bus... . He dont know how to drive a bus with passengers and how to treat them. He has to stop the bus at bus stand let people take their seats or atleast let passengers to be in the bus... May god bless passengers ... And pls take action against these type of rash drivers with insolent drivers. Train them properly before the job.

Hi sir this is a complaint about the bus driver he is doing a. Rash driving I don't know why thare is a lot of people asking him to drive slow as thare is a old age people also got hurt even me also can get hurt he says if you want to feel comfortable you should go to Volvo or somewhare else how I am supposed to answer him ease let him know the bus is from Delhi govt not his personal property so he can drive as he want look into this matter it's very serior I am attaching the bus number so you can track down the driver DL-IP-C4135 Date 18th Aug 2021 the tune 12.00Pm afternoon

I am not able to give the LL Test online. My applcation no. is [protected].
It is always showing "You are aldready logged in, please meet controller."
I cannot visit the RTO as the RTO is not taking the LL Tests anymore.
They are always saying the you have to give the LL test online. The RTO allocated to me is DL7 (East delhi, mayur Vihar 1)

I am living in village harewali delhi-110039. I am very thankful to the department, numbers of bus provided by the DTC. At the same time I want to bring into notice a serious issue related to the timing of buses starting from harewali. I feel always that there should be need a nifa person who can manage the timing of buses at harewali. I have observed so many times that there are assemble so many buses at stop of harewali but no one ready to start the travel.why?
When start the travel of one bus, all of sudden Start for travel so many buses in a limited time.

So you are requested to do the needful ASAP.

There are so many mad street dogs in this locality because of them it is very difficult to take step out from our houses.
These dogs bark and chase the people who cross that area, especially “children’s and women’s” and two wheeler raiders.

These dogs are scaring the children very much and sometimes biting them even. There are many dogs in this area.
Generally, these dogs you can see lying on the roads and they make their victim the entire people who pass from them.

So this is my humble request to you to please pay attention on my letter and send immediately dog catcher team in this area to catch these dogs.

Drivers of dtc and cluster buses are seriously pathetic, they just don't care about any person's life they want to enjoy there Pathetic driving that's it like a illiterate teen riding a bike. similar incidence just happened at 100 ft road durgapuri in east Delhi a bus route no. 213 and bus no. Ending with 5491, driver seems like was drunk as he was not stopping the bus at first instance then he suddenly stops it and closes the door and take the bus away in literally half a second which just rush me and could have lead to a accident.

Therefore i request you To take strict action as these drivers just take everyones life so casually.

My Application No. is [protected] for which I passed LMV test on 18.07.2021. On 23.07.2021 I received a message that my DL is approved. Despite a lapse of more than two weeks there is no progress and DL is still pending at RTO level. Please let me know the status of my DL.

761 number bus is not coming on time. every single day more then 30 minutes i am waiting for bus. I am every day late in office . Mangolpuri to NSP it is 1 hour enough
And my office time is 11 Am and i leaved home 10 Am
please resolve my problem

On 03/08/2021 at about 07.40 A.M took AC bus no DL01PC8703 from Peera garhi bus stop to Tikari Boarder, I paid rs 100 and took rs25 ticket.When I asked for change the conductor start shouting and using vulger language driver was assisting him in misbehaving instead to show him the right path .Half of the journey both were near the driver seat and talking each other. The conductor was not having a single rs to return.atleast 10 other passengers are also waiting for refund. if he is coming on duty, he must have some exchange.pls take conductor seat, it will increase the revenue of dtc and will bring some softness in their behaviour
The rude and irresponsible behaviour has caused mental pain, agony, insult and humiliation to me.
Kindly take strict disciplinary action against the said bus conductor

Hi myself Rajesh Kumar. I travelled from peera garhi to tikri boarder on 03 Jul 2021at 0745 hrs in dtc AC bus DL01PC8703. I took a ticket of rs 25 and asked for change. The conductor did not have change at that time.i asked before reaching the destination.He start shouting in an odd manner and vulger language. At least he is having 10 other passengers refund with him.it is my humble request to warn such a stupid person who is traveling in national capital. Pls send him in any green or orange bus, because he doest deserve to serve in red bus. Pls warn bus drivers also becouse half of the route the both are talking near driver and he was exploiting the matter and was not focused on driving

On 31/07/2021 at about 9.00 A.M I tried to take the aforementioned bus from Swatantra Nagar bus stop on Bawana -Narela Road, but the said Driver was in a hurry and closed the doors and started running the bus and thus did not allow me to enter the bus.
My son was with me to drop me at the bus stop by his scooty, so we chased the said bus by scooty to catch the said bus on the next stop. On the next bus stop near Railway faatak also the driver did not open the doors of the bus despite my repeated requests and despite vacant seats in the bus. As the railway faatak was closed at that time and remained closed for 5/7 minutes and the said bus remained stopped at the railway faatak but despite my request the driver did not open the doors to allow me to enter into the bus, but in the meantime a person known to the Driver came to get on the bus and the Driver opened the door for him and allowed him to enter into the bus and when I tried to enter into the bus the driver did not allow me and on my insistence and pleading that I am getting late for my duty, the driver misbehaved and used filthy language against me and closed the door of the bus. As such, I was compelled to go to the main bus stand Narela to take another bus which caused much delay in reaching on my duty.
The rude and irresponsible behaviour has caused mental pain, agony, insult and humiliation to me.
Kindly take strict disciplinary action against the said bus driver.
