Dear sir there are many dogs in between ballapur circle to badanpet sri Gayathri techno school i stay near Sri Gayathri techno school in Sri shiva sai nagar in our colony also there are 5 to 6 dogs are roaming please take the action and do need full asap thank you.

I have applied For dtc delhi pass for month...
I have done payment.. but i did not get my e bus pass.. i had contacted dtc helpline numbers... But the did not get any responsible

At present in DTC buses bus drivers and some conductor behaviour with passengers are very bad.i request to delhi government please take action against this type drivers and conductor

Today on 22 Feb 2021 at 6:28 pm at the round about of Krishna Menon Marg and Akbar Road hit my car from left side while overtaking my car. The bus driver was overspeeding so I stopped but still the driver hit me deliberately even after giving him the way to pass. After hitting he started arguing me even after knowing that he was guilt.

I request the DTC management to kindly suspend this driver for negligence driving and destroying the private property and threatening the life of other commuters travelling on road.

Roune no. 717A driver was smoking and driving the ac bus with open gate from lado sarai to shahbad mohommadpur

Consecutively three of the 33 Bhajan Pura to Noida route buses did not stop at Sundar Nagri bus stop around 6:30 pm. The last bus didn't stop was DL 1P C8908

THE DTC BUS NO 5860, THE DRIVER OF THIS BUS WAS NOT STOP THE BUS ON MY BUS STOP HE STOP ON THE ROAD, I WAS DEBOARDING FROM THE BUS, when i was deboarding he run the bus and I slipped from bus and i have serious injuries

I, Silvi Philip, am 48 years old unhealthy female, travelled in DTC bus No. DL - ? C-9867 route no. 940 (AC bus) from Patel Nagar metrostation to Rajinder Nagar, New Delhi at around 12 noon today (15/02/2021).
I am working in Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, I wanted to step down in Rajinder Nagar post office bus stop, the driver closed the door when i was getting down and i requested him to open the door many times, but he refused to open the door and he told me that i should has stand near the door before arrival of my destination ie. the bus stop. He dropped me at Talkatora Stadium bus stop that was too far. That lead me to took another bus to came back. Due to the misbehaviour of driver, I have lost my precious time (30 minutes) and also it exhausted me. Since I could not join my duty on time (I have taken 45 minutes instead of 10 minutes journey for reach hospital) and suffered lots of problem including work.
There was a lady conductor and a police man in this bus, nothing to do for my help.
Kindly do the needful and oblige. (enclosing my bus ticket for your kind reference)
Please take necessary action on this driver.

Mai kuch dino se dekh rhi hu ... ki bus vale bus ko bus stand par nahi rokte ... vo log bus ko stand se kafi aage rokte hai or bus ko bhag kar pakadna padta hai ...women bhi hoti hai... unhe b bus leni hoti hai...male to bhag kar bus le lete hai...ispe koi karvayi ki jaye...

I live in East delhi, I got a bus daily root no. 273 Loni Golchakkar to Shivaji stadium. Here is being partiality between male and female passenger. We keep stand in a que from 8.00 am to 8.30 am for this bus. Bus departure time is 8.45 from loni golchakkar. But there is no value of que driver and home guard are doing partiality. They always prefer girls first wether they are in que or not. Please do action against it. This is major problem which we are facing.

Dear sir,
On dated 11-feb-2021 at 7:30pm i took the new DTC AC blue bus of route number 121 from gtb nagar for khajuri. I daily travells from this route and takes the ticket of 15/-. But the conductor of this bus was demanding the fare of rs 20/-, i said i travells daily and i takes the ticket of rs 15/- despite of that he denied to give me ticket started shouting on me and after few minutes he started abusing to me very badly. Please take strict action ASAP. Bus DL 1PD 5678

Bus no. Dl4343 an others buses are not picked sawaris from narela's bus stand new Delhi 110040, this is not a first time daily basis bus drivers doing like this.
Specially bus driver and conductors behavior are very poor with women.
Every day woman ignored by bus drivers, who is responsible for women safety??
Public has not confirmed 'where bus stop or not' what is your services.
Your services your buses behavior and your public safety is going down.

If you have possible, please considers for Delhi public.
Hope you understand pain of ' who suffering daily by buses and all.

A DTC bus route no 165 Bus No. DL 1P C 9248 near Bhajan Pura Chowk, Wazirabad Road at 4.00 pm on 10/02/2021 hit my Car (Grand i10) and broken side mirror of my car and run away from there. The driver was doing overspeed and rash driving.
Higher Authority of DTC is requested kindly take strict action against bus driver and also intimate me on my email id please.

I am a resident of the Shantinagar, hanumqn hagar, near hanuman mandir, nagpur; people are facing the problem of orphan dogs and their stray on the main road. They are in numbers. Their groups are dangerous as they started attacking the passerby. They run towards motorbike which leads to many accidents in the area. The news of the newly born baby attack by the dog is not fade yet. People lost their sleep as dogs bark whole night. This problem is a headache as a person who has night shifts facing the worst situation.

I am requesting you to look at that matter as soon as possible. The cases are increasing rapidly. I hope you will take absolute measures to handle the issue.

I was traveling from DDA flat Mardangir to Nehru place at Bus Route No 427 of bus no DL 1P C9167 A/C bus around 3 pm dated 06/02/2021. I have given Rs. 20 for ticket and said for Nehru Place but Bus conductor firstly return Rs.10 and handover ticket of Rs.10 then I sit at right side of Bus conductor seat then after reaching Pamposh Bus stand Bus conductor demand to shown ticket and said your ticket is over so I told to conductor I have given...

Also two sheat available in bus I.e one sheat conductor seat and another seat conductor side seat but conductor refused and also as well as bus driver also refused for seating and used abused languages and bad behavior
