Dear sir / madam,
The street dogs in our locality ( NEW MOTI NAGAR B AND C BLOCK ) are constantly increasing. It is so difficult for us to step out of our houses even in the day time. They have bitten so many people . There are so many of them now that we have to change our route when we see them. The street dogs chase people who are on scooties and bike and sometimes they loose their balance and fall off. I am writing this to you so that you can help us get rid of these wild street dogs who bite every person that they see.

Dear sir Bus no 9278, Gazi pur depot at time 2100 hrs at Rute no 543 via Anand vihar to Dhola kuan via wrong rute NH-8 on going uper the all Flyovers. And miss the all stand Khichri pur gurdwara, and Evnd depot, and govt school manglam etc. Pls check your CCTV CAMERAS and take right action.

Bus Stand: Nand Nagri Depot
While I was rushing to my work of Vaccination (COVID-19), I took a bus (no. 971 Anand Vihar, from Nand Nagri Depot). I showed my e-pass (duly signed by Medical Officer of my dispensary DGD Mayur Vihar). The bus conductor said the pass is invalid without assigning a reason and threaten me to de-board the bus. When I tried to give some explanation he did not hear any. I was showing him my Duty Letter issued by SDM Mayur Vihar. But he was busy in raising his tone. He was trying to bully me and was not giving me any reason to deboard the bus. The role of Civil Guard of the Bus was inactive. He was not supporting me at all (without even knowing what my stand was). is he for advocating what bus conductor says?
They both deboarded me out of the bus in a very humiliating way.
This is hurtful to see how DTC is treating Delhi's Frontline Worker.
I request the concerned authority to look into the matter at least once.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am residing in Satamrai colony, Shamshabad. We have been in trouble by the increase in the number of street dogs. They are wild and chasing the people, and very problamatic in night times also. Please send a dog van to catch them. I hope you understand the situation.

It is stated that there is a DTC bus terminal at Syed Goan in West zone. The bus drivers keep on starting the buses after their respective trips. There is so much so noise pollution that we residents of LIC Colony get headache due to noise pollution . These bus drivers sit inside the buses take rest with starting of bus engines. Makes life miserable.

There's one Dog in our area who is gone mad and biting everyone. Please help

On dated 11 may 2021, I was travelling on bus no. DL1PC 8158 (AC Bus), route - By Pass Express. Marshall was sitted on seat (as per rule marshal can't sit on seat during duty or if the seat vacant he can sit but will provide his seat if passenger need). A female passanger wanted to board in the bus from IP Power station stop but marshall didn't allow to enter her in the bus as he said no seats vacant. When i asked him you are not allowed to sit in the seat and you had to offer your seat to the passanger he replied rudely - " apna kaam kar, corona time hai hume bola gya hai seat par bethne ke liye " . May i want to know any such of order issued for marshalls that they will perform their duty by sitting ? If not please take strict action against him.

I am a staff member of dtc. I am a conductor of dtc bus today I took a bus for coming home then the driver of that bus said you don't have identity so I will not give you entry in the bus because of some reasons I didn't got my identity card from depot but the other member of staff sitting in the bus said that I know that she is also a staff member but the driver didn't allowed me to come in and his way of talking was also very bad he doesn't have manners to how to behave with a lady so please take some action against him

There are almost 15-20 street dogs near my home, 2 dogs looks infected with some disease. Please catch this dogs, they jump inside homes and create mess. Even run behind people and children

There are 2 big dogs black and brown.They are so ferocious. They have bitten many people and are killing other dogs also. Kindly look into the matter

I am medical staff working in private medical laboratory inspite of having my identity card original conductor start arguing for curfew pass your ID is not valid
But on other hand when a lady enter DTC with government hospital ID card he didnt ask for the same and continue arguing
I am traveling daily but this type of requirement with my ID card never asked because my ID card is valid

There are 2 stray dogs who constantly bark at night hours for no reason . They live in my neighbour's house who himself is tired of them. They are a constant nuisance to everyone's sleep and disturbs us. Please catch them and take away.

बदरपुर बॉर्डर पर बस ड्राइवर्स डिस्प्ले बोर्ड ON रखने का रूल follow नही कर रहे है।
आज 12 अप्रैल 2021 सुबह 10 बजे बदरपुर बस स्टैंड पर 18 डीटीसी की बसे खड़ी थी।
4 ने नंबर डिस्प्ले बोर्ड बंद कर रखा था।
8 ने नंबर डिस्प्ले बोर्ड पर रूट नंबर 414 लगा रखा था जबकि ये रूट नंबर बहुत समय से एक्टिव नही है।
एक भी बस इस रूट पर नही जाती बल्कि कुछ सेकंड पहले सही रूट नंबर लगा कर बस भगा कर ले जाते है।
कृपा करके इस ओर ध्यान दे और लोगो की सुविधा को ध्यान में रखते हुए बस ड्राइवर्स को सख्त guideline दे।

Sir, I go for job every day at bawana
I want to go to the job by dtc but your buses some many times do not stop because they take brave to private buses and when at morning or at night ( timing of job)people starting go for job or home that time government buses do stop and don't come that time they left us due to private buses we don't have time to do anything that's way they take advantage and all rtv capacity are maximum 25 people but they get in the bus around 50 people
I want to say please provide good bus service at job timing

Respected Concern Person,

As I travelled today(1st April 2021) from Narela to Bawana around 9:12 AM. While at Narela railway crossing I was on my right side to cross the railway crossing so that time your department bus no DL-1PC-8138 related to Rohini depot 2 came from the wrong side and create an excess traffic jam. So I requested him to please clear this as soon as possible. On this, your bus driver misbehaves with me and other public people. On that, while I try to make his misbehaviour video so he started beating me also snatch my mobile for regarding this I'm going to attach his nonsense behaviour of a bus driving and my injury pic too. Also, such behaviour is a natural person is very harmful to the public.

Please take serious action on this ASAP.

Note: Also please check his duty hours that what time he started and what time he was completed his job last.

I stay at Section-17, Ulhasnagar 421003, opposite ShivKala Diagnostic Centre of Dr. Gwalani. There are around 10 big dogs out of which 3 has delivered lots of baby dogs.
Life has become miserable as they bark and bite the passersby. Through out the night, their barking noise disturb our sleep leading to sleepless nights and disturbed days.
